Tony’s Limousine Service

We booked a 6 passenger black limo for my daughter and her 5 friends for prom. We were very pleased with the vehicle, driver, and the service we received from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company. Ask for Jason Wright to be your driver. He was very professional and kind to the girls. All the parents felt that their daughters were in good hands. Tony’s is by far the best bang for your buck. I will absolutely use them again. :)

Absolutely worst limo service around. Look elsewhere! 4 of us girls were having a bachelorette party in the beginning of April and had booked the limo for 8 hours, (6pm-​2am). The evening started off BAD, our driver (I think this name was Rubin), was 10 minutes late. When we were finally on our way, Rubin had to turn around because he left our signed contract and the cash on the wall near the house… granted we were already on the freeway. He knew we had dinner reservations in downtown LA, so he drove very fast, not even slowing down to take corners, which sent us all flying around the limo.
Our second event was a late evening show that lasted about 2 hours. We told him we’d be out around 10, when it actually got out closer to 11. When we got out of the show, we had 3 or 4 missed calls from him asking us where we were… regardless of the time we estimated, we’ll call you when we’re ready sir…
On our way home, we were going from downtown LA to Ontario, and had an hour to get there, which is plenty of time at 1am with no traffic, and no accidents. Rubin was using the GPS on his phone, which kept taking him off the freeway (2 or 3 times!), extending the amount of time it took to get us home. He set us behind by about 15 minutes, which prompted Rubin to drive erratic again, taking corners super fast, making us fall over each other in the back. Then as we arrived home, he has the audacity to say «I didn’t want to make you pay extra if we went past 2am». Even if he tried to collect extra money, he wouldn’t get another dime! He kept getting off the freeway which made us late in the first place.
One other thing I’d like to mention is when the window separator was up (it was down a lot, because Rubin didn’t know where he was going — even though I gave him a detailed itinerary with addresses), Rubin would turn his music up in the front, so much so that it was louder than the music we were playing in the back. It may have been Rubin’s first week on the job, but if I were the owner of this company, I would strongly recommend a different job for Rubin, he is NOT cut out to be a limo driver.

Don’t Trust Them! Won’t honor deals that they post. Nothing more then UP SALE scam artist. Sooner or later will get caught for false advertisement. Take it or leave it. I’d rather pay the money out to an upfront business man, rather then get yanked around (disrespectfully) from these guys.

My wedding was March 14, 2015 and I was very UPSET at the service I received from Tony’s Limo. FIRST!!!, they were LATE! I had to call Tony 5 times before he picked up. We had paid for services from 1pm-​5pm. And after they were late picking me up by 10 mins, the driver had the NERVE to ask me for money! WTF!!! after you are late picking me up??? Then one of my bridesmaids had to tell him that he would get paid after all services are rendered. It was a very hot day, therefore, from 4:10pm — 5pm we just wanted to stay in the limo to cool off, after all, we paid them till 5pm. The driver, AGAIN, had the NERVE to tell us that he had another job to go to at 5pm and would like if we can leave the limo at 4:45pm!!! WTF!!! We PAID till 5pm and he had the NERVE to ask us to even leave the limo early AFTER he was LATE!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE DRIVER!!!

A great place to rent a limo. Some friends rented the big white SUV limo for a birthday celebration at a club and the car was amazing. It was very nice and very clean, it was a lot fancier than what I was expecting. the driver was super cool and helpful when we needed or asked for things. He was very professional and also down to earth. I would rate this place 10 stars if they had it. I will definitely rent a limo from Tony’s in the future.

Used his service for nye and he was great… got there on time and he even pickes us up two hours earlier than he was suppose to… thanks tony!!!

This a great company, small but mighty! Deciding at the last minute to be transported by town car to the Timberlake concert at Honda Center I decided to email Tony’s Limousine Service to arrange transportation. I got a very fair quote and since I had not secured my tickets yet, I waited. Late Saturday afternoon like at 2:30, I remembered I had not arranged our ride I shot another email to Tony and called right after. He said, «when is this?» I said, «tonight at Honda Center» and he informed me would send his driver out now as the traffic was bad with the Thanksgiving Holiday. No credit card on file, just my word to arrive at 6:30 for pickup. At 6:20 a huge 20 passenger, strobe light illumanating Ford Excursion arrived, EARLY!!! Wife and I jumped in, gave Edgar payment and we were off. At 11:30 he was there to pick us up and we could not have been happier. No extra charge for the long job and only a slight charge for being over our scheduled time of 5 hours or so. Clean car and smooth ride. Try them! Thanks again!

I have hired Tony’s Limousine Service on two seperate occasions and on both occasions his services were excellent. The service is great and the employees are great as well. I highly recommend Tony’s Limousine Service for any occasion.

I recently contacted Tony to book a Limo service for my husbands birthday, I was very pleased with Tony’s professionalism and punctuality. Tony was very kind to us and very accommodating. Thank you Tony for helping me surprise my husband on his birthday with a Surprise limo ride to Santa Monica pier. I am currently looking for another reason to book a limo or possibly just book the Party Bus. Thank you for your services and your professional service.

I am a frequent customer of Tony’s Limo Service. I know Tony himself and he is a stand up guy that runs a great business. The drivers are always extremely polite and well-​mannered. Tony and his business have never let me down, I’ve always had a great time with his service as they are always checking to make sure everything is fine from their end. Recently contracted Tony for a party Bus turn around to Vegas. Tony was by far the most affordable our group could find for the trip. We ended up booking the trip literally two days before we had planned on going and Tony was gladly available. The party bus was clean, and comfortable. I was a little hesitant after reading a negative review, but I have to say Tony was courteous, on time, and met all of our expectations. I’m glad I didn’t let the one negative review deter me.

