Established in 2006.

Lucia and I started selling Real Estate in 2006. Prior, Lucia and I were Executive Level Managers for Fortune 100 companies. Lucia comes from the Insurance sector and I came from Technology and Banking. We both were responsible for corporate level project management, technical project management, department management and Sales. Now, we bring our experience and dedication to real estate. Not impressed with the agents that helped us in prior purchases and sales, Lucia and I figured we could do better by providing a higher level of service, dedication, communication, and real home marketing. Stuart Merida started his Real Estate career in 2006 after leading sales, customer service and operations groups for Fortune 100, Internet, and Banking companies. Stuart’s background includes managing multi-​team departments, executive level projects, client projects and assisting with product development and delivery.

Stuart brings a strong client focus to his work as a Real Estate agent, working with Buyers and Sellers of local Real Estate. He earns the trust of his clients through hard work, market savvy, dedication to providing his clients a good experience with few road blocks, and an incredible ability to market homes to bring back the highest sale price possible.

Stuart lives and works in Rancho Cucamonga and helps clients throughout the Southern California area with Real Estate expertise.
