Spa Aesthetica was opened in 2004 by Daniel Reichner, MD. Dr. Reichner is a board certified Plastic Surgeon and past Chairman of Plastic Surgery at St. Joseph Hospital. His goal was to provide his surgery patients with the Gold Standard in skin care. He continues to direct and train his staff of Registered Nurses and Skin Care therapists in the latest skin treatments.

Dr. Daniel Reichner is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He is member of American Board of Plastic Surgeons as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Reichner is the owner and Medical Director of Spa Aesthetica. In addition to Spa Aesthetica in Orange, CA, he has a Plastic Surgery office located in Orange. Dr. Reichner is also a Past Chairman of Plastic Surgery at St. Joseph Hospital. Dr. Reichner is a graduate of the prestigious Washington University School of Medicine, currently ranked 4th Best Medical School in the United States by U.S. News and World Report. He completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Training at the highly selective University of California Irvine Program, which is recognized for producing some of the top plastic surgeons in the country.

Dr. Reichner is a highly skilled Botox and Filler injector. He uses his advanced techniques and knowledge of facial anatomy to achieve natural and beautiful results for his patients.

I get my laser hair removal done here by lovely Karen its been probably over 7 months and have seen great improvements. Keep in mind you need to go around 7 – 10 sessions till it is completely gone. But Karen is awesome and does a great job I only will go with her. The front office girls are also always so sweet and friendly. I definitely recommend signing up with your email to get laser hair specials

I loved my experience, my first time using fillers, and I went back for my 2nd treatment. They are very professional, caring and the are on time, not like other places where your appt ends up been 1 hr later. They explain the product and what to expect… Very private and serious atmosphere, they make you feel comfortable, I had Joy doing my treatment and she was awesome.

If you’re thinking about doing laser hair removal I definitely recommend this spa. I’ve done a lot of research about laser hair removal and finally bit the bullet and did it. I’ve struggled with ingrown hairs and waxing for a long time and nothing seemed to be working for me. So I thought it was time to take the next step.
When I originally called for more information the girls at the front were really helpful and knowledgable. Although their hours aren’t my favorite (I work during all of them) they were able to accommodate me as best they could.
A good friend of mine recommended spa aesthetica to me and I’m glad she did. I was able to find a groupon for $ 349 (large area) that included six sessions. Joy was the registered nurse that assisted me. She made me feel pretty comfortable for being completely bare. Before she started she went over the whole procedure with me. The pain was durable and it was really quick. I can already see a huge difference from the first session.
I will be sending all of my friends here for any services they need.

Wonderful atmosphere and all the gals make you feel welcome upon entry. I’ve been struggling with acne since getting off birth control so I started seeing Kelly for chemical peels monthly and my skin looks better and better every time. My skin has cleared up tremendously and the texture is so much better… glowy and smoother. I’m also receiving regular laser hair removal sessions from Joy and she really is just the best! Getting your bikini lasered is mildly frightening and Joy is so amazing at making you feel as comfortable as possible! Love this place!

This fact alone makes me scratch my head with the unfortunate to hear news of you charging me a $ 100 penalty. If you are overflowing with customers why would you penalize a loyal customer who tried to reschedule but your phone lines were busy for 2 hours? It appears that I am of no value and in fact I am now in the negative dollars just being a customer of Spa Aesthetica.
While I do believe in the extreme popularity of the spa, I also know that you are in a highly competitive marketplace. I hope that you feel comfortable with the $ 100 penalty because I would have given you many more dollars as a customer and now I am no longer. I would encourage you to look up the statistics of customer acquisition vs. customer retention.

