Autosense

Kano stop using drugs because you’re wrong. You guys charged me and never refunded me the money. Would have been nice of you to get a hold of me and try to help me while I was still a customer! I’m not the first horrible rating you’ll get and I certainly won’t be the last. Thank you.

So I’m having a great day, walking through rainbows, eating at Unilocal Elite preferred locations only, enjoying copious amounts of chocolate, candy, and waving at strangers, I get to my car (before I leave to feed the homeless and adopt a dozen puppies) and I breathe into my interlock device when suddenly I hear a loud EEEERRRRRRRRRR!!! (you have to make the sound for that to make sense). My ignition interlock device makes this horrible sound before I can turn my car on. I pick up the phone and call Autosense «What’s happening?!» «What did I do wrong?!» «Am I going to jail?» No, I just need to get my device calibrated. (for those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about, once a month you have to take your car in so they can upload/​update information for your interlock device)
My week is already packed with work and other cool stuff, I don’t have time for this. I explain to the people at Autosense and they send someone over to my house the next day to calibrate the device for me before I leave for work.
This place couldn’t be more awesome, they pick up their phone ²⁴⁄₇ and have amazing customer service. When I initially needed the device installed they sent someone to my home, and they even said they could come to my work (which is inconveniently about 15 miles from their office).
It’s unfortunate to be in the situation to even be rating this business, but since i am I couldn’t be happier with how easy Autosense has made it for me. Those who are reviewing this place with one star are crazy.

I don’t really understand why there are so many negative reviews of OC Autosense. In my experience, this company has been very professional and customer service oriented. And to be honest, I’m not always the easiest costumer to deal with.
To start, they are super flexible with scheduling when it comes to calibration apt’s, temporarily turning off the device when my car needs service, and even switching the device to my new car, which has the push-​to-​start feature (the monthly payment stayed the same too!)
Kevin is super careful and professional and he made sure that my new car was taken care of during the installation. I’ve had the device in my car for a year now and have another year to go; I’m impressed with how painless this experience has been so far! Do yourself a favor, check this place out: great price and even greater service!

These guys really helped me out with my IID, let’s face it, it’s not really something people want to deal with but if you go in they take good care of you, and I mean it when I say it.
They really helped me out, they were very prompt. I would definitely recommend it!

Great Customer Service! Had this service for about a year, each time I called or had questions or needed service on the device was always able to reach them and received fast service. Very easy to communicate. Came out to our house to install and with less than 24 hour notice they came to house and un-​installed. Able to send Text Messages for repairs or service or questions. Super fast response. Highly Recommended.

I’m sorry the other reviewers had a bad experience with Autosence. I, on the other hand have had a great experience thus far with Kevin and his company.
I unfortunately have needed the use of his services for some months now, and I have some more months ahead. Fortunately, I stumbled on this company though– I have nothing but great things to say.
I recently bought a new car and needed to transfer my interlock from my old car. Kevin made the scary transition smooth and reassuring. He installed my device professionally and stealthily, so all the wires and devices are easily hidden from view when not being used.
Every time I’ve needed a question answered, there has been someone there to help me. I’m super grateful for the customer service I’ve received. Highly, highly recommended!

I dont know how these proplr call themselves a business. Do not do any business with these people they are super shady and sketch. I got my breathalyzer from them. My problem started when it came time to recallibrate my breathalyzer. We set up an appt with kevin and i waited for him for an hour and 30 mins to the point where he began to ignore my calls. I never heard back from him till i called back and q guy named will answered. I asked to speak to kevin. He said he will contact him and tell him to call me back. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM KEVIN. I called Will again and he said he will handle it. We set up an appt again. The day of the appt WILLS PHONE IS OFF AND NO ONE IS ANWERING THE PHONES. And the address he gave me was to a residence who said no one named Will lives there. I call Kevin again. Aftero many calls he finally picked up and i told him i had an appt. With Will. He said he will call him. He calls me back and all he tells me is WILL DISAPPEARED. Ill b there in 20 mins. This is after i had waited 30 mins for Will. When Kevin got there i told him to uninstall it. They are full of shit i dont know how these people are getting away with all this. Find another location for your breathalyzer!!!
