I don’t see the point in reviewing a McDonald’s since they’re pretty much the same everywhere BUT the girl I ran into at the drive thru was soooo nice, it’d be unfair not to give her a shout out. She apologized for the wait(even though I didn’t have to wait), wished me a good day AND was super pretty waaaaat! Here you have a girl that could’ve been a stuck up supermodel but nope, she used her beauty for good and did something more meaningful. Thanks beautiful nice girl at the drive thru! Because of you, my life is a bit happier.

I’ve gone to the McD’s a few times over the years. All McD’s do a good job at food constistancy, so it’s many service and cleanliness to review. This one is, as 3 stars states, A-OK. I’m not a fan, and it’s not as good as it gets, it’s A-OK. Service is extremely effiecent. Which is good. No chit chat when going through the drive-thru. In fact, pretty much no talking at all. I don’t even think they’ve repeated my order when handing it to me to make sure I received the correct order. To their credit, they are always super busy, even at 1am. That being said, it serves it’s purpose for fast food.

I get the right order 20% of the time. Year after year. This place just sucks. The food is always fine but other than purposely shorting orders I do not comprehend how my order can be wrong so often. It’s no way a coincidence that I never get TOO much food. For instance last Sunday, I was given a double cheeseburger instead of the triple I ordered. Would it ever be the other way around? Of course not.

Unilocal Challenge 2015. 181⁄365 *update* Wow. By the looks of this place, it sure is poppin. There is always a line for the drive thru, so it must be really good. Sometimes they even have a greeter outdide who takes your order. If you like kids you will be right at home. There is a play structure, buuut… they don’t let the big kids like me play in it. I am not to sure about the food here. I hardly ever order it. I do know the fries last for years. If you find one between your car seats, it is never ever moldy. Zero smell either. You’d never know you lost a fry. My dog on the other hand loves plain cheeseburgers. Every time I come here starts licking my face begging for one. Of course she gets one. Now, I have had 3 dogs on my life, all 3 ate McDs when we were out and about. 2 of them lived to be 17 and 18 years old. I fill up on drinks here and the icecream. The frozen strawberry lemonade tastes like a margarita minus the Tequila. Tastey as can be. Iced coffes are good but really weak. Im used to 4 shots of expresso. The expresso in their lattes is super weak, if they even use expresso. The regular coffee is good. I may even prefer McDs coffee to the green mermaid coffee. Sweet tea, extra ice is great too Winner drinks.

WORST McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at! Service was fast, but food was terrible. Fries cold and too salty, Quarter Pounder with cheese was cold, dry and flavorless. Shamrock shake had too much syrup and tasted like chemicals. When I contacted McDonalds through the internet«contact us», they were mildly apologetic and said they would forward my complaint to the franchise owner. I guess the franchise owner didn’t really care, never heard from them. VERY dismal food quality, will never eat there again.

Wow. What a really dreadful experience. Ok, since the drive-through window line was really long, I parked and went inside to make it faster. It took them 17 mins to take and fulfill my order. So much for«Fast Food.» There were about 5 people in line. The counter cashier just kept walking away from the counter and not taking our orders. Then to top it all off, the woman after me got her multiple items order before mine. What super complicated order did I place? The BEC(bacon egg cheese) McMuffin and a small coffee. This McDonalds is very very slow in their«service.» Unfortunately, with the other McDonalds on Tustin at Walnut having closed, this is the only McDonalds with any proximity to the 55 freeway.

Customer service was great. Food wasnt too good. I had a mcchicken and it was good. My lady had a tripple cheeseburger and she said the meat tasted plain like it was missing seasoning. My sons french fries tasted ok but had no color. They were super white. Not the usual golden color.

This McDonald’s, like most of the chain nowadays, is dingy and depressing. It’s stuck in a time warp back to 1987, except without the good French fries they used to serve back then. The employees are the usual McDonald’s apathetic lot; sloppy looking and stuck in second gear, not friendly or polite yet not outright rude. The building desperately needs a repaint and deep cleaning, if not just bulldoze it and build something suited for the 21st century. This location is a perfect example why McDonald’s continues its fast decline in American culture; avoid it!

I am surprised there aren’t more complaints on here about how filthy this location is If you have kids let me tell you I have been coming to this location off and on since 2009(only when its the closest mickey d’s because its the only fast food my daughter will eat) and I am always hoping for improvement in the cleanlinees department… anyhoo…the playground is always dirty, always sticky tables, dirty floor, trash… inside always has left over trash, sticky soda dispensers, ketchup spilled food was and always has been typical mickey d’s when its undercooked fry day :( I HAVENEVERGOTTEN A MEALTHERETHATISHOT or tastes fresh if it is hot I SWEAR, that’s why I only get coffee there now (hey when the fries are fresh no one has better fries in my eyes) but this location just needs to be cleaned and the cooks fired And agreed with other Unilocalers… sloooooowww~service! sorry…I will say the staff was nice but that’s all I can say positively about this location

Im NOT really a mickey d fan however I will stop in for their coffee which is pretty darn good and or grab a filet-o-fish sammie. there isnt much else I like. over all we know it is a very unhealthy place to eat… oh Iam a huge fan of the egg mcmuffin but mine are much better. .Im a breakfast girl so Im almost an expert at making any breakfast sammie or so I have been told… but if I dont have time I will get my breakfast egg mcmuffin at a mickey d ‘s …This paticular location is dirty and the buns for filet-o – fish always seem to be stale same with their egg mcmuffins. I wont go here again the one in savy ranch(yorba linda) iis better and cleaner. no problems there.

