They have never asked me for my name or number, and half the time I forget my claim ticket, but they always know who I am and where my shirts are.
The owners are always warm and welcoming, and the quality is always the same, great.

Here every two weeks to drop off and pick up. They are great. Family run and will help you out of you need it done quick. They also will do alterations, but I haven’t had the need over the last few years, so I haven’t used that service here.

The Korean (total assumption but I’m pretty good about telling Asians apart) owner/​operator couple remembered my last name after like the 3^rd time being in their shop. Seeing the full rack of clothes, that’s impressive since they do laundry tickets by hand — no fancy computer systems needed.
Clothes come out pressed and cleaned as I need them to be 99.9% of the time. Perhaps once a spot didn’t come out, but that’s because I tried to clean it before they did.
Additionally, more than I sometimes care to admit, I’ve left ID badges, lapel pins, and credit cards in my shirt pockets and they’ve always come back to me. That’s fricken’ awesome for a scatterbrain like me.
They do 2 day turnarounds — example: drop off Wednesday after work and pick up Friday after 2PM. It works out well for me.
Definitely like to help small businesses out and they should be supported!
