The Dixon team is AMAZING. They are always available when you need them. We worked almost exclusively with Herby, who was absolutely the perfect person to represent us. His knowledge of residential construction, floor plan layout advantages and disadvantages, home feature demands in the local market, and much, much more was invaluable to us. He is available via text, email & phone whenever you need him. We even FaceTimed with him once! He knew when to offer his opinion and when to let you just walk through a house and explore for yourself. He was diligent about pointing out the good and the (potentially) bad at every home. HE. KNOWS. HIS. STUFF.
The Dixon Team office is beautiful and practical. They always offered a drink upon arriving and departing. They have a great setup for viewing online listings on a flat screen in their office as well. Also, as a nice surprise, they offer their very own moving truck to clients as an added benefit when you are moving into your new home… free of charge! That was a huge money saver for us! You can’t go wrong with choosing to work with The Dixon Team!
