the only reason I gave this location three stars is because in the mornings even though they are fully staffed and I understand that is it «rush hour» they do take a considerable amount of time to take your order and to make the drinks.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I came here this morning at 6:40(I work nearby) and I didn’t walk out til 7 which is when I was supposed to be at work. Manager was too busy fiddling with cups but not actually helping while someone else just kept filling ice and the barista only focused on the iced drinks. Hey maybe if you have 5 people there at one time things could maybe move way quicker and be more efficient. Never again.

This location is SLOW and NEVER has COLDBREW. Such a shame because it’s a great location, very busy. You’d think they would have more than 2 people working at a time.

One Starbucks location I hate going to. The parking sucks here. The workers aren’t friendly and they don’t know how to make the drinks. My green tea wasn’t shaken, and was also watered down.

My daughter and I went in this location on 3÷11÷16 and I must agree with other reviewers that this place has THEEWORST customer service. I ordered and paid but noticed they had egg shaped Starbucks cards that would be great for my 4 nieces/nephews for Easter. I grabbed the only 3 they had and asked if they had any more and the woman who was helping me said she didn’t know then continued to stare at me without looking to see if they did. Then I asked her if I am able to register and load cards online and she said she wasn’t sure but probably not. So I started to go sit down grab my phone and started to flip the cards over to try. She then decided to act like a pitbull over these 3 little plastic Starbucks cards. Insisting I give them back and keep them right at the counter and that if I want them I can buy them loaded. She was speaking to me as though I was a child stealing something instead of an adult wanting to actually load and pay Starbucks my money. Yes I would prefer to load and register them online so when I give them to 9 – 12 year olds they are some what protected if they lose them and I can reload them. I won’t be going back here ever. It’s left a sour taste in my mouth especially since my 4 year old got in trouble for telling other children she was playing with that they needed to give her the toys and if they truly want them they can buy them at the counter. Way to be a crappy person and influence my small child to demean others

Have you ever been to a Starbucks before? This one is exactly like that one. Unless that one had a drive through, which this one does not have. It is comfortable, and fairly large, with bad access in and out unless you are driving north on Main or West on T&C, and the parking lot is small.

This location sucks!!! They always mix up and forget orders even when it’s not busy! The white buff worker is racist and everyone else is rude! I’m only giving a star because it’s a big location with seating. I’m horrified by the workers here!

Ok I’m a avid Starbucks lover but this place was horrible. I was in the area today 11/22/2015 @ 11:15am. It starts with the cashier messing up my order, I caught it when the barista was putting whip cream and asked her that my drink is skinny. She walks away from me while I’m in the middle of my sentence to ask the cashier, the cashier tells me it’s her fault and she’s sorry. The barista comes back with an even bigger attitude and dumps the drinks and uses the same damn cup without even rinsing it off. What part of skinny does this lady not understand. Then as she’s putting ice I say can I have the cinnamon that goes on top, she literally dumps so much on it but worse is she puts it all over my and then slides the cup to me then walks away! HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I will NEVERCOMETOTHISLOCATIONAGAIN!!!

I come here before work, on my 15 or lunch and sometimes after work. I am one of the«terrible» customers that don’t like coffee, but Starbucks has plenty of «non coffee» lover options. They always are helpful and give suggestions every time I go. I appreciate the hard work they do to serve everyone that has a need for coffee, energy or a snack :)

I love coffee and I love Starbucks. PARKING Small parking lot shared with other businesses. Many people had trouble finding getting a spot or parking in general because it can get narrow with cars coming from both ends. But I really like the location because it is right across the mall. INTERIOR/EXTERIOR Nothing much to say — it’s like any other Starbucks out there! It looks, feels, and smells like your typical Starbucks. MENU I like my coffees hot and my teas iced. White Chocolate Mocha and Vanilla Latte are a favorite as is the Passion Tea Lemonade and Mango Black Tea Lemonade. SERVICE After ordering, I asked the barista if I could get some ice in my bottle. She was not very busy — there was probably one other customer aside from me. Expecting her to help me out when she finish whatever drink she was making, she instead told me to get in line and wait my turn again. This was completely pointless. Having just been in line, what is the point of me going back when the line is empty and it is my turn again. It takes less than fifteen seconds to throw some ice cubes in my bottle. After going to the register to «wait my turn» the guy working literally took my bottle and walked over to where I originally was when I asked to fill my bottle with ice. I was dumbfounded at the lack of time management and organization during this visit. I do not feel welcomed because instead or providing adequate customer service, I was pushed down the priority list when it was not particularly busy. It took me twice as long to get ice — which was readily available — than to park, place my order, pay and get my item.

I have never had fast or friendly service in this Starbucks. Extremely slow even when there aren’t any customers in store and slow for phone orders.

Saw the Grand Reopening sign so since if been here before. We thought we’d try it out after the Main Place mall shopping. The new Ordering App would not work for is on Labor Day although there was parking and very short line. While my GF was inside someone tried to steal a gentleman’s laptop bag, but she pointed the thief out and he ran outside to grab it back. I had a Tall Mocha Frap and she had the new Cold Brew. Slow service, with only one guy making drinks, and you have to watch your bags, but the drinks were just the same as any other Sbux anywhere. Recommended, but watch it, if you are carrying anything!

Love this location! The line wasn’t very long and it went really quickly. The service was nice, and the drinks and pastries were made perfectly. I only wish this location had a drive thru for quicker service.

Good place to study. There a huge table that can fit 10, and lots of chair spaces and sofas. There are also tables with umbrellas outside to sit. The workers are nice and it’s usually a quiet environment to work. Also, my coffee frappacino today was one of the best I have had in a while :)

Why is this starbucks so slowwww??? I mean seriously. the line is all the way to the door and they have one person taking orders/making sandwiches and one person making the drinks. And one changing the half full trash bags. He should be helping to get the customers taken care of first. Uhg! I’m STILL in line!

The Starbucks that I go to every weekday at 9:00 and 3:00 is closed for 2 week for remodeling. I tried going to 7-Eleven to get my beverage fix, but at 3:00 my coworker and I agreed that we needed our Sbux, plus there was 2For1 Tea Promotion. This location is in a strip mall off Main Street and Town & Country, across the street from the MainPlace Mall. Parking can be a problem if you go during peak time. Fortunately at 3:00, there was parking available. The location has inside and outside seating, but at 3:00 there was a lot of people connecting onto their devices. As we were on a break, we prayed that the line would be short. Fortunately it was, only the 2 girls in front of us wanted to split a check for a 2For1 promotion(1 paying with her Starbucks card, 1 paying with her debit card). Thank goodness the barista had patience, as I would not have been so nice. My order was taken correctly, and my drink(s) came quickly. The barista calling out the drinks wasn’t very friendly. Very businesslike, which is sad, because most Starbucks makes me feel like I’m a valued customer. Its better than an A OK experience, so I’ll give a generous 4 stars, but really its like a 3.5 experience.

This is just another average Starbucks except that they have the worst employee I’ve possibly ever seen work within their confines, his name is Scott. Scott is medium height, middle-aged, completely bald, of Caucasian decent and obviously disgruntled(I give a physical description so that all patrons can make the effort to be aware and stay away). He’s competent in performance, so it seems, however, he’s a mass of uncomfortable silence, awkward annoyed facial expressions and rude customer service. I hope that somehow, Scott can be put behind the barista bar and avoid all direct contact with guests.
