Camera phone broke, found this place online, they fixed it in 10 minutes and now my phone works like new.

Sina was so honest and helpful! My daughter broke the case to her phone and he took such good care of us. I wanted to make sure this place got an A++++ rating. Go to them, you won’t be sorry!

Cracked my iPhone screen, needed to get it fixed right away so I visited iPhone Logistics in Orange inside The Village. Sina fixed my screen within 15 minutes and he had the best price in town! Today I went in to get my phone repaired because my screen was cracked and the owner Sina was so helpful and honest about the prices. I drove around looking for a decent price and his was the cheapest. I live in Laguna Beach and when I called he seemed to have the best service. I watched him repair my phone as well and it was done it 15 in minutes! My phone looks brand new. Thank you so much

So, I only wrote a nice check in review so I could get a free screen protector, but this place is such bullshit. My phone cracked again after 2 weeks in my purse. My screen doesn’t detect my fingers very well and freezes all the time. Also, the screen was starting to lift after 2 days. The guys there don’t listen to you or try to help. The warranty doesn’t cover any of my problems… He pointed to a sign on the side that has all the policies and warranty restrictions that conveniently were not shown to me at the time of purchase. Save your money and don’t go here. Would not recommend.

This place is crap! You are way better off going to Apple Store. I came in with a broken screen and lcd and I asked Sina if the camera was damage. He promised me that when he fixed the screen that the camera would work. He’s exact words were «I’m 500% positive, this happens all the time.» Well it turns out the camera didn’t work. He had me go through all these loops to try to fix it. I even reset my whole phone and nothing. Now I’m out of the $ 140 I paid to fix it and I have to purchase a whole new phone. I called him to get a refund and basically got bs! He’s the owner and should do the right thing by refunding me my money!

When all goes wrong and you want to throw your already broken phone, this is where you should go.
It was so easy & quick. 15 mins tops. We were even able to change the front screen to a black one. Cheaper than any other place too, for the same quality!

On chaotic days when your nerves are shot and you wish you could tag in a sub to deal with your life, nothing is more welcome in the world of boring adult tasks than great customer service.
Yesterday, my car died. Getting out of the tow truck after a two-​hour late-​night wait on AAA, I dropped my phone and smashed the screen to pieces. Really killed it. It bounced in slow motion, as I laughed maniacally at my shit luck.
I was up all night trying to file an insurance claim online, trying to sync my tablet to my phone to see messages coming through (nope), trying to get my tablet to make phone calls (yep), and just generally driving myself nuts. Losing a car and a phone in the same day can push one to madness. I was up until about 8am.
So, I slept for about an hour, and made my way to the phone repair place nearest my house.
There was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day. Of course.
Thankfully, my Über driver knew about Phone Logistics, and drove the extra few minutes to bring me here.
Annoyed, sleep-​deprived, and less-​than-​thrilled to be inside a mall for the first time in years, I can’t tell you how much brighter my day was made by the beauty that is Sina, the owner/​repair man.
In a sea of snot-​nosed kids, crying babies, chirping birds (pet store), and icy stares (jewelry store), this well-​dressed, well-​spoken, disney-​prince-​come-​to-​life brought my stress down to a manageable level. I still haven’t slept, so pardon the sexism. Shallow as I may be, and irrelevant as such details generally are, the smallest things make massive impact on awful days. In this case, being a bit shallow improved my mood, and ultimately, my customer experience.
The whole process took about 20 minutes. Walked in, walked outside the mall a bit, came back in and it was done. My screen was completely obliterated, and in no time at all, I had my phone back in my hands. I really thought it’d take longer, and am so glad it didn’t.
I could have fallen asleep standing up. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep typing this review. Speedy service was paramount to my sanity today, and Sina delivered.
Bonus: I was gifted a screen protector, and a one-​year warranty on the service I had done. Couldn’t be more thrilled.
Sinking almost $ 1,000 into a car and a phone in the same day is the stuff of nightmares, but Phone Logistics is a dream come true.

I didn’t think they could actually fix my phone, it was thrashed, I didn’t think it was fixable but less then 20 min it was brand new again, these guys killed it I’m definitely coming back and I recommend you bring your cracked phones to phone logistics!!!

