We used Big Matty’s Limo Service to help my daughter and her friends celebrate their promotion and we all had an amazing time! Clean interiors with ice cold beverages of every kind with the perfect sound system and plenty of room for all! We took the H2 Stretch and it was perfect! Driver was courteous and professional! My daughter and her friends had a great time this past Friday for a post 8^th grade graduation celebration. Matt arrived at our scheduled time with a beautiful 10 passenger limo, that was clean inside and out.
He had it stocked with waters and sodas for the girls and even included sparkling cider for the celebration.
Matt was professional, friendly and accommodating the whole time. We will definitely use his services again.

Big Matty’s is the best car service around! We needed transportation for our family to LAX and back home after our trip. Matt had great communication with us along with both of his drivers. Both vehicles were very clean and well taken care of. Both drivers were very polite, professional, and friendly even at 5:30 am. I called several places before I called Matty’s and I don’t know why I wasted my time.

I found big Matty here on Unilocal and saw his great reviews, so thought I would give him a go. I am really glad I did! I called him on a Sunday night to arrange a car for Friday — left a message — and he texted me back less than 30 minutes later. We chatted about price and he offered an hourly rate with a 4 hr min, or a discounted fixed rate if I wanted to book a longer window. I chose the flexible hourly rate and a black stretch Lincoln. He let me know that I would get my driver assignment on Thursday. We completed the agreement by email and I sent him details on our planned destinations. On Thursday he texted me our driver’s name and number. Our driver Frankie texted me early Friday and we coordinated for the pick-​up and confirmed the schedule for the evening. Frankie was awesome — polite, warm, friendly, and really dedicated to providing great service. He struck just the right balance of giving us our privacy while being helpful and kind at every opportunity. Frankie and the car made the night a huge success and I will use Big Matty again whenever I need a limo. Highly recommended!!!

This is the best limo company around! I used Big Matty’s Limo for a wine tasting trip to Temecula over the weekend with 10 girls. I loved that I could find everything I needed on his website, including pricing. Most websites make you call for pricing. Matt responded right away when I had questions about how many hours our trip should be. He was very knowledgeable with Temecula and all the wineries, where to go, where to eat, etc. He also special pricing for wine tasting trips!
He had the limo stocked with ice cold champagne and waters which was a nice touch. All of the glassware was clean too. He is friendly, professional, and pleasant to be around. He owns the company and he was our driver! So it was great communicating with the owner from the start to finish.
I did a lot of research beforehand to find the best pricing. Not only did Matt have the best pricing, he had excellent Unilocal reviews, which is huge for me! The entire process from booking him to paying at the end was simple and organized. The limo was immaculate, spacious, and had a great sound system. He picked up bread for us while we were still wine tasting from this place in temecula known for their bread and brie… it was amazing!!! He is great at taking pictures too!

I will absolutely use this service again! First of all, after shopping around I chose Big Matty’s based on price and reviews, and I’m still happy with my choice. Second of all I thought I was attending a concert in North County SD at Valley View Casino, but thanks to Matt’s research he discovered our concert was actually in the heart of SD at the Valley View Casino CENTER! Crisis averted, I’m mostly thankful I didn’t drive myself since I failed to discover this vital piece of info on my own. My driver Gabriel was pleasant, professional and accommodating. Him and the driver he had with him were friendly and understood our silly antics as we sang at the top of our lungs warming up for our night with Garth. This limousine service made a great night into an amazing experience! To top it off, we didn’t get home that night until 4:30 am and felt perfectly safe sleeping the two hours it took to get home, we knew we were in good hands. Thanks again! Can’t wait to ride with you again.

We recently used this service to get to LAX from Hemet for our honeymoon. While Über is now a thing that people use frequently, I have to say that this was far superior. There is something about the level of professionalism that makes the slight increase in price compared to Über worth it. Matt was friendly, personable, polite, and punctual in his service and exceeded expectations. The Town car was spacious and clean, and his driving was wonderful. We arrived with plenty of time to get through customs and had the added benefit of being stress-​free from LA traffic and airport parking.
TLDR: Skip Über, the service you get with this company is well worth your money. I cannot recommend it enough.

I’ve used Big Matty’s for many of the weddings that I plan and recently for myself. Love his services. Matt himself will call to make sure that everything is set up correctly a few days before your event as well as the day before. He always makes sure that my clients receive excellent service. We took a stretch limo home from a show at San Manuel Ampitheter on Sunday night… our driver was early, and waited patiently for us to get out. Then he texted to help us find where he was in the mess of tens of thousands of people exiting the grounds at the end of the show. There were cold waters and sodas waiting for us, the limo was clean and comfortable, and we got home quickly! Well worth the reasonable price. We will definitely be using Big Matty’s for all of our future shows in San Bernardino. Thank you! :)

I’ve used this service twice now. Once for a large group of crazy women wine tasting and most recently for a more relaxed three person driver service for wine tasting. I book limo services frequently and Matty’s limo service has proven to be organized, on-​time and with no hidden charges. What is quoted is what is charged and they are very clear that you tip the driver separate. None of this «minimum driver tip» included in your fee and you feel obligated to pay a cash tip on top of what was added to your bill. In both my occasions it was a casual, hot day in temecula, so drivers were very casually dressed (was okay by me), however, if you want a certain dress code for your driver, I’d suggest you tell them upfront. Hate for you to expect a driver in a suit and tie who shows up in shorts. I am sure they are a good option for any occasion. I found out they are stationed in OC, so that’s better for me, because I thought they were stationed in temecula and primarily did wine tasting.

