Such an awesome environment! The cashiers were so helpful when I was indecisive on which ham I wanted for my Easter brunch! The line wasn’t too long this year and it went by in a breeze. Awesome customer service and I loved the free samples! Definitely coming back and I’m looking forward to those ham sandwiches.

I’m only reviewing the business because we won’t taste the ham til our New Year’s Eve party tomorrow. Got there around 10:05 am. The place is very clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Products are organized. Transaction was swift. I’ve had honey baked ham before and it does taste pretty good, I know people say it’s kinda expensive and you really pay for the name(designer ham if you will,). I think the ham is already cooked and you just pop it for a lil bit in the oven to heat it up. I didn’t experience those horrendous lines that previous reviewers had but maybe it’s because we went the day before New Year’s Eve and they literally just opened. Will try to update this review when I’ve finally tried the ham we purchased. The location is good, pretty close to my place and you won’t miss it. It’s right in front of a Toyota dealership. Parking is at the back and spacious.

Second year in a row that I was disappointed. I worked at HBH years ago and they were known for the crunchy glaze on the ham. Both this year and last year the glaze was almost non-existent and definitely no crunch. Last year I called corporate and got a gift card for a free one which I used this year. Not even going to bother for next year. I’ll go to Costco or traders and glaze my own. Also the store seems kind of dirty my feet stuck to the floor.

I have been a loyal customer of Honeybaked for the past 20 years. It has become a tradition, line and all. It is part of the holiday spirit. We all have a story of why we choose Honeybaked, but it is so worth the wait. The young cashiers always so friendly and courteous. The management staff is always helpful and considerate. We got hot apple cider this year! That was a first. Honeybaked makes it home for the Holidays, and it will continue.

I love to serve Honeybaked Hams at the Holidays. I pick them up in spite of the line. This Christmas I used EatStreet online delivery to order ham for 25 and two sides. My food was never delivered & Eat Street and Honeybaked blamed each other. I spent 45 min. of precious XMAS Eve time trying to figure it out and ended up with one manager at Eat Street saying Soory and he’d send me a $ 10 coupon… like I’d ever use them again. Still don’t know what I’m going to do… not good!!! Really not good!!! AAAAGH!

The 2 girls working the counter today were not very friendly. I saw the older girl helping an old couple in front of me. She was not very friendly. Yes the older lady was being a little bit annoying but she’s old that’s what happens sometimes. After the lady received her sandwich she asked the employees if she could warm it up. The employee said no! You should have told me before I put the veggies on. I thought that was very rude to tell a customer no. All she had to say to the lady was«I can, however it may make your vegetables soggy. » aside from witnessing that, My sandwich is really really good! I think the overall Customer service could be better, especially with the holidays coming. In any business a happy pleasant employee can sell more then an unhappy grouch.

Great sandwiches and great quality. This is a deli that I have never seen before. Walking in, the inside suggests they are primarily a catering service(which they are), but the gentleman behind the counter was very polite and offered us samples that absolutely sold us on buying a sandwich. And the bacon on some of the sandwiches is REAL bacon, thick cut and cooked to perfection.

I showed up at Honeybaked Ham on the Thursday before Easter. There was almost no line, and samples were being offered. I found a coupon online and was able to save $ 9.00 on my Ham. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly and it took less than ten minutes to acquire my ham. The ham itself was juicy and delicious.

This location has the worst service anyone could ever expect. THAT’S ALL I CANSAY. If your employees are just going to hang up on your customers when they have general questions, maybe you should re-train them or hire much more respectful ones. Just because you’re only busy during the holidays doesn’t mean you should spend the rest of the year being miserable at your job.

The worst service today. Just to get ham and turkey for sandwiches. I was the only person in the store, sales person was on the cellphone and barely acknowledge that I was there. She was acting like I was interfering with what ever she was not doing. Never ask me if I like something else, I hade to ask. The only think came out of her mouth was the price. No thank you, come again, have a good day.

Don’t know if it’s just THIS location or if the quality of HoneyBaked Ham has gone downhill, but the trio sampler I got last week left a lot to be desired. The ham was tasty, the turkey dry, and I didn’t even bother with the baby backs as they were smothered in bbq sauce and didn’t look the least bit inviting. The side dishes left a lot to be desired as well. I even went so far as to call the next day and ask if they had been individually frozen and left in the fridge to thaw because they didn’t taste fresh. The gal said no, they were made that day, and here I was trying to give them an out. Boxed no brand escalloped potatoes from the 99 Cent Only store tastes better than their Cheesy Potatoes. The stuffing was dry, the creamed spinach watery, and the baked beans were, well… Different. Yeah, that’s it. WHO puts diced ham and chunks of pineapple in their baked beans? HoneyBaked do! Stick to what they do best, ham, and you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered my Honey Baked ham and arrived about noon to pick it up. The line was out the door… about a 28 minute wait… I timed it. But oh so worth it. There were plenty of cashiers and they were quite efficient. There were even strong young men ready to carry your ham to the car, if needed. Can’t wait for Christmas Eve dinner with the yummy Honey Baked ham!!!

