No Refunds even on glasses that you paid for upfront but didn’t receive yet. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. I figure details may help, so you all know I am not just making things up, and maybe I shouldn’t be writing this right now as the wound is still very fresh. Oh what the hell, here it goes, I paid for the glasses I wanted June 30th, and was told it would take a week, well it is July 17th and I only just received them today because I made a complaint to the manager Karen(She is the only reason I would even think about giving them another star). They never called me to tell me why it was taking so long, it was I who made repeated calls to them and it was only after I talked to the manager that I finally got anywhere. Here’s a specific example of my dealings with a female employee there who didn’t even know anything, even though I gave her all the info I had for her to look up my order and when I threatened to have my bank get my money back and that I was going to go to Sunglass hut, she blew me off. Later she lied to the manager telling her I was yelling at her and wouldnt give her any info. #1 Grow up, you are in customer service you are going to get yelled at, you can use skills to calm people down. #2 I didn’t yell at you, I’m in sales and know how it feels so I have composure even when angry. After I heard the story from Karen the manager, I told her, «Karen I have been very upset throughout this whole ordeal, did I ever yell at you?» her response was, «well no you haven’t» exactly. My reco is that you NEVER do business with this place, if you must then deal directly with Karen the manager or one of the male employees there, avoid the females at this store at all costs! ZOMBies wouldnt shop here even if they gave out a free limb with every order…
