Wow the front staff nice w e stayed two nights the morning we had breakfast and took part of our breakfast to our room the housekeeping staff took it our suitcase was dug into when we complained they didn’t know what to say then they didn’t put no top sheet like we should sleep with just a comforter then we called down they finally brought us a sheet guess we’re not good enough not to happy

I have been in this hotel since September due to an unfortunate flood in my home. Since I have been here, the experience has been wonderful! The staff is like family! Rafael and Viet are the heart and soul of this place! They have turned a horrible experience into a mini vacation of sorts. I want to thank the staff here at embassy for treating me and my husband like family! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you embassy family for taking such good care of us! We will still be here for a few more weeks and although I want to go home I will miss my family here and will come back for visits!

This place is terrible, I will never stay here again, the lady at the front desk viviana was EXTREMELY rude, terrible customer service, I have never met someone in customer service with such attitude. My friends & I stay here often for events & I will no longer have them at this hotel nor will my friends, I will be spreading the word

They cancelled our reservation even though we checked in using the App. The App said we were all good to go. They claimed they called before they cancelled the room at 8pm but my iPhone would have recorded the call. Even if they tried to call, they could have at least left a message that there was something wrong with the reservation. Or maybe they could have sent an email??? Don’t trust this hotel or the Hilton App. The manager on duty was rude and was not telling the truth. They didn’t even try to help us book a room at a nearby hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost!

The staff works very hard here. Everything was very clean and comfortable. From check in to check out everyone was helpful and polite. Great value I will definitely stay here again.

This is our go to place when we need to hit the reset button. This hotel has always treated us great, customer service from those we’ve encountered have also been good. Abut a year or so ago we were evacuated from our home due to fires in the area, this hotel quickly accommodated us, gave us a tremendously good rate, and made us feel at home. They were also concerned about us. Even before that time, we’ve enjoyed coming to this hotel.
Happy hour us good~free, show room key, 2 drinks, plus little fillers like pasta salad, chips and salsa, nuts, etc.
indoor pool and jacuzzi open till midnight, and gym open 24 hours.
Oh!!! Breakfast included and it’s cook to order omelette and other items~included with stay… just remember to tip chef is my recommendation as a courtesy.

This is one of the nicest embassy suites I have stayed at. It looks very nice inside and out, It looks fairly new and it extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they took good care of us. It is very close to the Ontario airport which is convenient. This is a great hotel, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very dissatisfied with my most recent stay a couple of weeks ago, first off allow me to include I’ve stayed at this location many times and Iam also a HH member I’ve ran into a few bumps down the road here before but nothing like this most recent time, I book a room here and brought my children along first problem I encountered I receive an email at 1pm stating my room is currently available and ready for me to check in! On my conformation after reserving my room it says check in is 3 so when I received this email the day of at 1 pm I figured this early check in opportunity may be a perk of being a HH member so I load up our vehicle and my children and head to the hotel, to only get to the front desk and have them inform me that they were behind in housekeeping and a room wasn’t available for me and I would have to wait, in hope that a room will be available at 3 but it wasn’t a guarantee since they were so behind! 3:15 comes along and I was able to check in seeing as how I was sent a false email and had to wait 2 hrs sitting around for my room I was already displeased! We take the elevator up to our room and I noticed the hotel hallways were not very well maintained the carpets were very stained as well as the ones in our room, (see my pictures posted) but dirty floors and always were the least of my concerns, so we get our bathing suits on and hit the pool, as my older children were in the pool myself and my grandmother were sitting out on the patio with my INFANT child and all of a sudden I smell marijuana Very strongly! I stand up look to the front of the building and right there in front plain view were 3 men sharing a marijuana cigarette! I immediately go up front and inform the employees as well as the supervisor on duty of what is occurring right outside their front door, I was told they will take care of it! I go back to the patio and watch, approx. 3 minutes passed and no one even came out front to tell the men who were smoking anything! Eventually they were done and just walk right back inside! After an hour or so after this first incident here we go again! I smell marijuana once again and now there’s a whole group of people smoking right in front of this establishment again! I went right back up to the the front of the hotel check in desk and ask for a manager so the manager comes out I inform him of the first occurrence where no one even approached the men outside smoking and now there’s more people out there at this moment smoking again while my infant and myself were outside and I’m very upset that me and my child had to run and hide inside to get away from the marijuana smell and honestly he didn’t even seem that surprised he said that there was a big event that weekend nearby and there were tons of young people there who are causing disturbances and he would talk a walk outside but unless he actually sees with his own two eyes that their smoking marihuana there is nothing he can do, which is understandable but all this time all the employees were wasting standing around being careless instead of rushing outside to catch the people of course there would be no course of action! After that I was done being outside and grabbed my children and just head back up to the room! So we had to stay locked up on our room the rest of the night! When we got home from our stay I contacted corporate and left a message and even until this day no one has contacted me to make things right! Iam a very unhappy customer and do not appreciate the way management or corporate has handled this situation!

