Make sure to call for an appointment before going there. Employees are nice and professional. You can sit behind a glass window to watch them work on your car. The technician actually let me go under the car with him for an inspection. Exotic cars are welcomed here which is a plus.

The alignment was done quickly, and I was able to get a quote for additional repairs that needed to be done. The price was definitely nothing to complain about. I enjoyed the free wi-​fi very much so. Would definitely come back for another wheel alignment in the distant future.

A wonderful experience. Another shop quoted more money and some work that Acurate Alignment said was unnecessary. Very honest and fast. Was referred to them after someone warned me away from Pep Boys. If you want to hang around for them to do the work the go across the street to Cortina’s Café.

So far, so good. I worked with Chris and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to first hand show me the process and talk through solutions. My truck (1958 Chevy) was not a standard alignment by any stretch of the imagination, but Chris and his entire team took pride in their work and I got what so far has been a wonderful alignment and installation of some other parts. Chris communicated effectively throughout the process as well, letting me know (in advance) any outstanding above and beyond the normal scope of work. Very happy!

Taken my 2006 Sienna for alignment here thinking 4.5 stars seems to be a good rating for service. I was wrong! I told Chris, my outside edge front tires are wearing fast and the alignment was done but the tires continue to wear considerably fast! After everything said and done, this place did a terrible job, my boots on my steering bar twisted on driver side and the other boot on Passenger wasn’t tie down after the alignment was done. Pretty messed up job and work done was like amateur just started for the week on the job. 1 star is all this place gets, huge mistaking taking my car here. I hope Chris reads this.
Outline:
1. First Visit to Accurate Alignment & Service: No alignment help and lame recommendation of replacement shocks and struts
2. Visit with Toyota of Orange for opinion: Paid $ 99 for inspection, issue with Camber bolts they are old with wear and tear causing wearing on the edge of the tires.
3. Called Accurate Alignment & Service: Told Chris the report I’ve received from Toyota issue is related to Camber bolts. Chris called me back a day later confirming I was right.
4. Second Visit to Accurate Alignment & Service: Had Camber bolts and alignment completed. That is when I notice my steering boots twisted and not tied down correctly.

Excellent service provided by Chris. I called for a brake quote when I arrived there were no surprises or hidden costs. Chris was very professional and personable. Sometimes woman get taken advantage of but not here at Accurate Alignment. Thanks for a great job!

I’ve taken my E46 M3 to this shop twice, and each and every time they do an outstanding job. The employees are upfront and honest, and they do an excellent job. I’ve never had any issues with their work, and would never go to another alignment shop to get work done to my M. Excellent service. I highly recommend their shop.

I have been an Accurate customer for several years. First, when the previous owner John was here, and now with Chris. I have to say that I was initially concerned with the ownership change, but those concerns were quickly laid to rest as I dealt with Chris (and his better half Sharon). Chris is always above board, assesses problems quickly, explains them succinctly, and always offers pragmatic solutions. Chris is a fair, honest businessman who is good at his craft (a rare combination in today’s world). I would encourage anyone to have Accurate Alignment service your tire, brake, and suspension needs!!!

The story lays out like this,
I own a 1968 Plymouth Barracuda, took my car in for an alignment over at pep boys after speaking with them they assured me they had worked on older cars before and they could do it pretty easy I work down the street so i dropped it off during my lunch and rode my bicycle back to work a few hours later they call «sorry cannot do the alignment we apologize for the inconvenience but we do have a company down the street we can refer you to the company being Accurate Alignment» I’m thinking okay what the hell they were nice about it i pick up my car after work and i am off.
That night i do a little research on Accurate alignments i read the Yahoo, Google, Unilocal reviews like everyone else my attention is only on the bad reviews so i start reading and i am pretty dumbfounded and amazed on the terrible customer service, rants, blow ups, cursing and work that has been done onto customers and they’re cars in the past I quickly decide this is not my place. [PASS]
Next day, I am on my lunch with no appetite I think to my self «I should pass by and get a quote» Just to entertain my curiosity about the place. Pulling up to they’re parking lot the place presents itself nicely and looks the part of a professional business i walk in a gentleman is sitting there with nothing to do though i think he might have been on lunch he asks «whats up» my response «I’d like to get a quote for an alignment «he then tells me the price i follow up with «What procedures do you guys follow for an alignment of a car this age, make and model and what equipment do you guys have and use in this facility to do this job? » just think to myself i should ask this to make sure they are able to do it and save me the trouble of having them call me later and telling me they cannot do it for whatever reason so his reply «I’m sorry i don’t think i understand your question, LOOK I’ve been doing F@#$ing alignments for *sum amount of years i am pretty sure i can do the F@#$ing alignment on that car. You can have it done or not but you cannot drop it off today no time «he might of said «no room» my memory is vague. But one thing is for sure i went in with a smile and left with a smile. :) haha this guy drops F bombs like nobodies business outta left field both random and completely inappropriate.
Any how back to the entertainment, my memory quickly goes back to all the bad reviews i had read about the place and thought wow i definitely don’t need the trouble of having this guy perform a bad job on the car or installing bad parts or cursing me out of the place telling me to sue him or what not. [PASS] & I go back to work.
Of course this review (ONE STAR) is not from the job done because we never got that far but of the POOR customer service. They must be doing very well for them to treat/​speak to potential customers that way.

