It’s ok. It’s not a pretty route if that’s what you’re looking for. But it’s easy. Flat. Plenty of water/​Gatorade stations. Only real complaint no gels, blocks or anything along the way.
The expo was easy to find. Ok vendors. Decent prices. Can’t complain.
Fyi course said that fwy was to closed at 7:10… probably closed way earlier … was there at 6:40 and it was closed. It was really difficult getting in to the area. Luckily I turned into a residential and found parking and hoofed it over. Saved $$ and time. At the end of the race… crazy amount of traffic too.
Loved the finishers medal. Loved the little perks. Especially loved the shirtless boys. They were the nicest considering we took picture after pictures with them.
Yay for finally meeting some weeples. Shout out to Beth, peach, Sandy and Mike. Made this race awesome.
Kinda sad that I got a smaller tiara. :(why the disparity??? Please don’t tell me that the 5k got them.
Overall, I believe that this is a newer race company.
