Bob’s Shade & Linoleum

I was pleased when Chris installed nine windows with Hunter Douglas vertical blinds 5 years ago in my home. One of the blinds now needs factory repair and I asked Chris to pick up the 3′ wide x 6′ long blinds, send them to the factory and re-​install them. I am a senior who had recent spinal surgery and I live less than 5 miles from the store. Chris quoted me $ 175 as a service charge to do this. I do not recommend Bob’s service or loyalty to their customers. I will not patronize Bob’s again.

I had a really good experience with the staff here. They were very sweet to me and answered all my questions and helped me tremendously. I will definitely be going back to furnish the other windows in my house.

Hate to give sub par reviews but 3 stars is generous. The people who work their are nice and they have a really great selection of premium laminate floors. This is why the 3 stars. It’s just that after going in and getting a proposal and then calling about a particular laminate. They didn’t know which one I was talking about. Ingave exact info and was having to tell him where in the store. It’s sad employees wouldn’t know their own products. He was asking me the product code ?? Then he said I’ll call you back. He then called me back and couldn’t find it and kept me on the phone saying maybe someone checked it out maybe??? Meanwhile I had looked up the product code for him … In about 2 seconds online… Then my husband talked to him and he said «well it doesn’t matter you can’t order it today anyways» ok that’s fine. Called back Monday and guess what? They couldn’t find the written proposal from Saturday. Anyways we found material 1000 less somewhere else anyways ! Waste of time !!

Fantastic service. Went in to get my blinds restrung. It was done that same day. I asked about having them cleaned and the pleasant man that helped me gave me detailed instructions and a written paper on how to clean Hunter and Douglas blinds. I dreaded it, but did what he told me and it came out beautifully. Saved a fortune and they are just like new because of the good quality purchased in 2004.

These are guys are so rude!!! We have called them a couple times and every time we called them their customer service is horrible.
We recently had a problem with our floors and asked if they could help us and again they were rude. Let’s just say we will not be doing business with them!!!

They were fabulous! I had an emergency fix on a day night blind, they took care of it as I waited. Definately will have my return business.
