Here at Citywide Auto Care we strongly believe that keeping up with regular maintenance on your vehicle avoids costly repairs in the future. My name is Bruce and I am the owner of Citywide Auto Care in Orange. I’ve had a passion for cars since the age of 17. Right out of High School I went to College to become an auto technician. My dream was to someday own my own shop. Well… 30 years later and a lot of hard work here I am today! Our success in business comes from repeat customers, customers that boast about our service and bring family and friends with them. Our customers develop into long time friendships that last forever. Thanks to our friendly staff, we have the best work team we truely feel blessed.

Honest, thorough and price reasonable.
We have a GMC Acadia and went to the dealer first. They told us 1200 in power train damage. Luckily my hubby remembered about City Wide as a recommendation from Karco (another awesome shop for foreign cars). We took the truck in for another opinion and they said no way are you in need of 1200 dollars of work.
Also having problems with the a/​c and heat only coming out on driver side – common problem based on Internet search. Dealer said $ 599+. City wide $ 250 with dealer parts. Then the a/​c wasn’t working. City wide did an evaluation based on previous work and found a simple solution and just fixed it
Couldn’t be happier with service, commitment to excellence and customer support. Can’t say enough great things customer for life

Thank you to Bruce and Tim for always being friendly and fast! I drive about 60 miles a day and never have problems with my car because I take it here to get serviced. Ladies, if you are looking for an honest auto care center, look no more. I’ve been going here to get my oil changed for years and tires rotated. Bruce is the most honest person in the auto care industry I have ever met and Cory is friendly and efficient. They have a good team. The place is clean and even the girls bathroom is nice! You can tell they really care about their customers.

I needed to get a tune up on my car so i had gone to another shop, but they had told me my car also needed an alignment and some other stuff done. when they gave me the quote it way too much money i felt like they were just trying to take advantage of me because i’m a woman. One of my friends told me to call Citywide and ask for a quote. So i called and a woman by the name of Mary helped me she was super nice and told me to bring my car in so they could look at it and give me a quote. When i got there Bruce checked my car. He told me my car didn’t really need an alignment. I really appreciated his honesty. The price was way lower then the other shop too !! I would totally recommend them.

The folks at Citywide are the «real deal». I needed to find a new auto mechanic that I could trust after moving further north in OC. Checked out Citywide on Unilocal and thought I’d give them a try. I have now had 3 of my family’s cars serviced there and am absolutely delighted! They are honest, know what they are doing, are excellent mechanics, and have fair prices. I have had oil changes, major tune up, brake lines flushed (manufacturer recommended service), 4 new tires mounted and balanced, as well as 4 wheel computer alignment (one of their specialties). Also had 1 car in need of some significant repairs which we chose not to do as the car was old and we’re going to just sell it for parts. They were very understanding (and agreed!). This will be the place I take my cars for service moving forward.

I liked my oil change and rotation so much that I bought my hubby back for his last week. They provide prompt, professional service at a reasonable cost. Corey (the owner) is even fun to chat with!
Special note to the ladies: while you’re waiting for your car, the bathroom there is clean, big, and even decorated nicely! I know that is weird to say, but we know its super important; some auto shops/​stops have scary scary restrooms.

As an electrical contractor, my vehicle is my lifeblood.
Citywide is a bit out of the way for me, as I live in Irvine and put in 20 hour days all throughout the county. But it is well worth the time and effort to get in to see Corey at Citywide! There are no better hands for your vehicle to be in!
Recently, in a time crunch, with a fluid seeping out of my engine, and a ‘clunking’ noise, I took my truck into a more local shop to find out what the prognosis was, and how long I could put it off. They said I needed a new power steering pump, rack and pinion, transmission, and clutch. Although they were unable to tell me exactly what the issue was that required $ 5000 in repairs.
I rearranged my schedule and went to Corey for a second opinion. I ended up only needing a power steering pump, and he went above and beyond to ensure my ‘clunk’ was not going to keep me from being able to run my business. Not only did he get me back on the road in no time, but he saved me $ 4500!!!
I cannot recommend Citywide enough, no matter your location in OC. Well worth going out of your way for!

I recently went here to get a few suspension pieces installed, new tires mounted and balanced, and a custom alignment.
I brought Bruce the exact alignment numbers and he got them just right. The car drives great!
Also, they did all the work for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend anyone in need of an alignment to visit Bruce!
