Chem-Dry by Singleton

Had Lalo here today to clean and scotch guard 2 couches. He showed up exactly on time. His estimate of how long the job would take was right on. He charged exactly what he quoted. Plus, I’d looked his company up online, and found that there were 3 coupons for his services. I printed them, and although they had expired 2 years ago (in 2012!), he still honored them, and gave me the 10% off. He did a great job on the upholstery – I’ll call him again, to do the carpets. Many thanx to him–
Didn’t notice until now… he left an empty water bottle and a piece of paper on the floor. This is petty, I realize, but was not pleased that he didn’t pick up fully after himself. This made me give 4 stars instead of 5

I called Singleton out to clean some furniture, that had gotten dirty from some construction that I had going on at the house.
He arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment. He assessed my job and the furniture i had to have cleaned. He actually pointed out a spot that I had completely missed, in which the construction people i had spilled varnish.
He was professional, kind, explained the job, and went to work. He cleaned up after him self and put everything back. He cleaned everything well and to my expectations. He’s a good hard working guy!!! Give him a call!!!

I had some fabric furniture cleaned. Great service and great result for a very fair price. I’m very happy and will use this service again.

I had a similar experience as Christina C. I called Costa Mesa Chemdry and told them I had candle wax on my carpet. They took a pass on even coming out to look at it as they were «too busy», I called Singleton Chemdry and talked to Lalo. WHAT A DIFFERENCE !! He came out the next day to check out the job and scheduled me for service. Lalo showed up on time, was great at his job and SAVED MY CARPET. My tenants had spilled the red candlewax in a big enough spot to be a problem. Lalo was able to get the wax out, get a piece of carpet from the back of the closet, patch the stained part and replace the closet piece with the stained one. Yes of course it cost extra and I was happy to pay for it. He did a GREAT job and I would recommend him for any job he says he can do. He takes pride in his work and I am very grateful to have found him for this problem. Forget Costa Mesa Chemdry, forget Coastline Chemdry, call Lalo !!

I called them at about 3 – 3:30pm on a Friday because the other ChemDry company that was supposed to do my carpets (do not use Precision Chem Dry) backed out after coming here 1.5 hrs late because they didn’t want to honor their own coupon special and I didn’t want to upgrad the service… ChemDry by Singleton was GREAT! They were out in about 35 mins and did an amazing job for the fair price quoted. Service was friendly and professional. And, they were able to get the spots out of the older carpets. He was honest aoubt the time frame, service and pricing and I will be using them again for my sofa and oversized chair/​ottmon in the near future. Oh, and the capets smell great without extra services/​charges and I have 3 dogs. Thanks Chem-​Dry by Singleton, great job!