How does this place have 4.5 stars? I should have read through the reviews instead of just glancing at the overall, but avoid this place like the plague if you have any acne issues or even care about your hard earned money. I’ve had all the same issues I’ve read about it in some of the other reviews, so let me tell you my story.
To keep this as short as possible, I went in for two facials 1 – 2 months before my wedding to deal with some over dryness (thank goodness I wasn’t the bride cause of the number they did on my face). I did two enzyme facials which actually caused acne on my face, only to be compounded with the PCA three step care system they put me on going forward. I had to go in a THIRD time 2 days before my wedding cause my skin had gotten SO BAD and I needed a cure fast, and this is where the story gets good. The aesthetician’s there and on site «nurse» tried to tell me I maybe had a herpes or shingles outbreak even though I repeatedly told them I’ve never had a cold sore in my life. So they enlisted the help of the owners (which I guess one is a nurse and the other a doctor) and finally it came down that I had a «topical induced infection», from all the crap they had given me. Oh but there’s more, my aesthetician tried to tell me at first that it was because I had «been picking my face», and that’s why I had the infection. If I didn’t have horrible new acne from your product, why would I have touched my face in the first place?! So I switched over to their other product line and that still didnt work and guess what, the owners grossly overcharged me for that as well.
Not a thing good to say about this place. They oversell their overpriced products and the girls don’t know much who are in the office. Spend your money (and much less of it) somewhere else.

I came here as a complimentary gift from Dr. R. for having a procedure done with him back in May. I had a facial done with I believe her name was Kelly. She was amazing! I came in a bit late due to bad traffic and she was still so welcoming. She still took her time, she is really talkative and just seems like one of your friends, but still very professional. I would def. come back again and ask for her. My face felt smooth, fresh and relaxed.

I first started receiving treatments at Spa Aesthetica as a teenager, when I had horrible acne. The treatments they suggested, and gave, did wonders for my skin. I went from having extreme breakouts constantly, to only a few small blemishes, to having beautiful blemish-​free skin on my wedding day. I have received chemical peels, massages, IPL, laser hair removal, and more intense laser treatments, over a period of about seven years, and have been extremely satisfied with the results. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgable about skin care and products, the spa is calming and very clean, and the owners really care and take a vested interest in their clients. I highly recommend this spa to anyone wanting or needing any spa service from a relaxing facial to laser hair removal.

I will start with my pros.
1. Dr. Reichner is THE best with the lower half of the face. THE BEST. His skill with botox and filler is uncanny when it comes to the lips and lower face muscles to give the perfect pouty (natural looking) doll face.
2. Aubrey (office assistant) is a true asset for the Spa Aesthetica name in whole. Her sweet and calming demeanor as well as her impeccable customer service are invaluable to that clinic. You don’t find too many genuine customer service people in SoCal period and it can make or break a business.
Cons.
3. For whatever reason, my left eyebrow muscle is stronger than the left. We learned that the last time. So this time, I politely reiterated that I would need a bit more on the left again due to the prior time in which I required this touch up a few days later. Well, apparently not one word of what I had said was heard because I had to return yet again. I looked like the joker. AND had to pay for the correction. I get the first time this happens. But the second time was truly bummer.
4. However… I’ll still be back for reason #1 :)

I’ve been going to these guys for a couple years for my acne. I have cystic acne that has been haunting me since I was in Jr. High, and nothing I tried helped at all. After years of trying new and expensive treatments, I was finally ready to give up and go for Accutane (which would probably kill me, since I’m so small.) Luckily, I found these guys right before I was going to go through with it. And it saved my life. I no longer have to deal with the severe pain and can actually touch and MOVE my face now! It’s only for upkeep (since I have to wait this thing out to completely go away) but it’s worth it. I get two chemical peels a month and I can actually touch my face thanks to WENDY. Unfortunately she’s leaving for maternity leave (and may not even come back) but I’m moving out of state a week after she leaves so it won’t be such a loss. If you can schedule an appointment now, I’d seriously recommend Wendy for the time being.
What I really like about these guys, would be that they have a machine that you put your face into and can track your progress. You can see how hydrated you are, wrinkles, sun spots, UV damage, scars, acne, bacteria, etc. Even if you’re unsure that whatever you’re doing is benefiting you, check out this machine.
I only have 4 stars since it is really pricey.
I also don’t recommend an IPL treatment. It was a bit painful for me during the process and I didn’t see any improvement at all, but perhaps it might work for you.

