Antonio and Gerardo first waterproofed my 20×10 terrace in 2010. They did an awesome job on a terrace that, because the house was built in 1975, was far from perfect; the main issue being a lack of consistent slope in some areas and no slope at all, in other areas.
Despite the challenges my terrace offered, B&C did all they could do to prevent any pooling/​puddling issues that might occur in future rains. They even came back when I called to say I had a small dip; no complaints, just said «ok», and showed up the next day, spending additional time on a job that had already been completed and paid for.
They went above and beyond. Courteous, responsive service. And kind, down-​to-​earth guys, determined to maintain an excellent reputation.
