The UPS Store

Went to this ups store to print a prepaid return label after having issue with my printer at home. Was informed it would cost me $ 4 for me to print a single piece of paper and $ 1 if I wanted them to tape up the box I had brought for my return.
The staff was extremely rude, and told me the policy about using the computer was «posted right in front of my face» in the computer area.
I have used other ups stores in the area many times and any time I needed them to pack or tape a box or print a label, they did so without charge. I was surprised at how unhelpful (and frankly, rude) the associates were at this location and will not be returning.
When I asked for a way to contact the manager they told me it was against the law (?!) to give me his business contact information and if I left him a message he wouldn’t get it because he was «out of commission for the day.»
The heavy girl with purple hair and the older lady have horrible attitudes which do not exemplify good customer service.

I like this UPS store. When you have to ship something, just package it up. Then, bring it in here, they weigh it, you pay the costs, and they ship it. They will also ask if you want insurance.
It’s simple customer service at its best. There is never a line either at least every time I have come in. They are polite and speak to you every time you come in too.
