Good company. I never rented a jumper before. I did everything on my cell via email or phone call. Super convenient. Communicated w Daniel well and Mary was nice and personable. I rented Disney Cars and a hot dog roller. Nice and new clean jumper. My birthday boy is a cancer patient and we had to end the party little early because he suddenly got sick. Mary was cool and understanding and accommodated to our needs. Great customer experience. Thank you JumpNBounce!

I contacted Jump N Bounce for our weekend Event. This was my first experience renting inflatables. Mary was awesome and walked me thru the whole process and was there for me the whole way, from planning, delivery, pick up and everything in between. Mary answered and returned calls immediately and I always felt like her priority. Our Kid Zone was a complete success with 3 of their inflatables. (The 45′ Obstacle Course was a big hit with all of the kids.) All delivered clean and on time. Jump N Bounce will be the only place I call next time. Thank you Mary, for helping make our Event a big success.

Jump and Bounce was great! The nice woman in charge (I forgot her name – sorry!) was very helpful and reassuring while I was picking out my bouncer on the phone (deciding on this kind of stuff makes me nervous!). They were the most affordable company for the HUGE obstacle course I needed for my son’s 6th birthday party. Frank dropped it off right on time and it was the perfect bouncer for the large amount of kids we had. I was SO relieved about him coming on time because the last time I got a bouncer, the guy was THREE hours late! :-(I hope he received the tip I left for him. I feel bad I didn’t give him a drink when he dropped it off – I was so preoccupied with setting up the party. Anyway, thanks again, Jump and Bounce for helping to make my son’s party a success! :-)

We recently rented the «Adventure Zone Jumper» bounce house/​slide combo for a big birthday celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mary was very friendly and professional and made the entire booking process a breeze. We had a change in schedule for our event, but Mary was able to accommodate us with no problem at all and that put our minds at ease! Frank was the individual who set up and took down the bounce house for our event. Frank was very friendly and professional at all times and through his work, he showed the high quality of service that Jump n Bounce is known for in these Unilocal reviews. All of our guests raved about the Adventure Zone bouncer and the children could not get enough of it throughout the day and night! I had such a great experience working with Mary! I arranged to have a cotton candy machine rental and she was extremely accommodating with everything. The machine worked perfectly. Great place to rent party items!!! Very pleasant to qork with, even if something like a snow cone machine gets broken in your possession, they are more than willing to work with you. I called on Sunday morning for snow cone machine where everyone else was either closed or didn’t answer, and I was able to pick it up same morning! Great customer service always being available :)

We used Jump N Bounce for my friends’ 40th (for the kids of course) and we were completely satisfied with their service. Ordered with Mary approx. 2 weeks before and everything showed up on time (thanks Bernardo) and Mary even allowed us to keep the bounce house overnight, as out party ran late. I highly recommend Jump N Bounce!

The only complaint I could possibly have was that they arrived almost 2 hours early. A nice problem to have. Tip: Confirm the delivery time! Delivery was to our apartment’s community room & playground for which I did not yet have the key at the time they arrived. The delivery team kindly gave me time to coordinate with the key manager and though it ended up taking long enough that they started on their way to their next delivery they turned back around. Setup was quick, pick up was on time, reserving the bounce house was easy, everyone was courteous and friendly, the bounce house looked great and the kids had a blast. Oh — and I made reservation 3 days before the party! (Not that I recommend you do the same though! I was lucky they had the house I wanted) They have earned my trust.

This company is Awesome! We ordered a boxing ring bouncer and a dunk tank for my nephew’s birthday party. They delivered both items the night before the party and set everything up for us. This was the only company that I found that rented dunk tanks. And it did not disappoint. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the party… but everyone was having so much fun with the rentals that the rain only added to the fun! And because they knew it had rained on the day of the party, they let us keep the rentals for an extra day… for FREE! So we had a BBQ and invited the family. This was really a great ending to what was a terrible weekend (weather wise). Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!

Good luck if you go with them! Ordered a canopy, a moon bounce, and 3 tables. They were supposed to deliver everything at 12pm, 1 hour before my party started. 12pm I was told they were 10 mins away. I kept calling until they then ignored my calls! They finally arrived at 2pm. And the canopy? Well it was broken. So we had to do without it. I was so embarrassed in front of my guests. I blame them. Our food was under the sun and ended up spoiling since there was no canopy. If I could give negative stars I would. Didn’t even get an apology and still charged me full price! Never again!

Excellent customer service. I rented Thomas Tank Engine bounce house. I called many places and Mary was very professional and very quick to respond back to me. They delivered on Friday afternoon and picked up on Sunday night.

If you are having a party, call them they have more than just bounce houses. They have tables, chairs, water slides, etc.
