Well, I can’t really comment on the service but so far its a big bummer. Granted it’s a Friday, but their office hours are supposed to be until 7 o’clock pm. I just drove over here through traffic and the place is locked up and it’s just before 4:30. :(

Excellent customer service, great prices, speedy help. Adam is super knowledgable and extremely helpful. I am happy that he was able to diagnose my issue with my laptop for free and recover my data from a crashed hard drive. He is a technology life saver! I highly recommend bringing any electronic issues to his shop and am recommending it to my friends and family. Check this place out!!!

After seeing the 5 Star reviews here, I decided to take me desktop into Adam to see if he could get it up and running again. Adam is Top Notch! He explains everything, asks exactly what you want to save before starting and had it back to me the same day, good as new for a very reasonable price!!! I highly recommend Home & Office Tech!

I took my moms computer after spending months searching. And let’s face it I don’t want to take it to beat but and pay $ 100.00 bucks and have them keep her computer for months.
So I took it here, and best decision ever. The guy that helped me (owner) he kept the computer a day. Fixed the virus, updated the anti virus, and did all the updates. The computer runs as fm fast as it did when we bought it. Will def. be coming back here for any computer problems. And you can’t beat the price and time line.

I dont even know where to begin!!! This gentleman is AMAZING! He is the true definition of genuine business! My computer crashed and I have A LOT of important videos and pictures! About 200 plus gigs worth of stuff! I was panicking because I dont trust ANYONE touching my computer. I decided to check Unilocal for help what that rhymed? Lol and not only is this gentleman 2 mins away from my house BUT he gave me the best price of my life! With the repair, back up AND anti virus!!! I TRULY HOPE this gentleman goes far in business and his business grow over night! He truly deserves it! Now my two brother in laws are going to fix their computers AND get office installed! I will definitely recommend this business! Top of the line WORK, ENVIRONMENT, AND ABOVE ALL OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE 5+ STARS!

I am so happy with the entire service and experience. I took my computer, my sister in laws and my mother in laws computer to get fixed and we were all so happy that our computers are finally running like they should be. Keep in mind that this place is about 40 mind from where I live, but so many people told me of the great service and I have had really bad experience with other computer repair shops in the past so I was willing to drive far.
My sister in law was especially happy since her computer had crashed she thought all her pictures and important document’s would be gone, but we comforted by the man who helped us. He informed us he would be able to save and restore anything we wanted on that computer.
My mother’s in laws computer is now running great and she is really happy that her computers battery no longer dies after a half hour of use. The man was able to fix her computer and also provide us with a new battery.
We are all so happy with our experience and will definitely come back if we have any issues with any of our devices in the future.

So we call these guys to install a camera for our business. and what a great customer service perfect timing they wrap the job. Not only that we found out they do computer repair which is we have couple of our computer down they repair it and our computer now it’s working perfect no Need to replace him. I highly commend this place for any security camera or alarm or computer repair oh I just remember they also fix iPhones and many other.

Most tech shops I’ve dealt with in the past have no patience to answer all my questions. They brush off my inquiries as something too technologically advanced for me to understand. But NOT this place. They are extremely patient and courteous. I never felt rushed or pushed out. They fixed my cell phone at a very reasonable price. And I bought one of their nice cases since my old one didn’t provide good protection (hence why I needed the cellphone fixed in the first place). I would definitely recommend them if you have a phone, computer or other electronics that need repair.

I took my computer to several shops and they either couldn’t fix it, or wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Then my friend suggested this place. Not only did they fix my computer at a very low cost, BUT they didn’t even charge me to run the diagnostics to see what the problem was in the first place. It was FREE! The person who helped me was extremely professional and answered all million questions I asked. I highly recommend this place. I’m taking my sisters cell phone to get fixed this week!
