She quickly became invaluable and has become a partner in this family owned business. She has proven time and time again to do whatever it takes to make people happy – and in our line of work that means we need to get them scheduled, pick them up on time & get them delivered to where they need to go!

I would like to say a big «MAHALO» to Linda and Harold for helping my sister and I out when her flight cancelled at Ontario Airport and she needed a ride to LAX. They came to my rescue and went out of their way to find her at the airport, while my sister cell phone went «dead» and all they could go by was the description that I provided them. Although she was not there (unbeknownst to me, she ended up taking a taxi, because we did not have any way to communicate that I had found transportation), Harold took the time to go and look for her in the terminal and drove around looking for her, on his day off. AMAZING! The best customer service that I have ever experienced. I truly appreciate all that you did for my sister and I, and grateful that I found a transportation service that goes beyond my expectation. You will have a customer for life!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Linda and any driver she has, I’ve had Harold & Gene. My kids go back and forth on the weekends to their dads and my house and our pick up location is 40 miles from my house– I was in a severe car accident so I’m unable to make the drive from time to time due to nerve damage. They take care of my teens like they are their own, always so polite, prompt, safe & professional. Their rates are great and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I cannot say enough great things about XPress Shuttle! It’s so rare to find a business these days that truly believes in giving exceptional customer service. Even more, it’s truly hard to find a business that genuinely CARES about their clients. We just moved to a Orange County and my husband commutes often to fly out of LAX. I’m so thankful we found Xpress shuttle to drive him to and from the airport! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the rate is, but even more impressive is the incredible level of customer service. We’ve been using their service for only about a month, but we already feel like family. Linda, the coordinator, answers every call or text immediately no matter what time of day. She is so personable and professional and takes care of our every need. It’s been great having the same driver, Karl, take care of us. He is very friendly, always on time, and truly cares about our experience. I was amazed when I got a text from Linda this morning. She wanted to confirm that my husband didn’t need a pick– up today because he had mentioned to Karl he returns to LA today. I had not scheduled it with Linda because I’m driving up to pick him up myself, but I was absolutely blown away by such a personal level of attention for Karl and Linda to be aware of his schedule, and reach out to make sure he was taken care of. Wow! They definitely have two loyal customers in us!

I attempted to use another shuttle service who tried to charge me when I had to cancel when all the flights were cancelled due to the snow storm Jonas. So when I needed a ride when I finally got a flight, I thought I would try Xpress instead. My first driver, Gene, was fantastic although he didn’t end up driving me. Because of the chaos of the storms, my flights were delayed over 6 hrs. The entire time I was able to stay in contact with Gene via text and appreciated him even helping figuring out flights for me. He was a trooper to be on standby. Unfortunately, he had another client so I was transferred over to Harold. I was also in contact with him once I got on my flight and even this flight was delayed, I knew he would be there waiting for me. I loved the fact I could communicate directly with the driver instead of having to call the office and relay messages. Harold was amazing and the conversation was excellent. He got me home safe and sound after a very long travel day. In fact, I was so happy with this service they will be my new go to service. I appreciate Xpress didn’t give up on me and leave me stranded as a no show but I think the method and frequency of communication was the key! Thank you, Gene, Harold, and Xpress.

Great company and great communication! I was tired from taking Super/​Prime shuttle to LAX from Garden Grove and wanted to try another company and fell upon this one. Wow was I ever so happy. I did have a problem with the website when booking but called and Linda took my card over the phone and sent a conformation text to my phone. They have great communication skills when it comes to you ride. I was texted with my drivers name and his phone number to keep him updated as well with pick up to/​from LAX. Gene was my driver and coming from an international flight i as well kept him updated and he was on time waiting in the cell phone lot for me when i cleared customs. The best part was i had the whole car to myself and did not have to have a million stops before arriving home. It was a straight shot to the airport. I will definatly be using them again when it comes to airport shuttles. Good bye super/​prime.

First time with Xpress Shuttle to Burbank Airport. Excellent service from booking to transport! Appreciated the many confirmation texts from beginning to end. My driver arrived on time and got to airport at exactly right time despite traveling in morning rush hour. While I was only using one way, my driver took the time to explain how airport pickup would work if I needed in the future. Everyone very professional, car was pristine. Fare is quite reasonable. I definitely will use again, especially for travel to/​from LAX.

They are the best! We used Xpress Shuttle for the first time last month for our outbound flight. The reviews were great, so we decided to give them a try. Linda was very easy to work with & our driver was terrific. Our return flight was early, but our driver, Eugene, was there with no wait. We were a little tired & managed to leave my husband’s new hat in the back of the car. We contacted Eugene & that lovely man brought the hat out to our house the very next day! That is great customer care, & service above & beyond! Highly recommend using this company!

This has been a my second time as Harold as my driver. I have used this service about 5 times. Harold has been very professional, punctual and his customer service is top notch. Today I was even provided with snacks and a water. After a long flight leaving baggage claim and you see your driver standing curb side well dressed, it really make you feel special. My next shuttle ride I will diffinitly be requesting Harold.

I had Xpress Shuttle pick my mom up from LAX. Linda was great and called my mom the night before to give her directions as to when/​where to meet the driver which really put her mind at ease. Her flight came in early and then was delayed on the runway and all the while Linda and Steve were on top of it. Excellent service. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I feel very comfortable booking our reservation, and knowing we will be @ LAX early and knowing we have plenty of time! Sit back and relaxes and let Xpress shuttle take care of you! You will not find a better service and price! Linda, «Thank You!» For the Peace of mind and Great service! We received a text message confirming the date’s & time’s, than our airline changed the flight times, Linda was on top of it, she changed things around, sent me a text to confirm the changes at NO additional coast, then once I confirmed the changes were correct, Linda sent me an E-​mail confirmation of our reservation. We will only use Xpress shuttle from here on out! You cannot beat the customer service, the price, and the special attention to details, not to mention a reminder the day before and info about the driver! This company is top notch!

First time using Xpress Shuttle for a trip to/​from John Wayne Airport.
Reservation process was easy. I responded with a question regarding the pick up time and received an immediate response.
I received text messages prior to the pick up times on both ends. On the return we thought we might delay our flight (we didn’t) but again got an immediate response.
Our driver was Karl in both directions. Car was immaculate and very comfortable. And Karl was very pleasant and polite.
On the pickup upon returning to OC I received a text from Karl within minutes of landing with instructions on how to be met. Traffic was horrendous, preventing him from getting to the curb right away, but he kept in touch via texts letting us know his progress.
All-​around a great experience. We will definitely use Xpress Shuttle for future trips.

An absolutely phenomenal experience, start to finish.
Linda was a blast to work with to get everything booked and then made sure to stay in touch to ensure the right pick up times were met. She also added some entirely unexpected personal touches, inquiring as to how the running races I was in town for went. Ellis, my driver, was extremly prompt and a joy to talk with on both trips between Anaheim and LA.
I’ll definitely be using them again.
Oh and the prices? Very good.