I got a nice, spacious contemporary suite on 8^th floor. I felt so comfortable and the view over the I-​10 and the mountains are amazing. Manager special drinks and snacks are ok. Got there a lil bit late and there were a huge crowd already. The gym opens 24 hours but the pool closes at 12am. Don’t miss the cooked to order breakfast in the morning. The breakfast has a wide variety of choice. Oh! the bad thing is they only have limited car parking spaces which are usually occupied by midnight. Overall, I am satisfied my stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend.

Stayed here for three nights on business travel.
One of the best experiences at Embassy Suites I’ve had, and I’ve stayed at a few different locations. This hotel is about five years old, so it does not look at all like the old Embassy Suites. No more brass look… it is modern and contemporary, from the lobby, hallways and rooms. Best of all, it is super clean and well-​maintained.
Their happy hour, which is FREE from 530 – 730, includes well drinks, beer on tap, wine and some decent munchies. Also, one night I tried a shaved prime rib sandwich ($ 10) and another night the same prime rib over a huge salad ($ 10 also) and the fried calamari. Both were surprisingly good and very tasty.
Service is great here, from their free shuttle service (up to 3 miles) to their maid service. Anything I needed they were more than happy to accommodate me with.
It seems employees were happy to work here and it shows.
Will definitely return.

This has to be the best hotel me and the family have stayed at in California. We went here for a business trip. Price was one of the cheapest. Very clean and friendly. They have a free breakfast buffet for guests. That’s not even the best part! Every night 5:30−730 they have free snacks and free drinks! Im not talking about soda, water or juice, FULL OPEN BAR!!! THE REASON I GIVE IT 4 stars is because we booked a double queen bed room and they have us 2 twin beds. The rooms are very large and are set up very well. The pool area was nice, pool didn’t look too clean, but the kids seemed to love it. Also there isn’t anywhere to eat that is close, you have to get on the freeway or go a few miles for food if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Overall it was a great experience and we will stay here for now on and recommend this hotel to our friends and family

My husband and I stayed here because they had a great value for a two room suite, we like 2 get two rooms, so we can both watch what we want to on TV and have our own space, he’s a sports fanatic I’m not. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was included, the bed was comfortable. There wasn’t all carpet in the room there was some tile, which I appreciate, because I have allergies. Do you think I prefer and it’s not a dealbreaker is that the windows open, this is impossible at this hotel since they are so close to the freeways and the airport. However, the soundproofing is great, nothing bothered me sound wise, and I’m very sound sensitive.

