I have an online store and I finally found my Go-​To shipping supply store! EXTREMELY low prices and the guys there are very helpful. If you’ve got an online store or simply just want to ship grandma a birthday present, this is HEAVEN for all of your shipping needs.

Great place with amazing customer service. I didn’t even know a place like this existed. I went in to get a couple boxes for shipping, they took great care of me, and packaged my item with the perfect size box and shipped it for me. Great prices and great service.

This store is a perfect place for all our packing needs, far more variety and choices than we have seen elsewhere and could have imagined for a retail customer. The prices were good.

Went there for a padded envelope. The cashier said he didn’t have pennies and he was short three cents. I didn’t care about the three cents but it was the principle behind it.

Seriously the best place, with the best workers, and the best prices. My boyfriend and I each owns a small business and we do a lot of shipping. He raved about this place and I didn’t understand his infatuation until one day he took me in there with him.
I asked if they happened to sell printer paper and the manager (?) said no. He then said, well wait, let me see how much we Pay for a packet of paper (that they use for their business.) He did all the math and was like okay, you can buy some of our paper. Haha! How amazing is that? Saved us a trip to Office Depot.
Then on my next trip in, I didn’t spend enough money for their $ 10 debit minimum and they let it slide. I noted it for next time and promised I wouldn’t do it again. Well I went back last week and I intentionally grabbed over 10 items, and because of their wicked prices, I still didn’t meet the minimum, and they let it slide again! Which, I must admit, I feel bad for, but it just shows how amazing their customer service is and they value their return customers (and any customer for that matter.)
I will continue to go here for all my shipping needs, and you should too!

I was in soCal on vacation and had pre-​planned a stop at Box Zone in order to send home a significant amount of glassware I’d obtained during my trip.
The store was easy to find, had all the supplies I needed, and to my delight, offered to package my items for me at no additional charge and the items could be shipped from their location as well. The representative in the store was extremely helpful through the process, quickly aided us in obtaining the items we needed for packaging, and gave us the rundown on what services he could provide.
We went to Box Zone with the expectation of picking up our packing materials, then needing to get to our hotel and package everything ourselves, then find a FedEx store to ship from. Instead, we paid for the materials, the employee ran the FedEx shipping info to give me a quote, and we left the items with him. I left with nothing but FedEx tracking numbers; the next day I checked online, the items were on their way to my home, and they arrived quickly and very well packaged. The Box Zone saved me a significant amount of time and effort at no cost and I am extremely appreciative. On my return trips to the area, I will absolutely take advantage of their service again. While there may be outliers on service received here (based on a few of the other reviews), I came on a recommendation and was thrilled with my service. Thanks!

Went here to save some money on moving boxes and supplies. They have tons of different box types and sizes, along w/​everything else you could need for moving. Prices are very competitive and the guy working there that day was very friendly and helpful.

I am here frequently for our business shipping purchases. The staff is wonderfully helpful! Never any issues on my visits-I’ve actually been there before when another customer is trying to dispute the shipping charges and I deal with this same issue with people on ebay-​you cannot choose shipping charges, they are what they are (had to vent there for a second). The employees I’ve dealt with go out of their way to personally help you find the right size boxes and are friendly. Large selection of boxes. Thank you!

Been a regular customer here for the past few years. Aaron is the main guy here and he’s been nothing but a great guy who has helped me with all my shipping needs. Clean store with very helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. Awesome store.

The folks at The Box Zone have been very helpful over the last several days to the point of ordering boxes for me and picking them up from another store for me as well. Service has been great and the boxes are of excellent quality. We have a number of Uhaul dishpak boxes and then bought a number from The Box Zone. The ones from the box zone were much better. The Uhaul handles crumbled when the boxes were full but the ones from the Box Zone have done great!
Will keep coming back!

I’ve been to the box zone just a hand full of times, but every time I’ve been I’ve been throughly impressed with the quality of customer service. Andrew was very professional and even helped carry our boxes out to our car. I highly recommend just based on the quality of service.

