Eggplant is awful! Needs to be breaded and fried! Green beans were wrinkled and overdone. Service was good. Salad was good. Both bathrooms were out of order. That’s a no no

No additional star rating, but wanted to comment on the increase in quality. We called ahead for a table for nine, including one booster and a high chair. Table was ready when we arrived, and the host was lovely throughout our entire visit. Our server was also lovely throughout out entire meal… though a little disjointed in service. Still, everything eventually arrived, and she was always nice. Made a special request with a frozen beverage, and the bartender accommodated! Delicious rolls(the kiddos couldn’t get enough!), huge salads, fresh pasta used for my generously-portioned, protein-packed Jambalaya Fettuccini(rather impressed by that one!), and smiles all around!

The service was amazing the food was delicious. My fiancé and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner here last minute. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. We were in great hands. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an adorable place to host something where you can hang out and have great conversation with loved ones. Thanks Jasmine, Steven, and the manager, Mike!

So had a Birthday and Retirement celebration once again here and it was fantastic the waiter we had this time was Joe another J initial last time was Jasmine. Our waiter Joe was wonderful very attentive it was busy so we had several tables but he made sure to bring the breads and the water coming until food came. They had a three course meal for 3 for $ 19.99 was excellent there was a minor situation with two of the people entrée but the manager Mike came over once again and took care of it and everything ended up being a very good night and if you’re in the area definitely visit I know I’ll be back

We’ve stopped at this Bertucci’s before(including once for dinner when their limited seating was entirely taken up and we gave up and went on) and yesterday it served a perfectly satisfactory lunch. We haven’t been impressed with this chain’s dedicated lunch options so we went with a single large pizza which is a much better value at lunch than dinner as it comes with unlimited salad(yes, we did have a refill!). The contents of the salad isn’t much better than that of their competitor(Olive Garden, one of whose branches is literally across the street), but they do add the nice feature of allowing a choice of dressings. Plus, the rolls at Bertucci’s actually taste home-made fresh(unlike so-called bread sticks elsewhere which are clearly produced by an extrusion assembly-line process). We’ll stop back next time we’re in the vicinity.

I ordered the salad with spinach, goat cheese, red onion, pears and roasted beets with a champagne vinaigrette made with prosecco. While this salad was fresh and delicious, I don’t know WHAT kind of red onions Bertucci’s is getting but they were so HARSH I had to take them out of the salad! I even had my bf try them(btw we both love onions) and even HE said they were rough! The beets were not roasted enough and were very hard, but their flavor was nice and none the less, the texture went pretty well with the other ingredients of the salad. I would definitely order this salad again. My bf got the Sporkie pizza, which is sausage, ricotta and mozzarella which he loved. Our waitress, Sabrina was a sweetheart to us and even though it was dinner time on a Saturday night, we got right in and seated by the lovely hostess… despite the crowded parking lot outside… so don’t be fooled Foodies! ;)

I have been here twice and have yet have a good experience or good wait staff, my most recent visit consisted of us having to request to get bread and waiting over 40 min for our meal and watching every other table who came in after us get there food before us. We finally found out they burnt our food and had to re-cook the whole thing and we were never informed, when we finally got our meal they had messed up my order.

we had one of the best meals ever tonight. Sabrina our waitress is fabulous. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly Cesar salad and cheesecake. We also had crab mushroom caps to start with they were delicious and full of flavor. My partner I have fettuccine with chicken but they substituted for him and he said there was a piece of shrimp and every single bite. We were so full we had to take Home our cheesecake for dessert. Can’t wait to come back again and will tell our friends to do the same and see Sabrina !!!

Ordered take out from the bar. Took 45mins to get the order and it tasted like it was sitting for 45mins. I got 11 rolls with my single entrée, not sure if that is suppose to make up for the wait time and the slow service? Would not go back.

we normally have a decent meal and very good service here in Orange Bertuccis. that’s not what happened this evening. service was just not up to par and the service we did get was just down right bad. the food had its problems also. chicken marsala was charcoal grilled and it was burnt. all our food was either over done or cold. servers reached across us and had no manners. we had to constantly ask for items and they did their best but they appeared to be understaffed for a Saturday night. the manager was very friendly and discussed our issues. this was our first time having this type of service and food quality. keep in mind that if you eat here take the time to ask how your food is prepared to make sure that you won’t be disappointed. I hope they step things up here as we really did like to come here before.

