Their customer service was not good at all, the employees were either on the phone or playing together, and when I ordered I did not get the right order, simply I’d say they need to train their employees or hire more experienced people to make sure they keep their customer base, but with that staff I had the worst experience.

Bought a thanksgiving turkey here and the thing is scrawny and not worth $ 40? It weighs 9lbs. Do not buy from here, Lucille’s gas bigger ones for $ 49.99

This popeyes is great because it is so close to home. I have never actually been inside because we always go through the drive through but from the outside looking in it looks clean and well kept. There is never any trash outside. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Depending on what day you go they have different specials. The wait time varies as well, but i have never had a problem with the quality of the food here. The tenders are my favorite!

Yum! Great place to go on a Tuesday! Two pieces for 99 cents!
I’ve never had a bad experience here. I always go through the drive-​through. The chicken is flavorful, skin is crispy, and the meat is moist.
Popeyes is much much better than KFC.
Give it a try if you haven’t! If you’re dining in parking is abundant.
This chicken joint is right off the freeway and hard to miss.

Ok so the chicken is pertty good but the service is just «A Hot Mess» I just can undrestand why when you go through the drive-​up and you place an order when you get home to sit down and enjoy the meal they somehow have screwed up your order!!! I have visited several stores, West Covina, Pasadena, Monrovia and now this one in Ontario and all of them forget to give you items that you paid for… I am begining to think that this is a part of the training «Take the customers money and hold back items on the order»… I just hate this!!!

If you are a fan of chicken and spicy chicken at that, Popeyes is the place to be. I love Popeyes because their chicken is usually very moist and isn’t as greasy like KFC. Their coleslaw isn’t as good as KFC’s most of their other sides are just as good if not better.