Exceptional Service, polite and and courteous. My 18 yo daughter and a friend flew into LA for a vacation and I needed to get them from downtown to Disneyland during evening rush hour. I spoke with several Limo and Shuttles services and decided on Tony’s. Their price was not the cheapest, but was very reasonable (and tip was included) and the service more than justified the extra couple of dollars. The called to confirm with me the morning of the pickup and the person on the phone was polite courteous and understood my concern as a parent about my daughter being on the opposite coast. At the time of the pick the driver contacted my daughter and took them to Disney. When the driver dropped them off he texted me to let me know that they were at their destination. I spoke with my daughter and she had nothing but nice things to say about the driver and the car. I have no idea if any of my family or myself will ever be on the west coast again but I will definitely use and recommend Tony’s Limo to anyone.

I attempted to work out a limo rental from Tony’s for a bachelor party through their website – was emailed back about my interest, but when I later called to check on reservation options, it was as though this was the first they were hearing about it – on top of which, the phone was passed between more than one person, all of whom were rude and indifferent. My impression, based on the call (family business?) and the vehicle pictures emailed to me, is that this is a startup being run from a house in San Bernadino County. Good luck…

My boyfriend and I used him this past weekend to go bar hopping in downtown LA and bring us back home (no DUI). We spoke about time and location accurately so there were no surprises. He gave me a great deal considering I live in the San Fernando valley and his company is about an hr away. His driver arrived on time and was very nice. When I would call the driver to pick us up from a bar the driver would arrive in about less than 10min. I thought it was great considering all the one way streets in downtown.
I’ve read the other reviews before I hired him, and personally I was very pleased. I would totally hire him again and I just gave my co-​worker his number because she will be needing a driver soon.

I booked him to go from Downtown LA to Beverly Hills on a Thursday at around 9 am. My daughter who lives in LA said it should take no longer than 2 hours. When speaking with Tony he advised that traffic could be a problem and we would need at least a three hour hire.
Seemed strange but what can you do. 20mins into the trip he advsied that we were 20 mins from our desitination. He said he did not take the freeway and instead took the streets which as saved a lot of time. He then suggested we get a coffee at Starbucks/​Me thinks just to waste some time.
In under 2 hours we arrived at our desitnation. We suggested that as we had already booked for three hours and paid for this in advance (which he insisted on getting before he started the drive, including tip) that he drive us around to some other sights to usesour time. Of course he did not want to do that. We then suggested that we had to return later that day and maybe he could come and pick us up and return us to our hotel using the hour we had not receievd so far. Again he refused.
Feel like you were ripped off. Yes we did and would neverr use him again or recommend him to anyone.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
We booked him from 6 PM thru 2 AM on 10÷13÷12. Our driver left us at a bar in LA at 10:30PM and I NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN!!!
I booked Tony’s for a trip to LA with my boyfriend. I wanted to surprise him with a limo for his birthday and booked Tony’s based on ONE good review that was here at the time, and a pleasant conversation I had with Tony over the phone prior to my trip.
The limo arrived on time and took us to our restaurant. Driver (not Tony) was nice enough. I paid (AND TIPPED) upfront in CASH. (NEVR AGAIN) He left us at the restaurant to do another job while we were eating. But I knew this ahead of time and THIS was not the problem.
After being picked up at the restaurant and driven to the next bar in LA, we never saw the driver again. I called the driver to be picked up and he said he would be there in 5 minutes. We waited a half hour and I called again to check where he was. The driver again said 5 minutes. After another 30 mins, the driver called and said the limo had broken down. MEANWHILE, our belongings were still in the back of the limo and we still were supposed to have the limo for another 3 hours. We were a 20 minute drive from our hotel. I get it — cars break down, but it’s how Tony behaved afterwards that truly shocked me…
When I called Tony to figure out what could be done, he said he had poor reception and could not speak, but was somehow able to send text messages. I called a cab to back to the hotel, because at that point, we were exhausted from waiting around for him… I continued to attempt to contact Tony. He texted me and refused to speak with me over the phone. He said the driver would drop the belongings off at the hotel, but he didn’t. When I finally got him on the phone (at like 2 AM), he said our belongings in the back seat «weren’t important» because the driver said it was «just a makeup bag». My make up bag was inside a larger backpack, which means the driver rifled through it. Nice! To top that, Tony then insisted me and my boyfriend DRIVE TO HIM over 1 hour away to retrieve the belongings.
I also pointed out that since we didn’t get the full night, I wanted the money back that paid, just for the portion where the driver abandoned us. After arguing with me for an hour about how much the tow-​truck cost him and how much money he lost because HIS car broke down (not my problem), he said he would send me a check. Four months later, I’m still waiting (after several phone calls and he said the check was in the mail– Yeah, right!)
So, Tony, thanks for taking my money (PLUS TIP!!), rifling through my belongings, leaving me in a random part of LA, and ruining my boyfriend’s birthday evening. NEVER AGAIN!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I recently used Tony’s Limo Service on a Saturday night for my birthday. I left planning to the last minute and so I called on a Friday hoping to get a limo for the very next day. When I called Tony was very pleasant and quoted me the best rate out of the 5 companies I called. At first I was little nervous because I couldn’t find any on-​line reviews for his company and he was by far the cheapest company I called… I’m so glad I didn’t let that scare me away.
It was just a small group so I booked the 7 person limo (he also has party buses). The driver arrived on time and was extremely courteous. The limo was stocked with sodas, water and booze. There really isn’t anything else I could have asked for.
All around great price and great service! I will definitely use Tony’s Limo Service again.
