For nearly three decades, Doug has infused service, integrity and confidence into every aspect of his real estate business. Doug is a nine-​time real estate Hall of Fame award winner, an honor that is bestowed on only the most successful Realtors. He achieved this distinction by making his clients’ interests the primary focus of every single transaction. Doug takes great pride and satisfaction in selling his listings faster, for more money and with the least inconvenience to his clients. Doug’s roots in Orange County were firmly established several generations ago. His grandfather was the first President of the Anaheim Board of Realtors. It’s still a family business. Doug’s wife Karen (also a Realtor) provides administrative support for Doug, while their sons Matt and Tim have also begun building a successful real estate business at First Team.
