The manager here is rude. Which makes everything nasty. Dear Jack: fire all «older» managers.

Miguel is the slowest cashier in the world! There’s only one register available, and no sense of urgency. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and 15 minutes were spent waiting.

This JIB is definitely not the fastest but its open 24 hours both drive thru and dine in. Thats awesome! Not a whole lot is open at 2am. The food is alright! Nothing special! Just simple fast food.

Not the fastest JIB… but their food and their friendliness basically make up for it. This JIB can get real busy as it is attached to a Chevron station.

One of the better Jack in the Box restaurants, located right off the 60 freeway at Haven. The forth star is for being open twenty four hours. The fifth star is for the dining room being open twenty four hours — a rarity.

I visited your establishment and was very unnerved to find that your staff has zero respect for customers or people in general. While I had a difficult time just ordering the item that I wanted, my real issue is with the way your employees talked about me through the drive-​thru window. I may not be fluent in Spanish, but I did grow up in So Cal giving me the knowledge of such words as «punta» and «pendejo.» In addition, the universal sign for «kicking ones butt» that involves slamming one fist into the other palm was just ridiculous. I am a paying customer and no one deserves the insults your three female staff members threw my way. The shift leader, I assume she was a leader because her shirt was red, did nothing to stop the other two female team members and in fact help encourage the profanities. Her name was Edith. I had hope that an establishment such as Jack in the Box would properly train their employees on harassment or bare minimum guest services, but alas I must be mistaken. I hope this issue is resolved before another unsuspecting customer is forced to walk away shamed and humiliated.

Good customer service. A bit pricy but then again it’s a franchise!!! :)

Pretty reliable place. Food is consistently good. Staff is nice.
I believe the drive thru is 24 hours since it’s attached to the Chevron gas station.