Very honest, straight forward. When I came here, they do their jobs ASAP with precision, no bullshit, the best work alignment. I bring in my modified 2012 BMW 328i, they have way too much experience to easily handle all my requirements. Well done Accurate alignment

Referred by a friend. I needed new tires desperately. My treads were bald, and the tires were starting to crack. I called ahead to inquire about the cost and the time table for such work. I provided them with my car’s make, model, year, vin number, and tire size. I was informed they could order my tires and have them available to replace the next day. I wasn’t available to come in for a few days which was okay with them.
Upon arriving a few days later they squeezed me in, and expedited the whole process. They even noticed my alignment was off and they took care of it for me in a flash.
All in all they were fast, courteous, accommodating, well priced, and they did a great job. I will definitely return for future work, and I would absolutely recommend them to family & friends.

Worst experience
I have a 2500HD that has a 6″ lift. After about an hour and one half, Chris came out and told me never to come back and that he hated the lifted trucks.
Bad attitude and I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Chris and his crew installed some suspension and brake components. Install went good. They did some adjustments to fine-​tune the suspension after test driving. Car drives, stops, and looks good.

I had my truck alignment performed here on Monday. Though no appointment was made, Chris was able to take my car and recommended I check back in a few hours. It was completed within the timeline as stated. Chris explained his work and provided printed information sheet showing the recommended alignment specs, actual and adjusted specs. The shop and work area is immaculate and Chris is very professional. This is most definitely the right place to take your project car, hot rod, offroad truck and daily ride for alignment and suspension service. Thanks again Chris.

Went in for an alignment with an appointment, got my truck on the rack right away. Good people, won’t give you’re car back till they get the job done right.

I had new tires put on my 2009 Camry and was told I needed an alignment as well at Sears. Since the car was not pulling or driving as if it needed one I decided to decline having it done at Sears and getting a second opinion.
Well I got the same answer from AA and since they had the Unilocal deal I went ahead and had it done at AA. They were nothing less than professional and did the work quickly, I was in and out in 35 mins. Great job at a fair price,
I have read some other complaints on Unilocal about AA’s prices but if you check around and I did they are right in line with the average price for a wheel alignment.
I would recommend them because: They have a Clean place, Professional help, Quick turn around and explain everything well before and after the work is done.

My Challenger is like a family member to me, so I researched exhaustively for where to take «her» for a complete high performance & lowering suspension job.
‘Really hit the jackpot in finding Accurate Alignment. Chris and his team NAILED IT in every way. The car looks totally transformed (in a great way) and now handles far better than I dreamed it could. Furthermore, the pricing was more than fair and the customer service from Chris and Sharon was top notch. I’d drive a hundred miles or more to take my car here, so it’s fantastic that they’re close by.

1^st visit: way back in the day with my ’95 RX-​7 and even though my M2 tie rods have wrench slots they used vice grips and scratched it. The custom alignment was good but years later not happy with the chew marks on the rod
2^nd visit: I had my Z Re-​Aligned under warranty at the dealer for inside feathering at 4k miles. Although the new set of tires didn’t wear in 5k miles like the OEM’s, the inside was still off. They were able to adjust better than factory (Req’d 0.00/OE=0.04 camber) and as best as possible for the rear (lower springs). Tires were drop shipped from Tire Rack. Alignment price was lower than expected as prices are listed on their web site (cash disc’.2.5hrs) total but with another alignment for new suspension from Corner 3 in Laguna Hills, i’d consider them expensive and comparable in price to wheel warehouse. Note: Expect phone tag as there is no secretary at the front desk.

I’ve had my Corvette there, to Chris at Accurate Alignment, before. And he is very professional, and thorough.
Recently, I had a rear end differential changed in my Corvette. This threw the alignment off, and even the steering wheel was an inch off center.
I called Sharon, and asked her to tell Chris about my problem. He told her to ‘get him in right away’, knowing that driving like that can damage tires. Sharon called me back (in about 5 minutes), and told me to ‘head that way’, that Chris will get me in as soon as I get there.
I drove down to Orange, from home (about 30 miles away) right away. Upon arrival, Chris asked me a couple of questions, took my car for a test run, and had it in the shop within minutes. Not more than 45 minutes later, he was done. In fact, the rear right tire was toed way in, which would have ruined it, if I’d not gotten it in. Tires on Corvette are very very expensive!
Thanks to Chris (and Sharon) for treating me like a valuable customer, that mattered. I will be back. And I highly recommend Accurate Alignment for all cars, and especially if you have Sports Cars, they have all the technical know-​how, and equipment (for low profile vehicles) for all the alignment needs.
This is a quality run business.

Awesome customer service! Friendly, polite, attentive, and quick. Complimentary WiFi, water, coffee, and cookies offered. Heard they do a great job with alignments so decided to spend the extra money and get it done here. Paid $ 80 for my Toyota Camry. This should teach me to drive like a human being.
