Just got done purchasing a home through So Cal Funding Group. I can’t express how happy my wife and I are with them! My wife is the worrying type and Autumn and Genevieve were great at communicating, explaining, and answering everything in a timely manner.

So Cal Funding Group is the best decision my husband and I ever made when we purchased our first home. We were renters for the longest time and did not know where to start. We had online accounts with ZipRealty, LendingTree, etc for YEARS and the only time we finally got to actively pursue buying was when I met Kevin, Genevieve and Autumn (they have more people in their office!). Having a team of professionals doing many different roles is a huge plus. While Kevin helped me find homes, Genevieve made sure I’m in my range financially. That’s what I disliked about dealing with other realtors in the past: there were a lot of back and forth between them and the loan companies. I wasn’t finding the homes I wanted, therefore we quickly lost interest in buying. But So Cal Funding Group changed all that. I also have to mention that without Kevin’s diligence, I would’ve fallen victim to mortgage scam. Long story, but the homeowner’s realtor was trying to flip their home and selling it to a third party who then offered to sell it to me. All this without the owner’s knowledge. Kevin took the time to help explain that to the owners and were able to keep their home.
Not only were they able to help us find the home of our dreams at a small rate, they were also able to assist in our Streamline Financing, even lowering our rate two years later. This is our first time to refinance so we had a lot of questions, and Genevieve was so helpful in making sure we understand every step of the process. Everything was so quick and organized and I’m happy to say, there were no surprises. Now we’re able to save a couple hundred dollars off of our monthly mortgage fee. That’s a lot of savings, and will help us a great deal, especially that we plan to start a family soon.