Stood in that dreaded line for what seemed like forever… But I got my 2 hams at last! When we unwrapped the hams to heat and cut them we got a major shock on the first one. It was just partially cut rather than a complete spiral cut,. Someone had used some kind of cutter and made indentations about 1″ deep on parts of the ham. We had to hold up dinner for our 30 guests as I had to spend a great amount of time trying to cut pieces of meat out for serving. The ham was also of significantly inferior quality — full of large areas of fat and gristle. For the money I think I’ll try Costco next year.

Very disappointed in the service at this place. It think it was a new person there that was helping me, but she acted as if she was forced to help me. There was absolutely no one there at the time when I was getting my ham for the holidays so there was no rush. It took awhile after having to ask several questions and went through several awkward looks that the manager finally came in to help. I wasnt expecting the extra mile, but at least some valuable service to show that my business counts.

Ah, it wouldn’t be the holidays without some Honey Baked Ham! Being mid November, I expected this place to be overwhelmed with telephone rings and long lines out the door(which has happened before)… but if you get here before 11am, its not too bad. Delicious & good quality food that isn’t overpriced … What’s nice is that besides ham, you can also get whole turkeys, turkey breasts(smoked or oven roasted), ribs, sides(corn, *cheesy potatoes*, mashed potatoes, gravy, etc), soups and pies … and thats just half of it! All your Thanksgiving & Christmas feastin’ necessities, here! *GoBblE GoBble*

Tuesdays are 2fers! 2 sandwiches for the price of 1. Each thick sandwich comes with a side and drink. Excellent meal, and very generous with the ham… at least 4 ounces if not more!

Not too happy with my 42.99 family meal purchased today. I came in today around 1230 purchased a ham, turkey, and tri tip meal for 6. The guy rang me up, took my money and just left ! I stood there for probably 15 minutes until a Hispanic lady came up and said, did u pay? I said yes and they started to get my meal ready to go. Usually I get the ham for 6 people, they give me a 3 lb ham to go. On this 3 meat dinner for 6, the total weight of all 3 meats us just over 1 pound. Yes I weighed it when I got home. So 39.99 for 3 lbs of ham and 3 sides or 42.99 for 1 lb of meat and 3 sides. Seems like I got ripped off a bit on this deal. Just a suggestion, if you are going to take a customers order and money, why not finish your job and complete my order rather than walk away as soon as you grab my money? Good food but very poor service is all I can say.

I love this place. I really do. A lot. Sadly, it takes a coupon to get me in here. Happily, there was one in the paper for 50% off everything. Yeah, I said it. Everything. YESSSS! Ordered the sample platter for 6– no, there is no 6, but 50% off?!? That’s why God made freezers. Beans, cheesy potatoes, macaroni salad(by far the best!). Ribs, ham and turkey. Do not leave without Josie’s Tantalizing Mustard and Inglehoffer horseradish sauce. Just don’t. And every time I’ve come in, never knowing what I want, they are always so helpful, patient and nice. Secret: Sometimes, if you go in and buy their split pea soup mix, they will throw in a ham bone if you ask. How cool.

I approached the secretaries at my work site asking the age ol’ question that is often asked by noon, «Where should I eat for lunch?» (Feel free to skip the story and go straight to my three line review) They pondered the question with me, and one perked up in her chair, «Honey Baked Ham has good sandwiches.» After a brief discussion of how one hasn’t been there in a while and how the other directed me, my stomach pointed its direction out the door. Upon my arrival I questioned whether it would be worth it and hoped it took debit card. On the outside, it doesn’t look like much, sandwiched between a Mexican food place and a carpet sales store, the outdoor appearance faced an upcoming paint job. Surprisingly, as I entered, the inside is as charming as its service. A refrigerator housed its slabs of ham, turkey, and beef(what a place like this is known for) and in its shelves are spices, ready-to-cook soups, and jars of country home spreads. Cute, really. As the customer before me sampled side orders(which appeared to be made fresh and on plates), I read through the menu on the wall. Desserts, platters, sandwiches(hot & cold), and soups. I went with the $ 7.25 signature cold sandwiches, tri-tip roast beef to be exact. I was asked if I wanted mayo, this and that, what kind of bread, and, after perusing the shelves of dried soups, I was asked: «What kind of dressing do you want on your salad?» I replied, «I get a salad?» For less than $ 8 I got a hearty sandwich, a small salad, a side order(I chose a potato egg salad — delicious), and a fairly large drink(refillable). There is no seating in this place, and the sandwich bar is not setup like other sandwich places. So be prepared to order a simple sandwich with a few choices. My Tri-Tip Roast Beef sandwich excels in hearty deliciousness, the egg potato salad is almost perfect, a nd my green salad is fresh. Service is charming, personable, and patient for somewhere located on a busy intersection. Park in the back, in the Office Depot lot, closer to the Honey Bake store location. Walk around and order your meal. Done.