EVEN AFTER I WALKED OFF AND REALIZED MY DIGITIZER WASNT WORKING!!! They told me that it happens once in a blue moon and exactly how to fix it.
Since backing up my phone, erasing all data, and restoring it, it now works good as brand spanking new.

I had accidentally dropped and cracked my screen on my way to the gym and my buddy had recommended for me to get my phone screen fixed at Phone Logistics. I had about 20 mins to kill before leaving to work so I drove straight to there location, met Sina and he had fixed my screen in less then 15mins. It was the quickest Ive ever seen someone fix a phone screen. I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND to try this place out for any phone repairs. Affordable and GREAT service.

Coming here to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired was the best decision I could have made. My screen was completely shattered and in just 30 minutes, Sina had my phone looking brand new again. Worst place I’ve ever been to! Don’t waste your time or money on this place! I’ve been here 3 times and spent over 200 $ and their products just keep failing. Horrible place, couldn’t even help me out. Just wanted to pull more money out of me. Your LCD will keep breaking and your phone won’t work right. Find a better place.

Sina did a great job. Quick. Friendly. Took care of us at 8:30 PM and we were done by 8:45 with a new iPhone 5 display and a glass screen protector.

Teenager ended up shattering the screen on his phone while falling on the broken steps leading up to our street. Yes, it’s one of those ‘projects’ I haven’t got around to fixing. I was thankful my teenager was not injured in the fall.
Getting the screen replace took additional labor as the new model used advance glue that was more time consuming to remove from the phone. There was no additional charge which I was thankful.
After returning the phone to our teenager I guess our teenager had told the better half that the corner of the screen was loose and the forward facing camera was slightly blocked (2mm) as the replacement was not secured tightly. However, being a teenager was fine and just wanted to spend time texting. Getting it properly fixed meant being without it for another hour which to a teenager can be a lifetime.
While on vacation the screen finally separated and at this point resulting in more damaging. If we had just resolved the minor (under warranty) issue it would have saved us.
Upon returning I was not expecting any favors as it was completely our fault for not bringing it in to resolve the minor issue. However, the owner took 15% off the LCD replacement that was now required due to extended damaged caused by us not brining it in and the fact that buttons were now missing.
Great service and commitment to their work and customers.

I’ve gotten my phone fixed here twice. Both times the screen was lifted in the corner allowing light to escape through. This causes the touch screen to not work well and my phone to crack easily.
The first time I went back they said the warranty doesn’t cover it because the corner cracked, even though it only was because it was lifted. It just happened again and there is no way I’m paying another $ 70 to fix it.
I’m so frustrated and upset!

I Fixed two shattered iPhone 5 screens yesterday, in less than 30 mins with a very good reasonable prices compared to many other phone repairing shops. There is a very nice
young man working there named Caesar, he is very helpful and very kind. He also added tempered glass screen for my two iphones with cost price. Thank you guys, you did a great job.

They were super helpful and showed great customer service. They fixed my iPad within 30 minutes while I was walking around the mall. All the employees were very friendly and professional. There prices were highly competitive than everyone else.

Update!
The screen broke again two days later. We don’t even know what happened. My boyfriend said he just took the phone out of his pocket and saw a cracked screen.
I guess whoever they get their parts doesn’t sell quality products.

fixed my cracked iphone6 screen works perfectly fine took no more than 20 minutes. He honored the price he originally gave me. i was nervous because some friends told me if i went to fix my screen anywhere tht it would freeze and the touch screen wouldnt work the same. I decided to give it a try anyway w Phone Logistics and my phone works like nothing ever happened.

Okay so I was at this mall and this mall has died out but I decided to go to the pet store by I love the pets and when I walked out I noticed this kiosk the fixed phone.
And I had a broken phone and the guy working there noticed it really fast and called me out. He gave me a decent price and went into detail and he got my attention and I decided to fix my Phone.

I came in and was immediately greeted and welcomed. My screen was broken and they fixed it in about 20 minutes and it was cheaper than I had expected!
