History

Established in 2013.

R. Blake Campbell purchased the ranch in 2013 in a state of disrepair. He moved on to the ranch and set forth clearing the 100 years of debris and decay. 8 months later he had a ranch but no rooms. With the help of his old friend Drew and some other lads, they were able to turn it back into the guest ranch it was intended to be.

The Ranch was originally constructed in 1917 after WWI and was built for sporting and recreational purposes. Folks from all around would come to El Rancho Robles for the fresh air, horse back riding and general recreation

During prohibition years El Rancho Robles was rumored to be a roaring place with basement speakeasy and all. We still have the speakeasy downstairs and it has recently been brought back to glory. In the late 40s certain business men from New York city took control of the ranch and held parlay within its walls up till 1968.
