Lance and Jesse are simply the best. I’m a tint novice, and they were extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They listened to my ideas and recommended 3M Color Stable tint. I couldn’t be happier. My car looks fantastic and their work was flawless.
They gave me instructions regarding care for the first couple days and tips on future cleaning. They also recommended a nearby Mexican restaurant where my wife and I could have lunch while we waited. It was fantastic! (Bahia).
Great service and a perfect installation from an honest and friendly shop. Add a couple perfect shrimp cocktails and carnitas tacos and you have a home run! Thanks guys! Highly recommended!

Just an update — I posted my last review in 2012. I had my windows tinted in 2008. It is now 2016… 8 years later and the only thing that’s happened to my tint over the years is I made a few tiny dings in the driver’s side window with my keys upon entering/​exiting the vehicle. There is not a single bubble or discoloration issue AT ALL. I sincerely couldn’t be more stoked on this investment.
Superb job, I can’t wait to get my new car later this year and take it straight to Classic even though I no longer live in Orange County. They truly have me as a customer for life.

I have yet to find a flaw at classic window tinting. I brought back one of my cars to Lance that he tinted in the past because, I scratched the tint of the drivers window with my watch. I paid a small fee and the window was redone. When I came to pick it up, I found out he also did another window because he didn’t like the way it looked. I can not stress it more people, when spending your money keep in mind the service and quality as well. This business has it all and deserves every penny I have spent here.

This place cares nothing about customer service (or maybe just me?) but the product was good so I guess that’s all I can ask for I guess.
I am happy with the job they did to my car so can’t complain there. It was done super quick and came out how I wanted. I would trust them again with any future job. Perhaps they should try and be a bit nicer though. At least it would make people feel more comfortable!

Looks good. Just what we wanted. It was done the same day and they even offered to drive us home. Not the guys fault but the Debit machine was acting up but it processed just fine.

Bottom line up front:
The owner provided thoroughly quick responses, with detailed pricing on the options I requested. I did not go to this shop due to distance from my house, but at least the prompt responses gave me confidence the owner will be more likely engaged with customers in the event of disputes.

I got my windows tinted on my 2008 mustang back in October 2015. 70% on the front windshield and 35% on both driver and passenger windows. It is April now and there has been no wear or sign of damage. Still loving them but I deducted one star because the application fluid stained the black plastic on the interior of my car. My friend also has this issue with his car after getting a tint job here. I highly recommend the business and Lance but just be sure to check for milky spots after it is done.

got my windows done here last week, they did an excellent job. Lance even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to sit there. had to bring it back because of a piece of lint under the tint on the drivers side window but they redid the window with no questions asked. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great tint job. 2016 honda civic sedan.

Got my car tinted this week and I could not be happier. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Lance is probably a cooler guy than all the reviews make him out to be. Jesse is not to be outdone; funny guy in his own right. Initially the price might scare some people off, as well as the time, but once you see the care and detail that goes into tinting a car right, you will understand.
I got the Suntek CXP 25% all around and 55% on the windshield. The new 25% is a perfect shade between 35 and 18. 35% looks too light in the day and 18% is too dark at night. 25% allows for privacy in the day, and no difficulties at night. I thought the windshield sounded too dark, but checking out Lance’s truck with the same thing, it’s barely noticeable.
It was waaaaaaay worth it. One can hardly tell by looking at the windshield it is tinted, but after a hot/​sunny day my car’s temp is significantly lower. The windshield is the largest window on a car. Do yourself a favor and don’t be scared or skimp on getting the windshield tinted.

Brought them my Audi A3 because of the incredible reviews on Unilocal.Now I see why everyone loves them. Great service and the product speaks for itself. Everyone should run their business like these guys!

Just got my 2016 Lexus IS tinted with Lance and Jesse! As always, they’re super down to earth guys. We spent a good half hour just talking straight foodie stuff and all the awesome hole in the wall places OC has. My car looks amazing and I’ve been getting non stop compliments! Thank you Classic Tint!

Just brought my brand new Lexus IS200t w/​F-​Sport to Classic Window Tinting today and decided to go w/​3M™ Color Stable 20 for the rear, 3M™ Color Stable 35 for the for side windows, and LLumar Air 80 for the windshield. These guys are awesome! Lance Shioji, the owner, gave me a ride home so I don’t have to sit in the office and wait for my car. Jessie and Tyler take pride in their work. I’m bringing two more cars to have them tinted since I’m very pleased with their work.

An update:
The true review comes when you are able to roll the windows down and see how the cut line is on the tint, around the top curve of the window. Perfect job Jesse! There was not one miss cut, or bend in the tint. This is something that I have never had on any of my window. Stoked that I decided to pay the extra cash to go there, it is well worth it. Thanks again.

After 18 months of rocking the 3M tint on the Bimmer (2011 328i sedan) it still looks brand new and is really easy to clean. My car stays much cooler now (unfortunately, the owners of my firm do not value covered parking [even the guy with the Maserati!] and I have to park outside at my office).
I found Classic Window on Unilocal.I liked how close they were to my home and they had great reviews Who was this «Lance» guy? Well, he picked the phone right up when I called and got me in the same day. Lance & Co. did a terrific job — real artists. They took great care with my car. Everything was put back gently and correctly. There is no gap between the edge of the window and the tint — no visible seam at all anywhere. I didn’t have to wait long. If you wait they have water, coffee and tea, and if you get hungry there is a great Mexican place a couple doors down (See my review for the venerable El Taco). You can watch them work on your car from the lobby if you’re a real Type A+. Classic even took care to work around the rear window brake light instead of tinting over it like other joints will — some won’t even give you an option.
The 3M product is well worth the extra dough — like almost twice as much as the heap stuff. I also bought the blue tint for the windshield. In hindsight, I would have replaced the three-​year-​old windshield first before doing that again. Lance spent a lot of time with me explaining the array of products they offer for all vehicles and all budgets. I didn’t feel pressured — just a thorough explanation. Lance also helped me realize that limo was just too damn dark.
Total for the 3M tint for four side windows, rear window, and windshield was about $ 500 — well worth it especially if you are keeping your car for a long time, and if you park outside, and drive a lot during the day in your work life.
My two previous cars, a 1981 Mercedes-​Benz 300 SD sedan and a 2003 BMW 325i sedan were tinted (not the windshield) by a shop in Tustin for about $ 200, and while the workmanship was comparable, the product was much cheaper and very prone to scratching.
