Established in 1992.

Dr Anne Lundquist and Dr Mitch Patterson provide chiropractic care to the residents of Orange County and surrounding areas, helping our patients with neck, back, arm and leg pain, headaches, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and more. We have decades of experience providing superior care to our patients through childhood, pregnancy, and into the senior years. Our patients range in age from infants to almost 100 years old.

Our pregnant and postpartum patients are helped with a variety of complaints including Symphysis Pubis pain, Sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, Round Ligament pain, back pain, neck pain, arm pain, leg pain and other complaints of pregnancy.

Dr. Lundquist graduated with Highest Honors from CSUF and Summa Cum Laude from Los Angeles Chiropractic College and entered private practice in 1990.

She earned her FICPA credential and Webster certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has over 25 years of experience and expertise in working with pregnant women, infants and children.

Dr Lundquist was featured in the OC Register in 2007 and regularly speaks for local organizations and institutions. She has lectured at Chapman University, the Bradley Method® national convention, the Orange Public Library, Southern California College of Health Sciences and kaiser Permanente.

I cannot thank Anne enough. I was referred to her by my midwife due to my extreme back, hip and pubic pain, and due to the fact my baby was in a posterior position (my first born was in a posterior position and you do NOT want that trust me). Not only was she able to substantially relieve my pain that first visit, using the Webster technique, she was able to help guide my baby into an optimal birthing position. She helped me walk like a happy, healthy, normal person instead of a disjointed mess. I saw her several times a week through my third trimester and I can’t believe I didn’t have her for my first pregnancy or early on in my second. As if all of that isn’t enough to adore her, she even came to my home while I was in labor and spent a great deal of time with me, helping me with some abnormally intense pain. I’m moving out of state soon, and I tell my husband all the time that if we have a third baby, we will just have to fly her out to us ;). There isn’t a single bad thing or even average thing I could say about her. Her office is amazing, her receptionist and husband/​partner very friendly, she’s amazing adjusting my kids, everything about her is just magic!

Dr. Anne is amazing!!! I met her at the end of my pregnancy when my son decided to turn breech on Friday at almost 41 weeks. My Dr wanted to do a c-​section immediately, but the baby was healthy, so we decided to wait until labor started.
Anne was an absolute answer to prayer. Because of limited time she met with me after hours and showed me numerous exercises to aid my son in turning back to head down. I was adjusted Saturday and continued to do all the exercises. I went into labor Sunday morning. All the nurses and my Dr. we’re amazed to find out he had turned to need down. I had an amazing natural birth and thank Dr. Anne for working with me on such short notice!
I know every case is unique and I think her greatest assistance was in helping me accept the outcome and fear if the baby had not turned, at the same time instilling faith that it was possible for him to turn. I thank God for leading me to her and I highly recommend her to expecting mothers. She is very talented, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you again Dr. Anne!!! God bless!

Dr. Lundquist is a wonderful, knowledgeable and personable chiropractor. I started going to her in my first trimester of pregnancy for back and tail bone pain. She was able to alleviate my pain and helped prepare me for delivery. I now have a healthy, wonderful baby and my delivery could not have gone better. Dr. Anne is simply amazing! We found out about her when I was looking for Bradley classes in our area. We attended her classes for our first baby and learned sooo much. Also, I started getting hip and neck pain during my third trimester that made me cry myself to sleep at night so I tried an adjustment from her. I’ve never seen a chiropractor before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. OMG is all I can say. I can’t believe I tried to endure so much discomfort before trying an adjustment. She definitely knows her stuff! Definitely recommend trying her services!

My 20-​month-​old had a fall at the playground. He was limping but not in pain, so I took him in to see Dr. Anne. Not only did she check him out and give him a gentle adjustment, she also checked in with me by text message for the rest of the week to make sure he was recovering like he was supposed to. Dr. Anne helped me make it through two pregnancies with back pain and sciatica, but it was my second pregnancy where her skill and dedication as a chiropractor became clear. At 36 weeks, my (already high risk baby with Down syndrome and a related heart defect) was noted to be breech on ultrasound. The perinatologist shrugged and said, ‘well if baby doesn’t turn, we’ll schedule an ECV and likely a C-​section.’ He also said, ‘you could try acupuncture’ and when I asked about chiropractic, he shrugged and said, ‘sure, why not.’ So I called Dr. Anne! She fit me in for multiple appointments where she employed the Webster method to make a good environment for
my upside down kiddo to turn. She also showed me exercises, directed me towards moxibustion (yuck, but this mama was desperate!) and held my hand a little, too. She came into the office after work to adjust me and I feel like I spent 2 weeks sideways getting this kid turned. And sure enough, he turned! Both of my deliveries were 100% drug free, and quick (notice I didn’t say easy — it WAS childbirth!) While some of that might be genetics, I attribute a good portion to Dr. Anne’s adjustments and my Bradley preparation.
What I really love about Dr. Anne is that she is also a great human being. Her practical nature, sense of humor and positive attitude were a breath of fresh air as I bumbled through my pregnancies (love babies. Hated being pregnant!). She was also understanding when I brought my very curious 2 year old along to visits. She has special toys to keep kids distracted while mommy gets adjusted — this is a real family-​friendly practice!
I haven’t officially seen Dr. Patterson, but he is often seeing patients at the same time and he is always engaging and helpful, even though I’m not his patient.
If if weren’t for Dr. Anne, I would not have been able to stay on my feet as long as I did when I was pregnant, and my otherwise uncomfortable pregnancies would have been downright miserable. AND she is a Bradley method teacher, too! Everything you need for your natural childbirth all under one roof!