26 May 2015 — I needed to ship some glassware back to Kansas City. Originally, I was told that they would be unable to pack and ship, and that I would have to pack it myself prior to bringing it in. On my way out, an employee (who I later learned was the owner, Aaron) asked if I was satisfied and then followed me outside to find out why I wasn’t. Well, as it turns out, they were able to pack and ship my items, and Aaron made sure that everything was packed perfectly and professionally. I’d highly recommend Box Zone! I will definitely be using their services in the future!
UPDATE: 20 Jun 2016 — I was in southern CA and needed to ship some some beer home. Aaron remembered me from over a year ago, and I was able to leave my beer there, and the BoxZone guys packed and shipped it for me. Really excellent service, and I’m going to continue using Aaron and his team whenever I’m in the area.

I had a successful Kickstarter campaign and suddenly found that I needed to ship hundreds of packages of different shapes and sizes around the world. My packaging panic attack was thwarted by Aron and his team at Box Zone, who put me at ease with professional advice, well suited selection, a full inventory and an easy manner of working together. I ended up saving almost 50% over my original budget for these items.
Really appreciate the excellent work, complete inventory and responsive team. Would recommend this to anyone that has diverse packaging needs.

Came in today to find a box for a very odd shaped and heavy item. The customer service was great! They took the time to go over different options for me and I ended up having them pack the item for me for a small charge. I was surprised at the large selection of boxes and options-​they seem to have everything anyone would need for packing or moving. I will definitely be back again-​also not sure about the other reviews regarding the owner but he was there today and very pleasant and helpful.

So I’m writing to update my review. I stand by the poor review, and later interactions with the owner of this business will keep me from returning here. So here’s what happened… My first visit to The Box Zone was frustrating because no one was there to open when at the time they were supposed to open. So I left the review with one star. When I did, I found several other reviews around that time that said the same thing. Then I returned to the business later that afternoon, the «Manager» on duty said that he was late because the owner scheduled several deliveries for him to do before opening, and they were scheduled 30 minutes before the store was scheduled to open, and he wasn’t sure why they kept doing that because he’s never able to make it to the store on time to open. So then I actually felt bad for the guy. Regardless, I didn’t change my review because 1) it was still valid — they were not open when they said they would be, and 2) it wasn’t worth the hassle.
Fast forward several weeks later… I was contacted by the owner, and he asked me to edit my review because there had been some sort of emergency. I already knew the real story, so I ignored his request and made a second mental note not to return to this place.
Fast forward a couple more weeks… I received a very aggressive email from the owner demanding that I update my review and providing yet another excuse for what happened. Then he gave me this line about being an American small business, and don’t I want to help the little guy. What a crock! He was just trying to say or do whatever he could to get me to change my review, then got pissed when I wouldn’t. Frankly, it was obvious that this guy isn’t taking responsibility for his decisions, blames others for his mistakes and then yells at customers when they won’t lie and say his business is great. Plus he’s a big fat liar.
So, if you’re planning on going here… just know what kind of business you are supporting. And also know if you plan on reviewing this business, the owner will attack. (I’m sure I’ll be hearing from him again after this review… oh well)

Great pricing with great customer service… really there is nothing else to say. Finding this place saved our company’s bacon when we didn’t anticipate so many orders for our products. Hidden gem for anyone needing to ship out often and not wanting to pay through the nose for boxes and shipping envelopes.

I came to The Box Zone to get some boxes to pack up some things in my office to move. I was shocked at how large of a selection of boxes the store has. They have numerous «office filing» box options in addition to storage and moving boxes. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding the right size boxes for me.
As for pricing, it is kind of expensive for an empty box, but in-​line with anywhere else you buy boxes (i.e. U-​Haul, FedEx Office etc.)
I also saw someone trying to ship a guitar. So it is obvious they help you ship odd size things.
Overall, I recommend this place if you need boxes.
