Dr. Hong and staff are EXTRAORDINARY. I am highly impress with the way they treat patients. I have been a patient with Dr. Hong for a year now and I must say I am more than happy with my results thus far. The individualized treatment Dr. Hong provides truly exeeds most othodotics. Having two locations to choose from really makes it convinent to accommodate my busy schedule. In addition, waiting time is near to 0 mins. The most I have waited to be seen has been no more than 5min. His staff are very friendly and gentle as well. Thank You Dr. Hong and Staff for being a part of this amazing journey to a perfect smile. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hong to all my family and friends.

We actually switched orthodontists and we are so glad we did. Our experience with Dr. Hong and his staff has been nothing but positive. They are kind, caring, and professional. In addition, Dr. Hong ’ s office is open late to accommodate working families.

Dr. Hong has been my orthodontist twice now, and each time he and his team have been great. Dr. Hong saw me through my first set of braces, and when I lost my retainers while out of the country, he was there for me again. What I appreciate the most about Dr. Hong is that he’s an honest guy, and you can believe that he is always telling you the truth about what’s best for you — even if it’s not what you want to hear! We had such a great experience since day 1. It’s been now 2 years and my daughter’s braces are coming off and I could not be anymore happy to have met him and his staff! We were always greeted with a smile and if we needed to change our appointment we were always given several options. I can’t wait to bring my son when he is ready for braces! We have 3 kids and this was the only place we would take our kids. They have been professional, kind and curious with each of our kids. I couldn’t think of anyone else to go for orthodonture work. They truly are the best!

I have been taking my daughter to this place for a couple of months now. The staff is very friendly and the place is always clean. They always take good care of my daughters need with her braces and I always feel good when I walk out cause my daughters smile gets better and better. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

My cousin recommended Dr. Hong to me about two years ago when she got her braces off, and I just got my own off three months ago after 2.5 years. My teeth look beautiful! Dr. Hong’s assistants are always the sweetest– everyone is always very very friendly. They made me enjoy monthly visits to the office. From start to finish, Dr. Hong has always been incredibly caring and thoughtful. He’s amazing at what he does!

Since I’ve posted a bunch of pics of my Orthodontist ’ s office, I think I should at least write a review! Dr. Hong is one of those caring Dr.‘s…he actually listens to me and thoughtfully answers my questions. I always feel comfortable because he tells me everything he and the assistants are going to do. Dr. Hong is in my network in my Delta Dental plan but I think he takes most insurance. I’m thrilled with my experience and proud to recommend his office to anyone!

Dr. Hong and his team does a great job from start to finish. Having braces and the entire process takes months or even years, and a reliable and trustworthy orthodontist is key in order to end with an amazing smile but also a healthy one. Each time that I am scheduling appointments the staff is very accommodating and make sure that each appointment is convenient when I arrive so that I do not have to deal with long waits. Dr. Hong and the staff are always willing to answer any questions or concerns without hesitations and are clear about pricing and realistic about time frames and expectations on mouth work. I appreciate the time that they take to explain what work is actually being done, unlike some dentists and orthodontists who make suggestions but you have to trust without confidence of what is going on. Dr. Hong Orthodontics is a rare gem because they value their clients and their clients continue to refer with a successful and healthy smile!

Dr Hong and staff are great! Each assistant has their own way and technique that makes your treatment easier and much more fun. Each has their own story about having braces which makes them understand when you feel soreness or happiness to see changes. Dr is really friendly and will answer any question as long as you ask! The front office is easy to talk too, their new system allows making appointments easier as the front office asks you if you prefer phone calls, text messages, or emails. As long as you have your appointment made, you arrive and check in and are brought back within a few minutes. The rest of the appointment goes by just as quick!
I am really happy with the way my treatment resulted. I had a difficult case but with Dr’s guidance and advice we elected the best route that gave me my smile that I love! I admit it was a harsh time as to I had teeth extracted and had an appliance and needed to wear those rubber bands but the changes were very visible. I finished my treatment almost 2 years ago and my teeth are fine and dandy, along with my retainer.
I suggested for my brother to check out the office and he did, he began his treatment and he is about done. I can’t wait to see Dr hong’s masterpiece on my brother!
