Established in 2009.

Tiny Locks Head Lice Removal Service was created by two mothers who had both experienced a lice infestation first hand when their own children got lice. Many of the TinyLocks lice removal specialists, or lice fairies, are also mothers with medical backgrounds who want to help other families. Throughout the years they have treated thousands of heads of hair, not only children and parents, but grandparents as well, because they have found that head lice do not discriminate! TinyLocks exterminates these pests using our highly effective, safe, non-​toxic and chemical-​free lice removal treatment in the privacy of the customer’s own home. Tiny Locks lice removal service is a mobile service that began in Orange County, California and now brings it’s continuing effective treatment to the families in the Los Angeles County area as well.

Kimberly believes that the principles that guide our company are integrity, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness when dealing with your family. She takes pride in delivering quality lice removal services and is compassionate about our clients’ needs and in administering our highly effective lice treatment. Kimberly lends her many years of experience working with children to the Tiny Locks™ customer and she is dedicated to offering the most effective and safe lice treatment available.

Tiny Locks is a great service. They were quick to the rescue and was helpful and courteous. I was able to have someone come out to the house in about an hour. We were assigned Mihaela and she was awesome. She’s very friendly and good with kids. She has a trained eye and full of information. She did a thorough job and I felt confident in her work. I would definitely recommend.

I called Tiny Locks and Kim answered right away and had Mihaela come to our house within a couple of hours.
Mihaela was our super hero that day! She treated the whole family and taught me how do follow up care so the lice wouldn’t come back. She is so kind and sweet. My kids loved her!
This service is expensive but worth every penny. You don’t want to mess around with lice.

We were on a family vacation and discovered our daughter had lice. I was panicked since we have 4 children. Within an hour we had Mihaela at our hotel room at 8:30pm. She combed through my hair, my husbands and my other 3 children. Then she thoroughly combed through my daughters hair. She got rid of her lice and no one else got it. She saved our vacation and we were able to enjoy our time stress free. I highly recommend this company. Mihaela was amazing! She was professional, kind and reassuring. Thank you!

I want to second a review I read just before writing this– this is absolutely the BEST MONEY YOU WILL EVER SPEND!
Tiny Locks literally saved me from another 4 ½ hours of standing over my niece running a worthless comb through her hair. I feel like I tried every over the counter product and prescription shampoo but i just couldn’t get rid of the lice! So I finally gave up, I found Tiny Locks on Unilocal and gave them a call. Much to my surprise they were able to send someone out that same night.
About an hour and a half later, our superhero arrived! Melissa was FANTASTIC! She was extremely professional and so great with my niece! We talked the entire time and she remained attentive to what she was doing. This woman really knew what she was doing. She went through my nieces hair 3 times in all different directions. To include, sitting down and practically going piece by piece at the end to make sure nothing was missed!
I could go on, about this company and Melissa, but to sum it up– stop wasting your time and money on OTC treatments, prescriptions and home remedies– CALL TINY LOCKS!!!

My daughter came home from a trip infested with lice. I called Tiny Locks who sent Susan out who arrived within two hours. My daughter has very long, curly, light brown hair which made it next to impossible for me to handle. Susan was amazing and very reassuring to all of us. She took great care of my daughter and also treated my entire family. Susan also discovered lice on one of my sons. She treated my kids and family beautifully, and put all of us at ease. Susan also explained to me in detail how to thoroughly treat and clean my entire house. Thankfully, we are free of lice. I would strongly recommend anyone to use Tiny Locks to treat lice. Our family has been incredibly pleased with Tiny Locks!

First time dealing with lice was a bit of a shock. Melissa came over the same day we found it and was amazing! Super nice with both my girls and made them feel so comfortable. She head checked the whole family and completely cleared both my daughter’s hair. She also helped me learn how to better avoid my kids getting it again. As many parent know lice is a shocking and for me as a mom of a 3 year old coming into contact with it for the first time a bit scary. Tiny locks made me feel comfortable, safe and well educated. Nallely was amazing! She’s friendly, caring and did everything to make my daughter feel at ease. With one treatment she was itch free and most importantly lice free. I would highly recommend this service. You have the convince of being in your own home and choosing the arrival time. It’s simply the best thing you can do in a situation where your child or yourself gets head lice.

I cannot stress enough – if your family has head lice this is the BEST MONEY YOU WILL EVER SPEND. I had panic bubbling just beneath the surface for the 24 hours following the call from my daughter’s daycare telling me they found lice on her scalp and I needed to come get her. I have a phobia of tons of little bugs like this and I almost passed out when I saw them crawling all over my baby’s head. I went to the store and bought the most promising looking chemical shampoo and used it, washed and sprayed everything in the home, even made a holistic hair mask for the two of us to sleep in over night… The next day I was having the carpets cleaned and combing through my daughters hair saw the remaining eggs – no bugs anymore but SO many eggs!
Look the truth is – the only way you’ll be able to get rid of these f$&@ers is if you physically remove every last egg sack from the head. Those joke shampoo and comb sets you get from the store may kill the adults, but they will never get them all out. You need a pro to just come and get them out for you. And get you the legit metal comb that actually removes the eggs that the bugs literally GLUE to the hair shaft.
So Nallely gets here and immediately the panic subsides. She was amazing, very professional, at my door within an hour of calling the number and worked quickly and efficiently. She answered all of my questions and did a very careful, thorough job. My 2 year old sat for her with no problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Seriously soooooo worth the money. My friend said his kids had lice for over a month while they struggled with over the counter and prescription treatments – do yourself a favor and skip all that, just get it done and over with and call these guys.