Dr. Anne Lundquist is an extremely gifted Chiropractor. I’m a Chiropractor and I usually treat my own wife but when my wife was pregnant… I referred my own wife (without hesitation) to see Dr. Anne because I know she is one of the best in Prenatal Chiropractic Care. My wife delivered a year ago and it only took 30 mins of active «pushing» and just like that… our baby girl «popped» out. I am positive that Dr. Anne’s treatments helped big time. Best chiropractor in Orange County, hands down! I was immediately impressed by Dr Anne’s warm personality, her thoroughness in the initial evaluation and each adjustment, willingness to answer all of your questions and take extra time to explain chiropractics and the benefits etc… Her years of experience in the field are immediately apparent in the quality of care you receive. I have been to other chiropractors where you feel like «just another number,» and questioned the motives of those offices and chiropractors. It seemed to me that they were more focused on volume of clients they see per day (and therefore more $$$) than the quality of care each patient received. Needless to say, that is not something you will experience here. I have been seeing Dr Anne on a weekly basis during my pregnancy, and can really see and feel the difference after each adjustment. Its wonderful! The adjustments resolved daily headaches I was having, sinus pressure, low back/​sacrum issues and have kept me in better balance and alignment as my body adjusts to the changes of pregnancy. If you are looking for top quality chiropractic care for your whole family, look no further, Lundquist and Patterson is the place for you.

During my pregnancy, I started suffering from intense hip pain that radiated all the way down my leg. It started in the first trimester and by the second trimester I had trouble going up and down stairs and moving around the office at work. I started seeing a local chiropractor, which did make a difference in the pain, but I didn’t feel like I was getting personalized care. The pain would come back quickly and other discomforts of my pregnancy weren’t being addressed. My husband and I were enrolled in Anne’s Bradley class (highly recommend) and really enjoyed her warm demeanor and wealth of knowledge on the physical changes of pregnancy. We decided to try an adjustment with her to compare experiences.
Both my husband and I walked away feeling like we received much more personalized care. We noticed that stubborn aches and pains that we’d been trying to resolve with our previous chiropractor were greatly diminished in the following days. Even though we had pre-​paid for a package deal with the other chiropractor, we decided to switch to Anne. My husband and I both feel that she provides care tailored to our unique needs and that she provides practical advice for improving our overall well-​being. I’ve been seeing her at least once a week through the remainder of my pregnancy, and it has made a huge difference in my mood and comfort level. She even recently relieved a terrible bout of third trimester nausea I was experiencing when nothing else was working. I also needed help with getting our baby into a better birth position and after two adjustments, our daughter moved to the left side.

Dr. Anne has provided key chiropractic services for my entire family over the last 5 years. This has included adjustments for our new born, child and adult treatment after suffering a rear end collision and most recently she has done incredible work for an industrial accident that caused serious back injury. Anne Lundquist is a gifted chiropractor with an intuitive way of working with pregnant women. I first started seeing Anne when I was almost 8 months pregnant; she made me feel at ease and had numerous modifications and pillows that allowed me to find physical comfort during my adjustments. Her exam is thorough and the tools she uses are cutting edge. She was able to adjust me and zeroed in on areas that might be affecting my pelvis, as she explained to me how the position of the pelvic basin could influence the position of the baby and feedback to affect ease of delivery. It was so interesting learning how it is all connected and how measures I take before the birth could influence my labor and delivery. I also slept so much more easily after adjustments and positioning advice by Anne. Anne Lundquist is also my Bradley Method teacher. She is able to share personal anecdotes and thorough information in a way that made my husband and me feel more confident going into our natural birth. I whole heartedly recommend Anne for Bradley classes, and pre-​natal chiropractic. She really is a precious resource for pregnant women in Orange County.

I saw Anne for my back during my last trimester of pregnancy and I wish I had found Anne sooner. She helped me endure those last painful/​uncomfortable weeks before birth. I had sciatic pain along with lower back pain keeping me from sitting longer than 30 min in a car, at church or a movie. Dr Lundquist is awesome! She has helped me and my husband over the years with pain, spinal alignment and other problems. Most recently she helped during my pregnancy (as she is trained in Webster technique), alleviating lower back pain, and helping get the baby in the correct position. She also worked with our newborn right after birth, as he had a tight jaw and we had challenges with breastfeeding. She is knowledgeable, personable, and always provides good insight. I started seeing Dr. Anne when I was pregnant and having serious sciatic nerve pain. She is amazing! She was able to keep me comfortable during my pregnancy, and also helped keep my baby properly aligned for an easy birth.