As I approached writing this review I was conflicted with how to begin the the pros or the cons? I’ve decided it’s best to start with how my experience at the hotel started. Negative. I mean really, who decided to hire the desk agent Derrick. He has the most off putting and negative personality it’s a mystery why anyone would make him the face of the hotel. It’s the kind of decision that makes you question the managements ability to run a hotel. The few words that Derrick will exchange with you will put you at such an unease that you are uncomfortable for the first part of your stay. The excitement of my wedding was killed with his «oh» as a response to my over enthusiasm of a new chapter in my life.
I wasn’t going to let that ruin my day, the bartender (I forgot his name as I drank) soon redeemed him with his great service and personality. The room was clean and sufficient for the shirt time I spent there (I was only there to get ready and come back after my wedding).
We ordered food a little after the kitchen closed upon returning to the room and we were told we can only have cold sandwiches and we weren’t even given the sandwiches they claimed to have.
The next morning I attempted to have a late check out but the phone was only answered after three loooong attempts. Of course our good friend answered to remind me how much embassy suites hates their guests. His cold answer for lack of customer response was «well there’s only one of me here», great job embassy suites, you only have one person working the desk and it’s the most pissed off person in your staff. Im not the only one who had complaints about Derrick and I hope management will read this and train him on customer service or replace him, for the sake of their company!!!
Two stars for cleanliness

My good friend and classmate stayed here for 6 nights leading up to, and during the California Bar exam being held down the street. Against the backdrop of our fully stressed out mental condition, Embassy Suites did an amazing job for us.
The Quick Review:
Awesome, amazing experience! In our full stress mode, we needed to minimize as many things that could go wrong so that we could focus on he bar exam itself. Embassy did just that for us and more. The room was great, the food was amazing, the staff was responsive, and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this location, even if it’s just for a «stay-​cation» which I will likely be back for.
The Detailed Review:
We booked a two bedroom suite (two bedrooms with a shared living room area) a number of months ahead of our check-​in date. This allowed us to get a great deal. Although farther than most other hotels for the bar exam (2.1 miles roughly), getting to the Ontario Convention center is a breeze.
The room was great; comfortable bed, spacious, and quiet. The livingroom and desk allowed us to spread our books and notes out and get some last minute studying in.
We fully took advantage of the daily breakfast at no additional charge. Cooked to order omelettes, pancakes, cereal, juice, coffee; breakfast was so delicious that we had the exact same thing every day we were there.
In the evening, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., the hotel has a «Managers Reception» for guests which includes free cocktails and snacks. A perfect way to unwind from the madness of the day.
The small gym is perfect to get in a quick workout and contains treadmills, elliptical, bike machine, and some dumbbells. Right across from the gym you’ll find an indoor pool and Jacuzzi which was cool to have and stay out of the elements.
Need a ride? The hotel offers a free shuttle within a 3 mile radius to places like the Ontario Airport, the Convention Center, and Ontario Mills. The shuttle runs from about 4:30 am to 11pm. Although, our driver told us that one day, he came in early to take a guest to the airport at 4am! That is awesome customer service.
My only real beef with the hotel was that they seem to lack in general cleanliness issues. The restrooms in the lobby area could’ve been kept up with a little better. One even lacked soap the entire time we were there.
The rooms drawers were filthy. I won’t gross you out by describing what was in there but suffice to say that they should be cleaned out regularly. There was a pretzel quite visible underneath our couch the entire time we were there. We didn’t have pretzels at all. The floor near our wetbar area was also sticky and not mopped at all. Finally, our coffee was never refilled so we couldn’t make use of the coffee machine while we were there. However, the coffee issue was solved by us bringing up a fresh cup from downstairs.
We informed the hotel of these issues upon checkout (we were too busy and stressed with the exam to deal with them during our stay) and they were awesome about taking in the feedback. They went out of their way to try to make things right and did right by us.
All in all, we are thankful for the wonderful staff that made our stay a wonderful experience during the bar exam. Breakfast, the shuttle, the gym, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms should be a staple of all hotels. Sadly, they are not. I’m glad Embassy Suites Ontario believe in all these things though.
There were cheaper rates at other hotels closer to the convention center, but I’m glad we ended up staying at Embassy Suites instead. It was money well spent.
Now, stop reading and book a room here. You’ll be glad you did!