When my daughter was sent home from school with lice I had no idea what I was doing and the home kits you buy (Nix) don’t work. I originally thought I could contain it myself but by the next day not only did it get worse but it spread to the whole family. I found Tiny Locks online and after reading these reviews I called immediately. Lisa came to our house the same day. She cleaned all of our hair and had my kids back to school the next day. I highly recommend Lisa if you ever have this happen to you. My daughter is only 2 ½ and she sat still while Lisa worked and watched a movie. She answered all my questions and told me exactly how to take care of my kids after care process and taught me what to do. Lisa even responded to my questions via text for post care treatment. Their combs and products work very well and they don’t use chemicals. I’m so grateful to know you guys exist.
I also found a wonderful in home hair dresser. Lisa came back 1 week later to give us an all clear and she dyed my hair in my home while my kids played toys. So much easier than trying to find the time to get to a hair salon. She also cuts kids hair as well so no more draggign my kids to the mall to get a hair cut in a rocket ship! I can’t recommend Tiny Locks service and Lisa’s care enough!

I was horrified when I discovered my 2 girls had lice! I did the at home attempts with Rid & the cheap plastic combs but nothing worked. I miraculously stumbled upon some in home lice removal companies while googling all I could about lice & dialed one in desperation. Lucky for me the 1st company did not pick up, but Tiny Locks did! They sent Lisa to me the same day & she truly saved me so much stress! My 13 year old has long thick hair & she removed 100% of her lice/​nits, as well as my 3 year old & myself. I’m soo glad I went with this company because Lisa was soo friendly and professional & a pleasure to have in our home! She taught me techniques to continue checking & preventing future outbreaks. I tried the over the counter solutions, and they didn’t work. I was so frustrated with these little bugs! I didn’t know what to do, or how to get them to leave and to leave now.
I was lucky to find Tiny Locks! I made a call on Sunday morning and within an hour Chloe was at my door. She was super nice, very thorough, great with my kid, and just very pleasant to be around. She was so knowledgeable about lice, the treatment and the after care.
The service is pricey, at $ 95 an hour, but it is so worth it, knowing that the bugs are being taken care of by a pro. It brings peace of mind. Plus while Chloe is debugging your kids hair, you can get to work by washing everything in hot water.
I hope my kid doesn’t get lice again, but if she does, I’ll be calling Tiny Locks again!

We discovered recently that our entire family had lice. Tiny Locks came very quickly and treated the family, and everyone was extremely professional and very thorough. Roughly three days later, we discovered that the majority of the little girls on the street also had lice and the kids had been passing it back and forth. Tiny Locks came back out immediately and checked multiple children/​neighbors and treated everyone who needed it. Throughout the entire ordeal, they were incredibly empathetic, they rechecked the four of us and three of our close friends at no cost and were extremely fair and generous with their pricing. When i had lice about a year ago, tiny locks did an ok job but left a couple nits and a louse. She came to me and my grandma at my grandmas house and charged my grandma $ 575 for the removal, one bottle of mint spray, one comb, and for my grandma to get checked (this should be free). When she went to my moms house to check my mom and my brother, she charged them both to be checked but then my mom caught her and told her that should be free, the lady immediately begged my mom not to tell her boss and said she would check them for free, thankfully i was the only one infested.

Tiny locks s so amazing i was so frustrated and pissed off at the lice in my hair and the over the counter stuff just inflamed my hair. so i called tiny locks and 2 hours later was all gone and they gave me a discount because i did not have any income. i will totally recommend tiny locks to someone because they yous not chemicals all natural. they also check every one else in your family for lice. they give you a whole bunch of tips for after treatment and how to clean your household.

Never before have we seen or had lice! The creepy crawlers were a pain to see and get rid of! But… a google search and a call to Tiny Locks and Chloe was at our door within and hour! Chloe is amazing! So great with our little one (who had the infestation) and the whole family! Got Lice!!! Call Tiny Locks and ask for Chloe! She rocks!!! Once again Tiny Locks comes to the rescue. We discovered that our 10 year old had lice last night. Called Tiny Locks and set up an appointment for first thing this morning, Nallely came in and started to check the family. She then set about quickly and efficiently to comb through the boys hair. 2 hours later, the boys were lice free. We have used this service before and highly recommend it. Our boys sit down and handle the combing so much better than when we tried to do it. Highly recommend this natural option over the chemical pesticides, which incidentally did not work for us.
