The Principle partners each have well over twenty five year’s experience in their selected professional field. Codespoti & Associates was founded in 1971 by Joseph R. Codespoti. It has grown to serve primarily southern Connecticut as well parts of New York. Projects include residential subdivisions, multi-​family housing, Commercial and industrial development as well as government agency reviews. Road and sewer design and construction surveying services are also offered.

Founded as Land Surveying firm, the company grew to incorporate a variety of Land Use Planning services throughout Connecticut and portions of New York.

Business Owner

He is a Site Planner and Landscape Architect licensed both in Connecticut and New York. For over 37 years he has practiced in both the government and private sectors. His experience is wide ranging from Historic Restoration work, Urban forestry, environmental planning as well as Commercial, residential and institutional planning.
