Established in 1992.

Elliott & Associates was born out of a desire to take care of people and treat them like family. Rickey Elliott was tired of being told that comforting friends after a tragedy was a liability. It’s not that he doesn’t see red tape and legal risks. But he has the knowledge to assist with those while helping people get back on their feet. That’s what over 30 years of experience will get you.

I grew up around LaFayette and have been doing business in Opelika for over two decades. I built this company from the ground up starting in 1992. I remember the first day just praying that the phone would ring.

You know, it would be nice to say that I now run a big business with a big budget, but I don’t. Being small is our biggest strength. And if we were making a lot of profit, we would be doing a disservice to you, our community. We’re just glad to be blessed with the opportunity to serve those living around us.
