The Flats

Although it has been nearly a year since I moved out of the Flats, my stay there over the course of one year (2008 – 2009) was a pleasurable experience. Most of the units are studios to 1 bedrooms and have amazing prices for rent for a prime location near all major freeways including the I-​5, CA 22, CA 91 and CA 55 all within minutes from your place! A big plus includes walking down stairs and smelling the cookings of Felix’s Café or a freshly brewed coffee over at Starbucks. Fellow residents are quiet as this is a necessity in order to avoid being kicked out so all you party people look elsewhere. Friendly landlord, tenets and excellent location make this a perfect place for students and non students alike.
Con-​Some units do not have windows and parking during the International Fair can be hectic. Walls are also thin so get use to hearing all your neighbors most intimate moments.
