These guys are super shady. The best part about them is that they have a standardized contract, so they do go through contracts. The bad part is, they get you anyways. I did a remodel job through them and they a) went way over their contract date of completion, b) never returned my calls, c) gave me the run around, d) never returned my money. My only saving grace with this company was that I did not pay in full AND the second contractors I hired to finish the work that they wouldn’t finish ended up costing me a little less than what I would have paid if they had finished. Bloody prats! Don’t get caught with that old contractor talk of «I need to pay my guys. Can you front me some money.» Tell them «Brotha’ puh leeeze! Do my forehead say suck’a on it? Let’s stick to the contract pal and I’ll pay you when you’re through, Playboy.»