Stayed here last year for business. Went to the bar during their manager’s reception, and wanted to order and pay for a drink that was not offered for free.
Was ignored by the bartender for at least 5 mintues at an empty bar, so I sought out the manager to explain my frustration.
The manager apologized and insisted on sending a glass of wine to my room. I refused numerous times, but he was persistent to the point of annoyance. I finally accepted, and found myself greeted by three hotel staff members holding a bottle of wine about 10 minutes later. No idea why three people would need to deliver a bottle of wine, but nevertheless there were three of them.
After they left, I decided to try the wine. I went to open the bottle, only to find that the bottle had already been opened. Alarmed by this and curious, I looked into the bottle to see what appeared to be spit.
I wont go any further as I cannot prove anything, but I can definitively say that this hotel had the worst service of any hotel I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend that you stay elsewhere if in the area.
TL/​DR: Complained to the manager about service at the bar, and in return I received an already open bottle of wine with what appeared to be spit inside.

I really like this hotel normally but this time it was pretty bad. The stay was good but the bartender was different from before and she actually started putting everything on my tab even though I didn’t tell her to but I found out after the night was over. We were drinking and I got drunk so how could I sign for tab and no one else got a bill. The other night also I wasn’t even there and the tab closed at 10 pm and I was only there till about 730 pm. It’s ridiculous. Her name is claudia bartender.

Excellent customer service and even better overall cleanliness. The «cooked to order» breakfast is undeniable and they even include/​offer non-​dairy alternatives! The manager’s happy hour (complimentary drinks and appetizers) is without a doubt the reason I will spend a little more to stay with Hilton Embassy Suites in Ontario. I have stayed at this location multiple times for work and have always been pleased with customer service and quality of stay. I highly recommend Ontario Embassy Suites for those commuting, visiting, or on business! Thank you Ontario Embassy Suites!

Free happy hour. Really good food-​pasta tortellini salad, veggies and dip, fresh made chips, nuts, punch, and more. And it’s all free from 5:30−7:30
Great big lobby with lots of places to sit to do computer work, socialize at happy hour or be quiet and do your work.
Rooms are nice size and comfortable. Very clean and neat.
It is set apart from all other building and in the morning when it’s foggy there are great areas to walk, jog and watch the planes either take off or land.
Have been to many of the hotels near Ontario airport but this one for me is top rated.

Stayed here for a business trip.
All the staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, house keepers, and kitchen staff. None of them failed to acknowledge me and ask if I needed anything. Not to mention their breakfast is amazing, they make Omlettes cooked to your personal order and even do egg whites!
They also had an indoor pool and a 24 hour gym which was great and not too small or crowded. I don’t imagine myself coming to ontario for personal reasons but if I ever need to go on a business trip I would ask my travel agency to book at this embassy suites.

I made an online reservation here directly through Hilton over a month in advance. I even called the hotel the night before to reconfirm my reservation. The clerk said there were no issues even when I alerted them that I would be a late arrival. Imagine my surprise when I showed up late Saturday night and the front desk clerk said that unfortunately the hotel was «overbooked» and they were moving me to a «comparable» hotel, the Doubletree Ontario Airport.
I was tired and didn’t want to make a stink so I had to backtrack and drive a couple of exits back to the Doubletree. While the Embassy Suites looks so nice and new, the Doubletree was a DUMP! I got zero apologies, zero benefits (as a Gold Hhonors member, I am supposed to get 2 bottles of water, bonus points and free breakfast). I got none of those. No bonus points, no apologies, nothing.
I do not think they were «overbooked» but instead sold rooms they could at a much higher rate and bumped those of us who paid a lower rate (although I booked directly through Hilton, I got a special MVP rate). Why honor an $ 85 per night reservation when somebody is willing to pay $ 150 per night?
I am so angry with Hilton right now that I’m fuming. Think twice before booking a room here.
