This is a very clean and secure place to store your personal items. We have used several other storage places and this place has been the best. The person who checked us in, CJ was incredibly helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

Frank the Manager is extremely courteous and professional. He helped me every step of the way in choosing a storage unit. He also stated that they had a U haul service on site, which I used! Trojan storage is clean, secure and overall great customer service. If your looking for an affordable deal, I recommend them.!!

Wonderful customer service. I have a unit with them and have rented uhauls twice. Both times CJ was wonderful to work with and made the process super easy. I was initially going to move into another Trojan Storage but that facility never answered the phone and left me and my young daughter standing out in the sun. I called this one and Frank got me a unit and a uhaul in a matter of minutes. I absolutely recommend this place to others.

Very friendly atmosphere. The man that helped me out was very courteous and answered all my questions. Also best deals in town. Hey if I could save a few dollars a month compared to other storages prices than im going to with the way the economy is now. Great customer service and kuddos to Frank for making my dad’s and I experience a good one.

This place is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend them to anyone!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!!! When you pay with a credit card over the phone you have to wait 24 hours until you can access your storage unit! They never once tell you that either!!! They didn’t even have it in writing!!! And they want to call the cops on me for getting mad at them… WOW how professional is that!!! I even told them over the phone when I was making the payment that we were going down there that same day to get some stuff out of our storage and yet they still failed to tell me that I had to wait 24 hours!!! After driving a hour there they tell me and then want to call the cops at me for yelling at them! They need to be closed down and reported!!!

I have been renting from these guys for several months now, been great so far!
From start to finish my initial move-​in was a breeze, all the paper work was clearly explained upfront. Frank and CJ took care of everything in a friendly professional manner. From helping me chose a unit that was large enough but not more than what I needed and ensuring I had a moving truck available to making sure I had access to pay my storage bill online at my convenience. The whole experience has been a great one so far.
I would recommend them to my friends because of the quality of personal service I have consistently received!

CJ and the crew were aweome! Despite the end of the month craziness with no trucks available, my dad and I were able to run through the paperwork and get everything moved in the same day! Excellent customer service and CJ held her composure dealing with the few stressed out customers and made them all happy with their experience there! Great job guys!!!

We were with this company here for a number of years and trusted them fully with all of our things. Not only was our unit burglarized, but the employees and management left much to be desired with their reactions. They lacked professionalism and instead of being concerned, acted like that stuff happens there all the time. An employee’s «you guys got hit hard» comment with a big grin across his face should tell you everything. Filed a police report. Police too confirmed that burglaries happen here all the time. The things we lost are irreplaceable. The company’s reaction was irresponsible at best. They never filed a police report when THEY «found» the unit burglarized. Uhhh… really? We’ve moved the rest of our things out, of course.
