Rand Aire was founded in 1994. Since then we have installed and serviced hundreds of commercial, retail, and residential heating and air conditioning systems. We have weathered the recession based on our reputation as a fair priced, reliable HVAC contractor. Our customers are our number 1 priority.

Business Owner

I started in the HVAC industry in 1988. I completed my education at Orange Coast College and Long Beach City College. My first and only job in the industry was as a commercial service technician with one of the state’s largest commercial service companies. I worked my way to service manager for the Orange and LA county areas. It was the company’s most profitable area in the Southern California region. In 1994 I obtained my C-​20 license and in 2003 decided to become fully self employed. Since then we have handled accounts such as Tillly’s, Bank of America, and Chapman University to name a few.