I can’t even deal with how tasty the Tuscan roasted vegetables are !!! Our server willy was WAY more knowledgable than most servers. He explained how they were roasted what’s in the oil. Pleasant and one of the most neatly trimmed beards I’ve seen. Listen. These vegetables. Miraculous!!! Probably gluten free and paleo friendly and vegan. I mean when you are being careful and healthy I’ve never seen such a joyous option. I expected Bertuccis to be all pizza and pasta!!! I know my gluten free friend has said hey have gluten free crust(I think). So she likes it there because she had celiac so can’t mess around with that. I can’t wait to tell her about the veggies because i have seen her get mashed potatoes and fries due to lack of gluten free options. I wish I could express to you the GLEE of these vegetables!!! So much flavor I could make a meal on them !!! One of the healthiest options ever !!! How do they get the peppers SOOOO good !!! You know I may even call Bertuccis corporate to tell hem about how good this is.

Came here 2 times now with my husband and son. I ordered the chicken picatta, it was ok. Wasn’t sure if the chicken was supposed to be crispy or just soggy. Wasn’t crazy about the egg noodles they side it with. Their better off using angel hair pasta to let it soak up the lemon sauce. The warm bread rolls and dipping sauce is yummy. My husband loves their lasagna. I’d come back again and try something different. Service is great. So if that was bad I’d never come back.

We have been to Bertucci’s 3 times now. The first two times we were thrilled with the place! The goat cheese and strawberry salad with salmon was out of this world, although a little pricey. The second visit we hit a Valentine’s special that made the place very affordable and we still loved our food(especially the bread and oil at the beginning, which is really something special). The third time, with no coupons or specials, the food came out less than desirable. We ate half of what we ordered and werent interested in the rest. Luckily, the new management came over to hear what we had to say and quickly brought us a free dessert. We felt better, but what really floored us was when the check came, it was empty! He had removed both our meals and our dessert! We left a generous tip and said our thank yous and will most definitely be back to a place that values their customers happiness. We could have left that restaurant feeling pretty bummed that we paid $ 35 for shitty food and were still hungry and it would have likely ruined our whole evening. Instead, we left laughing and with smiles on our faces. You cant put a price on that.

Delicious Lasagna and the Bread Rolls are to die for and freshly baked. Salads are very good and generous amount. Servers are very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommended!

Wow this place has amazing lasagna and amazing complementary warm dinner rolls! Service was good my dad wasn’t feeling the salmon meal he ordered and the kitchen manager came over apologized and offered to take that meal off the bill and gave us free dessert. We were seated fast and our water was refilled fast. Will be back.

Had an amazing experience here! Our waiter was very attentive and nice, we got sat quickly! I ordered shrimp scampi and a half pitcher of moscato sangria and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while! All of the food was really fresh and it arrived quickly. Bertuccis is one of my favorite chains because it’s nice but casual, and it’s prices are really good for the food you get!

This place used to be great. Now it seems I should take the advice of fellow Unilocalers and stick to the pizza. There is a dish we order that isn’t on the menu but this time around there is something similar on the menu that they gave us in place of our normal order and it is horrible. The difference is the oz. of salmon and the addition of frozen shrimp… The pasta was overcooked and bland. I tried the eggplant dish; a soggy, nasty, bitter mess. The only thing palatable was the chocolate cake. Even the cheesecake was a soupy mush of a thing. If everything is closed on a Sunday after 6 and they happen to be open I guess we have to try this«famous» pizza they serve. The manager, a male in his 60s I assume; is nasty, self entitled, and it seems he has dragged this business down to the level of his customer service. No further comment

I think their lunch is good. They give you bread and salad. They have lunch menu which has decent selection. I think dinner size meals are overpriced for what they give. I can have better meals somewhere else for the same price. Staff at this location was nice. Bar area is smaller than I thought. Their bathroom needs total renovation. It’s outdated and doesn’t look clean. Paper towel dispenser was broken when I was there.

Food tasted like a chain restaurant but the service was good. Might be best for just the pizza and rolls.

My first visit to Bertucci’s was on Memorial Day with my mom. We had great service from the moment we walked in through the door. My mom told me how friendly the staff was when they struck a conversation with her on the way out of the rest room. With that being said I applaud the employees here for great customer service. The food on the other hand was just ok. I ordered the Chicken Piccata but was not impressed by it. I believe that chain Italian restaurant could prepare amazing meals(like Carraba’s) but the food here is mediocre. I’m not saying I would never go back, just don’t expect a phenomenal meal when you come dine here. It is a good facility, the restaurant was very clean and had plenty of tables to accommodate a busy meal period.
