Del Taco

Hey employees get out of the booths that I want to sit at and you can check your email somewhere else… I have no place to sit. This will be my last time here.

On Saturday afternoon on 4-​16-​2016 I had two fish tacos and a few hours my stomach was killing me… also diarrhea. now is is Sunday and I’m a bit better. I’m pretty sure it was the cabbage or something in the Fish Tacos… hope no one else experienced a similar problem at the Del Taco on Katella in Orange.

The standards for a clean Del Taco restaurant have dipped far below the expectations of a consumer who values cleanliness.
It’s been 3 months since my last visit. Thought I’d stop by and see if they’ve cleaned up the place. It seams that the employees enjoy jaw Jackin more than having pride at where you work.

My boyfriend and I went here last night after some drinkin’ and xmas light seeing.
All I wanted was a cheese quesadilla, and for the SECOND time in a row, they gave it to me not even cooked. I legit had to heat it up in a pan when I got home.
This then caused my boyfriend and I to get in a fight because he told me «what do you expect, its Del Taco.» And I said «I expect that when I pay for food, they give me what I ordered, and cooked properly». The fight escalated from there.
This Del Taco almost ruined my relationship.

This location has got to be the worst!
Will never come back to this location ever!
Do your self a favor. Drive to the next nearest location.

I ordered a combo number seven which is two fish tacos and fries and a drink and I asked them to make it a burrito instead of those two fish tacos which they did and all he did was add the fish and fiesta sauce to me that is not right plus they charge me a $ 1.30 more so that they can make the combo a large! The lady that took my order was so rude never again will I go back there! Ps my food was cold by the time I got home (I live 2 min away)!

Decent service but the taste of the food is really awful, and the restaurant is basically empty and there’s no one clean table to sit on, to be 11 pm should be better

I ate inside, on the drive through side. It looked like termites or Nats. . And dirty… and I love del taco

Terrible and SLOW! I spent more than 10 minutes at the drive thru and they completely ignored me for 5 of it. They don’t listen and you have to give your order at least twice. It’s been like this forever and they don’t care.

Once in a while I just have to eat a large French frie! So good, the new chile verde nachos 1 buck real tasty too

Maybe I shoulda given it 2 stars. I mean, they have taco Tuesday. But honestly — with an entire crew of Latino ppl working — how’s it possible they make a bad taco? …and not counting the broken ones which they somehow managed in the 2 ½ feet between the taco bar and the front counter.
Special golf clap to the basic b… I mean Manager that gave me food and no napkins. No surprise the restaurant isn’t in the best shape. Wonder what the manager’s house looks like. (Girl mngr not the guy)
I suppose that’s the way things go nowadays.
Pay less for sub standard food and service.
I’ll say this though, I appreciate the cute counter girl offering me ketchup for my tacos. Yeah ketchup.

This was the first thing I spotted when I moved out here. Hey, there’s a Del Taco nearby. Score!
It’s not super close like my other Del Taco but close enough. The drive thru can be tricky and the speaker box is going bad. Sometimes, I have to repeat myself twice but other than that, the service is so friendly.
I always get greeted by the same old lady. I’ve been here so many times for Taco Tuesday and she always recognizes me, knows what I want and even what sauce I want and how many. It’s a little too perfect just like my Costa Mesa Del Taco. Hooray!
Food is the same — on point. I either get the tacos or the burger — not a bad burger. You have to try it. Other than that, same ol’ Del Taco. What’s not to love?

I haven’t had del taco in years and had a craving for it, I should’ve had will power and not bothered.
I ordered the deluxe chili cheese fries, chicken soft taco, hard tacos and soft tacos. Not one item was put together well or tasted good. The chicken taco had too much sauce and no cheese, the taco shells were broken on the tacos, and the chili cheese fries had lots of chili, little cheese and little sour cream.
Now I know next time I want fast food to let my will power take over and resist.

Ask for the Beef and Egg burrito. It’s not on the menu but they will make it for you.
Budget food. Breakfast ends at 11am.

I have not been to Del Taco in years and decided I wanted to eat me some Del Taco. I walked in and there was a grumpy and rude man behind the register. I ordered 4 tacos, a quesadilla, nachos, and chilli cheese fries. I asked for hot sauce and he asked how many? I said 7. He gave me exactly 7. When I asked for more hot sauce he gave me 3 more. Need more napkins? I got 1!!! 1??? I scoffed and asked for some more… got 3. This place is cheap and really stingy on their stuff. Needless to say, I didn’t expect a fine dining experience but would have enjoyed my unhealthy fast food much more with more than 1 napkin.

Well, it’s Del Taco… what else can I say? Cheap and decent, quick food. Definitely fast service, even when it’s busy.

This del taco is pretty good. It’s a little scuffed up here and there, but very clean and really fast to order and get your food. Also has a drive through that is very quick. This one seems to be one of the most efficient Del Taco’s I know of.

I don’t know why the ratings are so low for this location. We haven’t had a problem~ yet (knock on wood).Anyways~ the soft chicken taco’s are the best! AND right now, the mac-​n-​cheese bites are awesome!
The restroom situation does suck tho…

Who uses a token these days for public restrooms? To pay at Del Taco and go and use the restroom and then have to come back to the counter to get a token so that you can go to the bathroom is lame.
Not only is this a waste of time but once you get into the restrooms they are disgusting. The food is always good which is why this has 2 stars
