My name is Erika Rojas and I am the owner of Erika’s Magic Touch.

I started cleaning simply because I enjoy helping people care for their homes and businesses. I have always based my life and business on my Christian beliefs. In this day and time it seems to get harder to find companies that believe in that and customer satisfaction. Erika’s Magic Touch was built on that the customer is always right. While we know how to clean, we want to get to know every customer so that we can clean your home just the way you prefer.

The cleaners just got here and I’m already pissed off. They were a half hour early, which I HATE. I was still preparing for their arrival when they got here. Then they tried to tell the job was going to take four hours. No way in hell was that true. They’re going to be hard pressed to fill the three hour minimum requirement.
A word about that three hour minimum. I talked to these people on the phone three times and at no time did they tell me there was a minimum for first time customers.
The cleaners did an ok job. They didn’t finish everything I wanted done by any means, but they did do some things other cleaners won’t do, like the inside of the fridge.
As the final straw, when I went to pay them, they told me the company doesn’t accept checks from first time customers, another thing they didn’t bother to tell me when I made the appointment. I hope they don’t think I’d actually call them again after this.
Really unprofessional, do not use them.
