Sleep Collection Mattress

Purchased a bedroom set for my son during weekend. By mid-​week was informed the set was discontinued. Not everything in their offerings is current, so be careful. However, was able to find a bedroom set similar to the one we wanted initially. The quality was good all around, delivery and set up was great. Despite the issue intially they were able to turn things around. But still a hassle. Make sure what you sell customers is good in stock and NOT discontinued.

Fantastic customer service, Chris helped me and went out of his way to get me a bunk bed I wanted, he’s an outstanding person in my book and that’s the place I’ll be shopping in the future, I’m a customer for life, thank you Chris, my son is extremely happy!!! Oh and the prices are unbelievably low… Check them out !!!

I looked at all these nice reviews and thought I would give this place a try two months ago. Sadly I am greatly disappointed.
I bought a full mattress from Chris who was very helpful and accommodating with financing etc. Mattress was delivered on time, no complaints.
A month down the road, the bed starts to have «body impressions» i. e the bed sinks 5 inches while you’re sleeping on it for eight hours, but a few hours after you get up the impressions are gone. I was tossing and turning, getting back aches from this bed I’d thought was such a great deal. Of course, warranty only covers sinks greater than 3in but are measured WITHOUT you laying on it so of course the bed isn’t sinking when they test it. I went back to talk to Chris explaining how this bed I purchased a few months ago was already sinking and causing me back pain, and that I wanted to work something out. He literally laughed at me, and said «you slept on it I can’t resell it now.»
So please do NOT buy from this store. Their beds will ultimately disappoint and you’ll be stuck with no sleep and endless back aches. Definitely not worth any deal or discount they offer.

My husband and I bought a bedroom set for our son from Sleep Mattress Collection last week. After looking at several other places and not getting the best customer service we settled on Sleep Mattress Collection. Our first visit we were greeted by owner Chris who was so knowledgeable and helpful. Our second visit (went to buy) we dealt with Ash. He was also very polite and helpful. There is nothing worse than when you go to buy furniture and the sales associate is trying to sell you all kings of things that you just don’t need. Chris and Ash were nothing like that. They helped us get what we wanted and what we could afford. The delivery guys Chris and Carlos also did a great job. Totally professional and helpful from beginning to end. We will definitely be back.

I recently visited this store after a friend recommended it for great bunk beds at reasonable prices. We’d been searching all over for mattresses and bunks for a vacation rental in Big Bear. I ended up buying 6 mattresses and a set of bunk beds late on a Wednesday night. Delivery was scheduled for Sunday and Chris personally called me Saturday to confirm. They showed up on time and set everything up. We are really happy with the products and service from Sleep Collection!!!

Chris is amazing!!! We were next door at the dealership and walked over to check out their furniture store. The second we got there Chris was super helpful. We wanted certain color bed frames, inquired about different types of couches, etc. His response was «Anything you like, we can customize for you!» The pricing is very reasonable. The driver installed two beds for us and was done in about 20 minutes. The called to let us know they were on the way which made it easy for us to work our schedule out. This is the place to go!!!

John sold me a bedroom set for my kids. The day of the delivery, he informed me the bed I purchased was out of stock. I told him my main concern was bottom drawers and matching color. He sold me a more expensive bed, which he said was of much better quality. After delivering the furniture, in boxes, his driver left. We opened the boxes to find different colored pieces. I called John, he said he would take care of the problem. It’s been 5 days now, he won’t return phone calls, text, or email. He ripped me off. All I asked for was a matching set of furniture. Sounds easier than it is, apparently !

Dont ever go to this place for a mattress! They ripped me off. First off, they play the whole 50% off Deal when all there mattresses are the cost an even Lower amount than what they claim. I found the same mattress in San Diego for 900 $ which they wanted 1500 $ for and they said is originally 3000 $. I told them I will buy elsewhere and they said ok, we will sell for 900 $. I added a nice frame for additional cost n total came out too 1130 $. I gave them half the money and waited until I had other half to pick it up. I go to pick it up and not only did I have to wait 3 hours as they helped Everyone before me, but they claimed they couldn’t find my invoice, so they said ummm ok, let’s just say you owe 350 $ I said I guess and paid because I know it was around that what I owed. After waiting 3 hours I finally got my mattress and than they say ok and shake my hand. I asked the guy, where’s my frame? He says he didn’t know and said he would reorder. I called few days later asking what happened and he said he said he will call me back when he places order. Waited 2 weeks and no call, so I decided to call and they tell me I didn’t order anything else. He than tries selling né a frame and I tell him the only reason I bought from them was because they dropped price to 900 $ or else I would’ve bought it in san Diego and he just kept sticking with, nope we told you the price was going to be 1180 and you agreed and still kept trying to sell me a frame. Trust me, if you find a mattress you like, GOOGLE it and I promise you’ll find it elsewhere for cheaper. Don’t fall for that 50% deal crap, its not true. That’s how they make you feel like your getting a deal. Dont buy from them!

I bought the best Trundle/Captain’s Bed for my son… the bed is fabulous and the price was lower than any other retailer by far. Additionally, the customer service department was terrific.

I don’t know why people referred this one as an inexpensive mattress place!!!
I was in the area and I thought from the reviews that I’d find a good collection of mattresses. They have some good stuff that you can find in any mattress shop with the same price if not higher little bit.
Besides, I think when a couple wants to buy a mattress, the salesman should give them a space in order for them to check which mattress do they like, NOT WALKING A SHOULDER TO SHOULDER with them!!!

We bought a mattress here in September, 2012, but after sleeping on it for about three weeks, I decided that my back just wasn’t going adjust to it. So I rang up Chris at Sleep Collection and he gladly let me exchange it for something more suitable. This second mattress has been great and I appreciate Chris’s courteous help. The delivery driver (can’t recall his name) was also very friendly and helpful.

Found this mattress store through Unilocal.Reviews are spot on. This is a family-​owned business that gives a great service. Good prices, no hassle, very friendly in comparison with other places in Orange County. We got a great deal for a mattress. Ash walked us through the store’s mattress offers and really catered to what we wanted. They also arranged for delivery on the same day. We are really happy with the deal we got and would buy again from this store.

I stopped in to Sleep Collection on the suggestion of friends who had been here. My budget was much more limited than the couple who recommended them, so I assumed they would be out of my price range. I was happily surprised by the prices of the mattresses, and I was completely impressed by the willingness they showed when I took my time checking out the range of beds. I had looked at other places in the months prior and those other stores always showed me the most expensive mattresses. It was so infuriating. However, here, they showed me price ranges that were absolutely affordable. Plus, they worked on getting me a great deal for everything I needed from a headboard to a mattress cover. I feel like I got the deal of the century. A week later, I went back for a sofa and lamp. Anytime I need furniture, this will be the first and probably last place I go. Thank you so much Ash. After looking at multiple mattress stores in the OC, I have to say this one had great affordable prices — and good service! A more personal and hands-​on experience than going through a franchise or chain store. Definitely recommend!

Great prices great service

The store may be small, but the service and selection is amazing! I was given personal attention and my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. The store was having a 50% off sale and it actually included ALL of the mattresses in the store instead of being a ruse to get you in the door. The owner is also the main salesman, which means that he can make executive decisions without a lot of red tape. He asked me what I was looking for and was knowledgeable enough to lead me to the correct mattress for me. He worked with me on the price to make sure that I was able to afford a GREAT mattress instead of one that was actually in my price range and he gave me a free gift as I was leaving. I would buy from them again and am very excited to actually sleep through the night on my new, free delivery included, mattress :)
