FOODPOISONING. We usually just take my son to play games but since it was his birthday we decided to get dinner. Service was incredibly slow from when we first walked in to when we finally got our food it was already an hour and it wasn’t busy at all. I had the burger and artichoke dip and it seemed ok at the time. Then later that night I realized I had food poisoning after throwing up feeling lightheaded and dizzy with stomach issues. I couldn’t keep and liquids down and I would have went to the er but was to weak to even get out of bed. I will never go here again.

Never coming back to this D&B. I love going to the Irvine location as everyone is super friendly and the drinks are always good but on a Friday night didn’t want to drive down there. I came with my boyfriend so it was only a party of two and they sit us in the big awkward booths at the far end of the dining area and there were plenty of small booths in the middle for 2 people. I should have known it was going to be a bad experience from the moment we were seated. First off the hostess should probably rethink her career choice considering she said not even a syllable to us simply sat us and left. Considering she’s a hostess she’s the first impression of the restaurant and should always be friendly and greet every guest. I get it it’s Friday and I’m sure there are 101 things you’d rather do but come on kid at least feign kindness or get another job. After we’re seated a few workers start setting up a table right in front of us for a party of 30!!! Are you serious? We pretty much got our food to go because the party of 30 had about 20 loud children who were so obnoxious that me and my boyfriend could barely hear each other and we were not even a foot away from each other. Pretty sure when you have a party that big you call ahead to schedule and if so why would the hostesses seat us there. Management should really pay attention to this. A group a few booths over were moved and I feel that even if it was last minute they should have asked us if we’d like to move to be more comfortable. I’m paying not just for the food but for the environment and after a long week of work the last thing I want is kids screaming in my ear while I’m trying to eat my meal. The only bright side to all of this was our waitress who was super apologetic about the whole ordeal. But unfortunately even her kindness will not make up for this horrible experience. Tip to management better train your hostesses on etiquette and always make the customer comfortable.

Craig the bartender is so cool. He really seems like he enjoys making sure people have a good time. Thanks dude! Will be coming back soon, my friends and I had a great night. I destroyed everyone on air hockey. I don’t know why this location doesn’t have a better rating. We ordered a bunch of beers throughout the night and some appetizers when happy hour hit. Nachos, quesadilla, boneless wings, spinach dip, potato skins and fries were all great, although now I have to go run a marathon. I think this is the third or fourth time I’ve been to this location, never been disappointed.

Horrible horrible, do not go here for dinner, service was horrible. From the time we sat down till we left, it took for ever before we were acknowledge, my husband orders soup and salad, they bring wrong soup, sent back for the soup he initially Oder, he orders sandwich no fries, tomatoes instead, he got fries, sent fries back forget tomatoes, I asked for extra salad dressing, never came, we ask for manager which was apologetic and did not charge for our dinner, we were out for a nice evening, not for free dinner which I did not eat, bottom line the place is poorly managed, will never go back there again. Nightmare. Save your money for a better place

I usually go to the Irvine location, but decided to go to the Orange location on a whim. From the moment I arrived I felt like I needed to bathe in bleach. The bar area and seating area were absolutely filthy(there was regurgitated food aka vomit on the floor next to the bar). The carpet looked like it hadn’t been washed since the business started operating and the arcade area was understaffed. To make matters worse, I had to ask four different people to help me with a Dave and Buster’s power card issue to which nobody could provide assistance. After twenty minutes of running around like a chicken with my head cut off, I was able to reach the manager who actually did help. Bottom line is, this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. The only way I will ever go back is if I’m in a hazmat suit.

It is what it is. But the drinks are super watered down. Almost to the point that you need to pregame before you even show up

My first time. My last time. Food was cold. Service sucks. 200.00 later. Even forgot 2 orders.

To be honest I’ve kept clear of this location for the past two years or so because it used to smell like a rotten beer and vomit. I’m assuming because of the lack of detail to cleaning the carpet. I was pleasantly surprised when my sister and I visited this evening! We visited for happy hour and some game play. Service at the bar was OK, and the food, while not the best I’ve had in my life, has improved from what I recall. This location has been nicely updated and rearranged. The location smelled pleasant and clean(which was a much welcomed change!) Overall, I was pleased and would be happy to return again for a drink and some games!

I had not been here for years and there was some noticeable changes. One was they changed the entrance and it was a bit nicer. They use to check for IDs at the entrance after 10pm but this was no longer the case. This wasn’t that cool because they serve alcohol and when your getting a good buzz on you are around these kids. I use to love it because it had a «adult feel» arcade but now it just felt like a arcade. I ordered Nachos that came out promptly but there weren’t the greatest. The games are kinda pricey but they have some new fun games that they didn’t have before. I probably will return back but this isn’t something I would do often.

This place is a popular lunch and happy hour spot for the local businesses(and the courthouse and jail). They have a great selection of video games and other games like air hockey, horse racing, golf, etc., and the like. Sort of like a casino without the gambling, the food is second rate, and the service is sometimes non-existent(all D&B locations seem to be trying to get by with less and less employees). Playing pool is an extra charge, and it’s a walk to get to the only restrooms here.

So the food was alright. Some friends had their game card stolen and when we notified security they offered us a new game card, which was alright but they never asked the people who we had the problem with to leave. This made some in the group feel uncomfortable and we ended up leaving because of it. So I ask you. What was the point of getting our game money back, if we didn’t feel comfortable enough to use it? When I left I was given the GM’s name and number. He never answered or returned any of my phone calls. Wont be going back to this location. Nothing against the other D&B’s around.

Pretty chilled Came here for my 23rd bday so a year and a half ago… I believe it was during happy hour. All I remember was eating good food and throwing up such a blurr… Every thing was paid for and I think we went to lucky strike after… And I had enough time to recover for bowling and we had a bet going and made the girls streak in the parking lot… LOL sooo evil free food and good times baby!