It would be nice if the girls doing the facials wouldnt push sales, or try to get you to book more appointments during EVERY visit. I have been there 3 times now, and I hear the same sales pitch each time.
I was just told how the 6 month chemical peel package wouldnt do much to help my skin, that I should come in TWICE a month! Sorry, but at this point Im not believing anything these girls say. They spend more time pushing their services than the actual facial.
The staff is friendly, and Im sure they are told to push sales, but its seriously annoying!

Always been a fan of this place; a trustworthy practice with credible aestheticians. I always get chemical peels here and they DID wonders for my complexion. I never really had any complaints about their work, even when they jacked up their price in service and products, I still came back when I can or have the money to splurge on myself. But this past week I had to cancel last minute and they charged me $ 50 bucks for cancellation fee. Yes, I’m aware of their cancellation policy, but as a loyal customer for 3 years, I thought they would have the generosity to waive this one time incident, or at least only penalize me for something less than 50. –_​– that is a lot of money you’re taking from a customer that has sticked with you for so long.
On top of that, there quality of work is not what they use to be. My old aesthetician (who doesn’t work here anymore) was wonderful. She was very nice and never tried to sell me any products, yet my face still turned out flawless. Now, even after 3 – 4 sessions, it doesn’t look much different. My new girl, on many occasions, will bring up the store’s products that will help my complexion change faster… When I ask for a peel that will give me better results, she said it’ll be another $ 10 for another layer of peel. Jesus, that was never the case before.
Im never one to complain, but this last incident rub me the wrong way and made me realize I’m wasting a whole lot of money when I can go somewhere else. Oh well, it was a good run, spa aesthetica.

I got Botox for my forehead & Restylane under my eyes. This was my first & only experience but I will definitely be going back again. I cannot say enough about this place. I love how much information you’re given on the phone prior to even scheduling an appointment. They completely break down the costs beforehand so I didn’t feel blindsided by it at all. I chose to have my consultation w/​Dr. Reichner instead of a patient coordinator so it was $ 150 but was applied towards the cost of my injections.
Cristina took my before photos & assisted the Dr. during the procedure. She was very sweet & of course gorgeous! I was nervous coming straight from work & looking like crap but I just felt a very non-​judgmental vibe about it. The location is perfect for me, it was easy to find, parked right in front of the door. Very relaxing place, loved the waterfall piece, fresh lemon water & comfy couch :-)
Dr. Reichner is a very mellow person & I’m a bit of a stress case so that really balanced me out. I’m not completely sold on the Restylane yet but I definitely see a difference. It just wasn’t as big of a difference as I had anticipated. I had a lot of bruising & puffiness from it but I’m not the best healer anyway. The Botox however. .. WOW! I am sold on this for life LOL! It took a few days to notice a difference & then it just kept getting better & better & better. My face no longer feels like it’s being pushed down. Nothing drastic about it but it opened up my eyes & just gave me a smoother look overall.
I did my research & I’m happy I did. Love this place, love the staff, totally happy!

I’ve been going to Spa Aesthetica since December 2013 and I’m very satisfied with their service and my results. Unfortunately, I’m an adult approaching 30 and still experiencing moderate acne. Since becoming a member here, my skin is a lot brighter and with less breakouts.
I don’t trust my face with anyone but Ellisha, my Esthetician. I love her so much! She’s very knowledgeable and consistent. Ellisha is attentive without being overbearing. I trust her because she saved me from wasting money on laser procedures (which I have done in the past). When we first met, I was desperate for results and came into the office asking about laser treatments. We went over my skin type –I am olive complexion– and it was determined that I’m not a good candidate. The heat from the laser causes melanin in my skin to react and that leads to more scarring and discoloration. Ellisha put me on program of lite skin peels and the Obagi-​C skincare line. I was totally comfortable with this program from the start because Obagi is widely recognized and commonly used among Asians.
Roughly 5-​months later and my skin is looking great. I’m not 100% acne free. Realistically, I don’t think that is possible for me but I at least have my skin under control and I do not depend on makeup.