Good ol Mickey Dees! Obviously not quality food but it has it’s pluses. My selection is limited since I only like a few things off the menu, chicken nugs, fries(sometimes), chicken sandwich, $ 1 breakfast burritos and of course the sausage egg mcmuffin. This spot moves quickly! The drive thru can be super long at breakfast but before I know it I am up and ordering. It’s on the busy street of Tustin so it’s expected. The seating area inside is fairly large and the play area is big which my kids enjoy.

This McDonalds drive thru takes forever every time. A few times I’ve been there my fries were cold :/. The inside is not the cleanest and it’s small. The place needs a face lift.

Nothing pisses me off more than my order being incorrect and COLD! I ordered two hash browns and a breakfast burrito! Somehow that translated to two apple pies and a freezing cold poorly made burrito! Never again will I make this mistake! I wish I could give you guys no stars.

I Hate this McDonalds. I mean most of them have some bad problems but this one is one of the worst. Ordering at the Drive Thru takes for ever. The Enter sign for the Drive Thru is in a bad spot so you have to make 2 u turns just to get in line. The service at the window sucks. They always get orders wrong and half the time their ice cream and shake machines are not working. Never go her ever!!!

Food is basically the same as other Golden Arches locations! What makes me hesitant to visit here is he soda machine. The coca ~ cola machine is always off here. It’s either to much syrup or not enough syrup. Or maybe this one doesn’t get the secret formula syrup, I don’t know. The carbonation in not measured correctly either. Note: The wi-fi is good here!

SERIOUSLY? I work the graveyard shift at a local hospital. My lunch(dinner?) options are vary narrow. McD’s isn’t gonna let me down right? WRONG! 2:30 am no answer at the drive thru window for 8 minutes. I finally say«F it» and as I’m driving through, the girl pops her head out the window and says«Did you want to order? There’s no reception in the basement. I didn’t know you were there!» My thoughts«No lady, I was just driving through because I’m a good citizen and I wanted to secure McDonalds at this ungodly hour.» WTF The next time(my last time for all I care), at around 3am, there are 2 cars ahead of me and the man at the speakerbox says, It’s going to be 10 minutes for your order. F it, «Gimme a large coke.» When I get to the window, I asked what was that about. He says they’re short staffed and any order would have been a 10 minute wait… but that I could order now. WTF?! gimme my damn soda… never again at night

Yes I’m giving this McD’s a 4 star! My food seems to taste a lot better compared to the Savi Ranch location for some reason… Especially their breakfast! My sausage McMuffin’s are so fresh and don’t taste as if they’ve been out all day and dry as a bone! The employees are friendly and rarely have an attitude compared to other locations. Their pretty accurate with the orders but occasionally they forget our dipping sauces –_– Getting in and out of this location can be tricky since Tustin Ave. is a CF but everything else is good! ^_^

I guess this franchise doesn’t care to much about compensating you for bad food quality. They called me and said they would compensate for the poor quality food(see the pictures). Still haven’t seen how they are compensating. It’s been over a week. It can’t seriously take this long.

the car ahead of me in the drive through died but some one helped them get it out of the way for me, or at least that’s what I imagined. Midnight at the McDonald’s on Tustin Ave. by the Orange Mall Fries were o.k. but the salad was honestly hard to eat because I haven’t been to a dentist in almost a decade. Astounds me that they ask what kind of dressing since there is only one answer. Newman’s Own Ranch Packet sits refrigerated, waiting, sealed in a plastic goodie bag with 10 napkins, and a neat little knife and fork and another little napkin re-sealed in plastic, and a lot cleaner than anything I’d find at home *if I had one. A mango pineapple smoothie was harder to finish than to order since I thought it was a shake, or vice versa. This, too, more a fault of mine than McD’s for I loved having the fruity drink there with me in the car while I wrote out this review. Putting all of the fries on top of the lettuce and smothering it with ranch then ketchup and shaking it was bomb! Free Wi-Fi made it all Better!

The drive thru here always has cars. but moves super fast. I was extremely late and extremely hungry. I ordered a Mc something for 1.19 and a large coke for a buck. $ 2.50 and 2 minutes later I got some grub and was on my way. That is AOK in my book!