Matt was amazing! I’ve been meaning to get on Unilocal to give him a review because he was THE BEST when me, my husband and our friends used his service for a wine tour. he was fantastic and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. I was a newbie to the whole wine tasting trip thing and he couldn’t have made the process better from the planning to the actual day of the wine tour! Used Big Matty’s Transport again over the weekend for Prom and had the same great service:
1. Made reservations over the phone with Matt. Fees and paperwork negotiated and completed in advance.
2. The driver this time was Laura and she showed up early and touched base with me. We exchanged cell numbers so that we could keep in touch throughout the night.
3. Sent the kids off and I received updates all evening; when the kids got to the restaurant, when they left for prom, when they arrived at prom and when they were headed back.

This was my first time ever using Big Matty’s Transport. I found them by the way of Unilocal reviews. Awesome experience. Other businesses should take a customer service class from Matt on how to use technology to give the customer the best service. I read the reviews on Unilocal of all the car service companies and Big Matty’s Transport was best rated. I also read the reviews to make sure the five star rating was not manipulated.
I used Big Matty’s Transport for transportation to and from the airport. I called Big Matty’s Transport and Matt answered. He gave me a price to the airport. He also said cash, debit or credit card is fine. He also asked for the flight number flying out and return flight so they can keep tabs on them to make sure there are not any changes. He also said «Zane» would be the one picking me up. The night before I got a text stating «Zane» will be picking me up in the morning and he gave me Zane’s cell phone number if a problem should arise.
Zane was on time and the vehicle was clean. It was a nice ride. We talked about current events. Zane said he has been in the business for over 20 years. I made it to the airport with time to spare.
On the way back from the airport, I used Big Matty’s Transport again. This time «Art» picked me up. The flight came in 30 minutes early. I thought I would have to wait around for Art to pick me up since the flight came in early. I did not have to wait. Art said they have flight tracking software to let them know when their clients’ flights are coming in. So if a flight is early, then they know they have to be at the airport early. Art also text me and called and left a message on my cell phone letting me know he was at the limo lot and to let him know when we picked up our bags. Art said he has been doing this for about 20 years. The vehicle was clean and it was also a nice ride. We talked about current events and sports.
I know car service cost more than other modes of transportation. But I figured with gas, parking fees, how secure my personal vehicle is in a parking lot, headache of trying to get out of the airport and driving home; that it is well worth it. Plus the customer service as you can see above was great.

Booked Big Matty’s limousine for my mom’s 60^th birthday. We went wine tasting in temecula. Laura was our driver. She was on time, helpful and nice. The entire process from booking to making it home safely went smoothly. The limo was clean and stocked well. Most importantly the aux hook up and speakers worked perfect! I would definitely hire them again and recommend their services to others. Thanks for making the trip perfect for my mom! Next time I’d book more hours because it went too fast! :)

I called for a last minute limo service and was thrilled they could help us out. I emailed over the weekend for a next Friday night service and the owner, Matt, emailed me back right away. We spoke on the phone Monday and booked the service. He called me on Tuesday to finalize pickups and drop offs. He called me on Friday to let me know he was 10 minutes away. He arrived 15 minutes early which was great. We had three stops to pick up people and then we went to the Forum to drop off our teenagers for the Maroon 5 concert and then the adults went on to Beverly Hills for dinner. His service was exceptional. After dinner, we went back to the Forum and had a chance to chat with him. Smart, personable guy. He got out to get our kids and then off we went. It was an amazing night. Thank you, Matt, for making it special for us all. I would highly recommend Matt for your limo needs.

I hired them for my daughter’s 13^th birthday! The entire contact was awesome.. I loved the extra touches they did without me requesting. Decorating the limo inside with a Happy Birthday banner and sending a female driver. My daughter had an awesome time! The younger nieces and nephews that stayed behind were so bummed cause they didn’t get to ride the limo. Upon their return the driver agreed to give all the young ones along with my mother a ride around the block! That made everyone’s night! Thank you! :)

I hired Big Matty last Sunday to take my daughters and my mother to the Pantages to see Wicked. He answered all my emails quickly. his price was very reasonable and i compared hundreds of limos. He arrived 15 minutes early. the limo was beautiful.clean.well stocked with water, champagne, sodas, and hard
was my moms 79 birthday. he put a happy birthday banner in the limo and some cute happy birthday napkins. He dropped us right in front of the theatre and picked us up close as well. He was dressed like a pro and was a true gentleman. Would highly recommend him and his company and hope to use his services again.

We booked Big Matty’s Transport for our trip from Corona to the Rose Bowl for a concert. Fortunately, Matt was able to accommodate us on very short notice and was very straightforward about pricing and services.
Matt was our driver, and we booked the standard stretch limo. He was on time and extremely courteous. The limo was very clean and stocked with everything we could need. He even cleaned up the limo and restocked the bar while we were attending the concert, so we came back to a fresh limo for the long drive home.
Best limo service experience I have ever had. Matt is a true professional and the entire process, from booking to pickup, was honest and straightforward. Pricing is excellent too!

I reserved a 10 passenger limo for 6 of us to go on a Temecula Wine Tour on Saturday, October 5, 2013. I spoke to Matt, the owner, who was very knowledgeable of the area. I told Matt a little about my friends and me and asked him to recommend wineries. Matt selected wineries, made reservations and provided excellent customer service. He arrived to pick us up promptly, was professional, a perfect gentleman, accommodating and took very good care of us. When we arrived at the wineries Matt gave us necessary details such as where the restrooms were located, recommended eating places, etc. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture.
