History

Established in 2000.

Chris Phelps founded Ontario-​based Real Occupational Testing Services in 2000 to answer the need for affordable and high quality DNA and Drug testing services in the Inland Empire of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Having worked for the US Department of Transportation (serving in the Coast Guard) from 1988 to 1996, performing drug enforcement and enforcement of maritime regulations, Phelps went on to become Director of Safety for a medium-​sized trucking company in Southern California.

After years of working on the enforcement and safety side of drugs, Chris opened Real Occupational Testing in order to provide high quality services and sensitive and compassionate customer service second to none.

Chris Phelps, CEO of Real Occupational Testing Services, comes to the DNA and Drug Testing industry uniquely qualified. Phelps worked for the United States Department of Transportation for almost a decade performing drug enforcement maritime regulation enforcement in the Coast Guard. He became Director of Safety for a high profile trucking company in Southern California before bringing his unique talents to the opening of Real Occupational Testing Services, providing high quality services and unparalleled customer service with a high amount of sensitivity and compassion.
