If your not to sure how to program your new tv, surround sound, cable, video game system I recommend this company. I had my tv wall mounted. They offer different wall mounts on there website you can order. I would suggest get a good surge protector And a HDMI cable. They come to your house. The install took about 2 hours. I was going to go with Best Buy were I bought my tv glad I cancelled the installation with them. They wanted to charge a little more. Thanks alot guys.

It was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this service. First off,
they didn’t honor the advertised price. ($ 180.00 swivel mount with in wall wiring, 2 for 1 special) and I was providing one of the wall mounts. I also didn’t need the in wall wires. They told me because it was a 48″ sony it would be $ 60.00 extra, totaling $ 250.00 if I paid cash. They assured me everything would be set up connected and the cables covered.
The installers arrived two and a half hours late after a call that they’d arrive in 30 – 45 minutes. They didn’t have the hdmi cable to connect my tv. They didn’t have any covers to cover the wires and they did not connect ANY of the wires, not even the power cords. They were out of wire covers so they suggested I go buy some covers at the Home Depot, but it was supposed to be included. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

HT Pro Tech advertised a two-​for-​one deal so I went for it. They were able to come out same day which was excellent. The folks installing my mounts were extremely knowledgeable about this process and by watching them, I realized how badly this could have gone had I tried it myself. The were friendly, efficient, adept and fast. I highly recommend them.

I’ve used HT Protech twice, once in 2010 and again in 2011. Both times they were prompt and courteous. They mounted three of my flat screens and did a fine job with hidden wire installation. I’m not a techie, but my TVs work fine:) I’m planning to use them again this winter break to intstall another flatscreen in my kid’s room.

To Michelle C.: I actually stated in my voice mail the specifics of my service needs. My home theater system had several components yanked out by a cleaning service, leaving me with no tv, FIOS, or audio. My request was for re –installation of these components along with upgrade to Monster cable or the equivalent. That is what I meant by «service/​repair» in my review, not repair of any electronic devices.

I had them install 2 flat screens. They did a great job. Showed up on time did and excellent installment. I was a little nervouse since I had a bad experience with a handy man install, but everything was perfect. They were also the best price I could find. Great find! I will be recommending them to friends and family.

MIchelle and Andrew came today and fixed a sloppy previous job. They took down the old mounts and re-​installed them. Both TV’s look PERFECT. I was very upset for the past week due to the terrible job a «handyman» did for me. Now I have a big smile on my face thanks to Michelle and Andrew from HT Protech. They even patched up the old holes and gave me a special bottle of screen cleaner. Amazing. I could not recommend them more. Total pros and super nice people. Thank you!

I can’t praise this company enough. I had them install two flat screens, and in the days leading up to the install, they kept in close communication with me as dates had to be changed because UPS isn’t half as reliable as HT Pro Tech. They even offered suggestions on using the TV’s with other modules that exceeded my expectations, and will make my video experience even better. I will call them when the need arises. I suggest you do too. Great people!

Michelle and her partner installed a swivel wall mount for my 50″ plasma Panasonic Vieracast TV last weekend, including running the cords through the wall so I don’t have to look at them anymore! Making the appointment was easy, they were early (after calling first to make sure I would be home), and most important to me, Michelle offered additional items (like a longer HDMI cord which I skipped) that would be useful without being pushy or making me feel bad for not buying them, which some businesses like Best Buy do sometimes. Eazy, breezy, good to go. I highly recommend HT Protech.

I have to say that HT ProTech is a great company!
They did a great job installing my new 55″ flat panel on my wall as well as installing my surround sound system. They hid all the wires & cables cleanly & neatly inside the walls & it looks absolutely fabulous!
The 2 workers (Michelle and Edward) were really polite, professional and hardworking. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and although they arrived an hour later than what was scheduled they went straight to work & worked nonstop for about 5 hours installing everything.
They also cleaned up after themselves and were quick to adjust anything that I requested upon hook up if my new system.
Lastly, after doing alot of research on the various companies that do installation, they had by far the lowest price too!
HT ProTech did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs an audio visual installation!

@ Michelle — You’re people didn’t contact me until close to 4pm… that’s not running a «LITTLE» late. Yes I rescheduled for the next day because I wasn’t going to sit there until they decided they wanted to show up.
They didn’t even show up or call on the next day. You guys didn’t handle your business and that’s bottom line.

These people are amazing. They installed my new HDTV, connected the stereo components and speakers, set up the TV, and gave me all the necessary instructions for a fantastic price, much lower than what the other guys charge. I live in Central L.A., which is not close to them, but that was not a problem. I will always use HTProtech for all of my installation and calibration needs. They are wonderful!
