El Pollo Loco

The only appeal of this place was the likeness to Breaking Bad’s chicken place. The quality is below par and I ended up throwing out my food. The rice was ok I will say that but the chicken was super dry and did not taste very well. If you want a «good» meal I would go somewhere else.

Not sure if this is a fail or triumph.
They are out of ice in the whole store, the ice maker is broken.
Martin their star employee went to check in the back and found enough for one cup.
Martin gets five stars, the store gets none

This pollo loco has really fast service and amazing staff that are friendly. What I liked the most about this place was that they actually give you lots of beans and not all that juice like other pollo loco’s.

Food is good at this location, but I have come many times where the wait in the drive thru window was extremely long, have had to pull up front to wait for them to bring me my order.. and I dont see that the place is crowded at the times I’ve done so… why does this chicken place never have chivken ready… who knows! Customer service needs improvement, staff has no personality at drive thru…

Food is always delicious here. I come here probably 2 times a week and their customer service is always on point. Their staff was very polite, especially Jeffrey

Love this place. Fast service and delicious chicken. Also love the low calorie options.

Don’t expect this place to get your order right and don’t expect them to offer to replace it if they get it wrong. When I called on the phone to complain they told me that it’s noisy and sometimes they can’t hear very well. That was their excuse! I ordered double chicken and I didn’t get it. It’s clear that they grabbed someone else’s meal and gave it to me but they wouldn’t admit it and they wouldn’t replace it. It’s standard practice in the fast food industry that if you go to all the trouble to complain that they offer to replace it. It’s bad enough that you have to drive back there. This fast food place is in a good location so they don’t appreciate their customers
I ordered double chicken tostada salad. All I got was lettuce and chicken no rice no beans no shell. She told me well when you say salad we think of just salad. Well I told her you repeated back the word tostada what did you think that meant? and she didn’t have anything to say except that she was on break. I called twice but they never would replace it!

I’m so excited about all of the healthy options they have available now a days. I tried the Grilled Chicken and Kale salad & yuuuummmmy! I loved the cranberries and the pepitas. It gave the salad a nice touch and of course I had to choose a salad with avocado, because I LOVE avocados (all the healthy fat). There were plenty of other salad choices and under ⁵⁰⁰⁄₆₀₀ calorie meals. Just stay away from the salad dressing and opt to add the green & red sauce to avoid sabotaging a perfectly healthy meal while out and about.

This location from all that I visit has great customer service. Also their salsa bar is usually clean and fresh.
The food as well is fresh and it doesn’t taste as if has been cooked hours in advance.

Very dissapointed. I just ordered the avocado burrito to go and found a nasty hair in the burrito.

The drive thru line is always insanely long whenever I drive by on my lunch break. and I take early lunches (11:30am). The line moves surprisingly fast though. You’re not left to rot away in line for half your lunch break like you would at a Mcdonalds.
