Praxis is AWESOME — best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Broke a locking nut on my EVH Wolfgang aka Sterling by Musicman ska AX40 (which, mind you is crafted exquisitelly), and after finding the right number and leaving a message, a gentleman called back the very same day and overnighted me a complete new assembly, extra bolts and wrenches. Extraordinary service and product, 5 stars
