As a regional supervisor for a property management company, I am constantly in need of window coverings for either occupied homes or apartments, or for the most part, when I turn our vacant homes or apartments. I have been using Apex now for a couple years, and I don’t know what I would do without them. I have a full internal maintenance department at my disposal, but I choose to use Apex for all my window coverings. Deepa has been the epitome of excellent customer service, and the physical service itself has always been perfect. I shoot her an email with an address, she replies and usually measures and quotes that same day, and in a week I have an entire home or apartment with beautiful new quality blinds installed.
It is my job to find quality products at good prices for our owners. I could easily have home depot blinds installed and save a few dollars, but with Apex, I know the blinds are going to be installed perfectly and aren’t going to break and look terrible in 6 months. In the end, my owners save money by installing Apex’s quality product, and make more money by allowing us to advertise fair-​market rents for a property that we know has been turned properly. Plus, Deepa accommodates my on-​the-​go quick emails with amazingly quick responses responses herself. A good product with crappy customer service becomes a service I won’t use, and Apex has always treated me as if I am their only customer.
