I tried using their services for my fiancé 2 times. Both occasions she was rudely told that they were busy. The last time there was only 2 customers being taken care of with plenty of extra stations and personnel. This is unfortunate because we live a block away from this salon.

Still the best place to get a haircut. I’ve never had a bad experience. They always cut your hair the way you would want and if its not possible they would tell you. Another positive is that if you’re trying out a new style, and not sure if you could pull it off, Thuy or Wanda would give you her honest professional opinion.

Great place for An inexpensive haircut. Ask for Wanda she always gives me a great deal only $ 10 and washes my hair and cut very nicely. Or ask for Linda if you want to get a manicure or pedicure

I will say I love Lucy! she does great eyelash extensions. I have been getting them done by her for the last 8 years!!! she’s so sweet. Very personable and very reliable. Prices are very reasonable. I’m not sure about any of the other technicians. The place is not in that great of shape. But, I go there for one person and one person only! Lucy’s awesome!!! If you need eyelash extensions that are perfect and wont cost and arm and a leg… Go there!

I’ve been going to GiGi for several years but not for the mani or pedi but for my hair care. The salon has a stylist, his name is Migue. He is great! He is versatile with his cuts & hair coloring. His prices are super reasonable. I am very picky who messes with my hair and I trust him. He will listen and offer his advice. He gives you a style that you can do on your own. You won’t regret making your next hair appointment with Miguel.

I went here for a fill, my second visit here. The nail chick didn’t talk to me at all except to say sorry when she dug into my cuticle not looking. You can fully tell that I just got a fill. The first visit was great but now i will not be returning here

Popped in for a pedi, Lucy took care of me. She was quick gentle and neat. However the salon is not as tidy as I would have liked, especially the message chairs for the pedi’s. It was actually really gross, I feel so bad saying this though :-(. I hate giving bad reviews so I’ll leave it at that, you’ve been warned so lets just say I definitely did not put my feet in the water tray.

I really like this place! Went for the first time, this week, to get my eyebrows done. It was clean, they were helpful and sweet. Jennifer did my brows and she did them JUST like the picture I showed her. She took her time, and did not cut any corners. I will definitely go back!

I have been going to GiGi’s for years. I used to get my hair done here until my stylist moved to another salon around the corner. I still get manicures and pedicures with Jennifer at GiGi’s and have always loved her work. Every time I go to another shop to get a pedicure, I’m disappointed. There’s nothing like someone doing your feet and hands who knows exactly what you like and does it perfectly every time.

Waxing at this location is a no-no! I was looking for a new cheaper location to do a bikini wax and I got the worse service. I don’t recommend this spot for anyone that needs waxing. Here’s my experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile when I got there. I must add– I’ve been to a few different waxing locations but nothing like this. The rooms are set up weird. Walls weren’t really walls the separate the rooms. I can hear everything that was going on in the other room. The wax hurt so bad. It wasn’t even warmed up to how it should be. The cloth they used made it even worse. The worker had to go get different wax a few times because she realize the warmer wasn’t warming it correctly. And she still used it on me when it wasn’t hot/warm enough to be used. When the other girl(customer) was done in the other room I heard a knock on the door. They had to walk through my room to leave. Wtf!!! The worker that was waxing got a napkin and place it over my private area so they can walk by. Seriously! Not cool. I don’t recommend this location to anyone for waxing unless you don’t mind it.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for many years. Tina does the best eyebrow waxing. I always come in every three weeks or so for a mani/pedi and wax. The prices are great. I guess I’m a «regular» here. They have manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, tanning, and they also do hair.

Lame! Walked in and wasn’t even greeted. I had to flag down the only stylist to say hi. It was 6 and their only manicurist was gone for the day. Boo! Your sign says you close at 7! I didn’t like the feeling if this place so I will not be giving it another chance!

In my search for a new eyebrow place in Orange, I stumbled upon this quaint lil salon. It’s cute and clean on the inside. There were three nail stations on the right, three nail spa chairs on the left, and three hair cutting stations in the back left hand corner. I came in at about 2PM on a Thursday, so it was pretty quiet. Someone was getting a haircut, another customer was hitting on the asian lady at the counter and buying hair products(ha). I was helped right away and brought to a back room for waxing. On my way back there it looked like they had some hair-washing stations set up on the right(neat and organized back there). The waxing room was a bigger room divided into two. The lady who waxed my brows was kind enough to thoroughly remove all of my eyebrow make-up before starting. This was greatly appreciated because most of the time it doesn’t get properly, and it makes a big difference in the adherence of the wax. She was both gentle and thorough and apologized if she thought she had caused me pain… men could learn a thing or two from this lady!(lol ok sorry né way) It took her a bout 15 minutes, and it was $ 10. Not bad. I’ll be back on Sat for a manicure pedicure!

My 100th review! I was driving down South Main St. headed for Nordstrom at the Main Place mall today when I noticed while in traffic that Gigi Salon does waxing… I have been to Olivia at Athenian before(I love her) and I felt bad for not wanting to wait. I wanted a bikini wax done today! So I drove up to a strip mall like area located off Palmyra St. and S. Main St. in the Staples shopping lot. I walk in and IMMEDIATELY I am greeted by a group of friendly smiles from ear to ear! I like that! There were several people getting pedicures and haircuts. Gigi’s is loaded up with several different hair/skin care lines. Many which are from 20%-50% off. They also sell make-up. Nothing that I would use… But, anyhow, I tell the chick what I would like to have done and she immediately takes me to a back room where the facials and waxing rooms and shampoo bowls are. Sort of a funny layout. I am lead to the private room where I will be getting waxed and my first thought was(pause)…hmmmm it’s cramped and a little ghetto… FYI, this is no Marriott Spa. So I strip down and Lucy goes to work. She was great! No pain at all. I didn’t even flinch. She was so great and so funny. Everything is pretty lined up down there. Nice and even! However Olivia I do prefer to go to. She goes to town when it comes to waxing! I just wanted it done today! They offer an array of services. Everything from pedi’s/mani, Japanese Hair Straightening, hair color blah blah blah to facials, massage, hand and feet treatments and tanning… And of course waxing of almost anything. FYI… I wouldn’t come here for any hair services. But, this cute little chick Lucy was wonderful! I will come back if I can’t get in with Olivia at Athenian. Oh, and prices are great. $ 25 for a bikini wax. However Lucy said that«it be $ 20 for you, you have little hair». She’s cute!
